NEWD Gym deserves 5 stars due to their excellent customer service. I am a military member visiting home and I needed a gym to go to during my stay. I expected that I would have to do a $20 week pass at the local gym or something similar. As I was looking on Apple Maps I saw NEWD gym near by. I had the pleasure of getting in contact with one of the owners, Cece. I explained my situation and without skipping a beat she kindly assisted me in a 3 day pass!!! She also offered to extend my pass for more than 3 days without paying!! What spoke to me most was, she trusted me immediately when explaining my situation. Handling the experience with 10/10 customer service. I highly recommend this gym. No customer service whatsoever! I get an automated machine in the phone or a template response to emails and messages. I even drove to the location to be disappointed by not finding anyone there to assist. And the fact that I have to pay $25 just to check out the place before getting a membership is ridiculous. read more

YOUR FIRST WORKOUT HERE IS FREE. THEY HONOR IT!!!! ITS SO AMAZING HERE!! The moment you walk in you have to take in the HUGE space!! The murals are so beautiful painted on the walls with different artists! The main message I got: BODY POSITIVITY. What a great idea to promote different body types instead of the usual "fit body" people all over the gym. I feel like this gives it a more realistic perspective on people instead of what society and the fitness industry tell you to be. Here, they make you feel like family. The second thing I noticed was the beautiful "I AM NEWD" black and nude turf!!! I've never seen turf like this before! It's the coolest thing I've seen in a gym. It's so upscale and they have a photo wall to hang photos of all the visitors! They have a NEWD SPORTSWEAR pop up there filled with NEWD clothing and sports attire. It looks like an actual store when you're not facing the gym. The little seating area is super cute. Bathrooms are clean and private. I LOVE. The machines there are all NUDE COLOR!! I was so surprised of this. They put so much into the flow of it. It's almost too pretty to work out in. MY WORKOUT WAS GREAT!!!! There were more than a handful of machines I've never seen before. The employees are very helpful and patiently and enthusiastically showed me the ropes (lol, get it? Ropesss, haha. I crack myself up). The ropes did kill me though. My arms are sore just typing this out. They have memberships and trainers to work with! I'm def getting my booty bands to help get my legs stronger to use the heavy duty squat rack. This gym is great because it's very private. Never too crowded so there is no wait for machines, which allows me to get in and hit my workout quick and efficiently and get out. Very positive and inspiring atmosphere filled with amazing people from different walks of life coming together to accomplish the same goal. I couldn't imagine working out anywhere besides Newd Gym. read more

I love everything about this gym. Since it is new everything is very clean and well taken care of and the murals are beautiful but more importantly I love my trainer Amanda ! She makes working out so much easier for me. I definitely struggle to finish any workouts I try on my own so it's really nice to have her give me a kick in the ass and help me throughout our whole session. I've been actively working out on my own for years (maybe a decade now) and thoroughly believed that I knew proper lifting mechanics. Only until I started my training program with Martin @ Newd did I realize that I was doing the majority of my exercises incorrectly. If I were to continue in my old ways, I could have seriously gotten injured and never achieved my goals. Not only did I understand more about how my body works, but I also learned nutrition and balancing my diet. I love the environment at this place. Okay gym. It's new but small. $15 for a day pass is expensive for how small the gym is. Friendly staff , atmosphere seems like it's cool and stuff. Personally wouldn't get a membership there . My wife and I are going to get a membership here, went once with her so far...she is getting trained privately here couple times a week.. and it nice inside for a smaller setting. We are members at another gym locally closer to home. This gym is open 24/7 and not as crowded as other cooperate gyms.. machines are slightly smaller which is better for my wife. I've been to plenty of gyms and had multiple trainers. I LOVE this gym! Hands down the cutest one. The artwork and theme totally gets u pumped and motivates u regardless of ur fitness level. I have the best experience with my trainer Tracey. Shes definitely one that keeps me on my toes and pushes me day in a day out. Totally flexible with her schedule, she's very accommodating with her hours and days. She trains mornings, days, and even SUNDAYS! I've trained with her for 3 months now and my jeans dont fit (yay, for booty gains!) Tracey adapts to your fitness level while achieving strength and change. Such an awesome gym! Clean gym, clean bathroom, a convenient location and all the equipment you'll need for a great workout. They had a sled and a prowler - which is something that regular gyms never have and those 2 pieces of equipment always make a great, athletic work out. Went to the grand opening of this gym, and it is absolutely amazing. The art work on the wall is so sick and the I like the idea of the black turf , compliments the newd theme very well . At first I wasn't too sure what type of gym this was. I was confused because I wasn't sure if it was a private training gym or a simple month to month gym. I soon got into contact with Martin and Levi who were able to explain it was both. I was more interested in private training. I have trained here for over 3 months with Martin. Highly recommend him as a trainer if your looking to shed weight and learn how to use gym equipment properly. The New gym staff were always super friendly. I don't see too many members come in and workout by themselves. It's usually trainers working with clients. But I do only come in the mornings so evenings can be different. The Equipment area is a bit older but still great to use. I just wish they had more up to date life fitness equipment, that's one of the big reasons I haven't became a month to month member yet. Plenty of free weights and amazing turf area with fun training supplies like ropes and kettle bells. I will definitely keep coming in to train with Martin within the next year. I can't stress enough that Newd gym motivated me to keep coming in because of how accepting and inviting everyone was. Don't feel intimidated to come in. I know I was but after the first day I was pumped to come back and keep training. read more
