I've been going to f45 since March! Love the community and coaches! I still love the workouts with the ability to see on the screens exactly what I need to do. The coaches also come around to correct form if needed. What I love most is walking in and being greeted by the coaches, they all take the time to remember everyone's name. Yesterday was my 100th class with F45, I love that they celebrate your milestones with you! Even got the most thoughtful card from Coach Starla! Everyone is amazing! Thirsty how thirsty do you ask? Very thirsty because I literally joined this gym. I will give everybody the inside out of it. I'm already paying for it so I might as well complain about it. I'm stuck paying for it even to today even though I joined March 23rd went 4 days in total and canceled on Easter. First of all, if anybody's wondering there's no free trial. It's $25 just to show up even though other locations will give you a free trial. This one will not because they know how they are so they want to pressure you to join so they will tell you $25 to go for one day or $55 to go for a week. Sounds like a great deal, right? Not so fast because as soon as you sign for your credit card to get $55 a week, you're actually in very deep because I've already paid over $400 for my four times going there. I initially was planning to go to revamp my body because I have done that before but me being a older mother with children I told them I did not want to go into a contract until I saw that I can commit to their schedule because their hours are very extremely limited. Like literally they only have the latest class in the morning till 9:30 and two evening classes before 7:00. You know so for a parent, the classes are almost inaccessible unless you wake up super early because they're like literally when we're taking our kids to school or when we're making dinner and doing homework. Anyways, coaches were nice but I got injured from the first day and I kept telling them I was injured and I could not continue to hurt my legs and for the next three classes I took they continued to insist that I hurt my legs so I could not go anymore and now they're punishing me for that and I hope everybody else does not do what I do and just sign up because literally once they have your card in your hand they literally put you on a contract that you do not get in your hand. It's literally a signature pad on a credit card. I really had high hopes for this gym. I had really good luck at diamond cut fitness. You can see my review on there. I had a good weight loss. I wanted the same thing from this place but they pushed me too hard and it's so messy on this gym. Nobody is communicating. Everybody is a different person every time you go and nobody actually listens to what you say about pain they will push you beyond your limits and act like it's your fault. read more

My husband and I joined this gym a month ago, and did not expect to love it THIS MUCH! Coming from Powerlifting, I didn't think functional training was ever going to be "for me" but I wasn't motivated to go back to the normal gym, I wanted to spend minimal time working out and I wanted a way to meet people in the community being new to town. I had tried an F45 class once before in Huntington Beach, and I wasn't sold but decided to give it another shot... and I am SO glad I did!! Everyone from the members to the coaches has been super welcoming and friendly. The workouts are fun, and while challenging, it feels like you're completing an obstacle course that keeps you engaged and motivated. Every day is different, and I love that! It's been such a great experience so far, and we are excited every day for our next workout. I started going to F45 back in August 2022. I was at a plateau with my weight loss and I knew I needed something different to bring me to my weight loss goals. Prior to joining F45, I absolutely disliked cardio and high intensity workouts. But I knew it was the best decision for me. And it truly was. F45 is way more than just cardio and HIIT. They include resistance and really intricate strength training. All the workouts are lead by really great trainers who genuinely care about us getting a great workout. I now look forward to cardio and can do things I thought I could never do! I have gotten much leaner and stronger and I am definitely out of my plateau and on my way to my goals! I love F45! Instructors were great at this location. Super friendly and easy to approach, as a possible new member to f45. But... dealing with Rachelle was terrible. Not sure if she is the owner or salesman or whatever her position is called. She treated two potential customers so poorly, while testing out f45 on a 3 day trial. At the end of the class (which we enjoyed) she very rudely asked if we're actually going to end up paying. And then ended the 3 day trial instead of letting us finish it out and attempting to convince us to sign up. I know if I owned this establishment I'd want to treat potential customers well and do my best to be friendly and hopefully gain more clients. Highly recommend finding a different f45 because of Rachelle, putting it politely she is a b$$$$. read more

My husband and I have frequented a few f45 studios, so the HIIT workouts were nothing new to us. While all of the workouts studio to studio are similar, what makes the biggest difference is the energy and motivation from the trainers. We recently moved to Murrieta, and decided to go for the 7 day trial here.. and it was such a great decision! We've trained with Kasey, Kelly, and Mauricio so far, and they never fail to push you to your own limits, while making sure that your form is on point to prevent injury. Their rates are also extremely reasonable for an unlimited class pass, and the workouts change every day. We're so glad to have found a 'home' workout spot that we can rely on, especially to help us reach our New Year goals. Highly recommend giving the 7 day trial a go! ($7 for the week) read more
