I'm already paying for it so I might as well complain about it. I'm stuck paying for it even to today even though I joined March 23rd went 4 days in total and canceled on Easter. First of all, if anybody's wondering there's no free trial. It's $25 just to show up even though other locations will give you a free trial. This one will not because they know how they are so they want to pressure you to join so they will tell you $25 to go for one day or $55 to go for a week. Sounds like a great deal, right? Not so fast because as soon as you sign for your credit card to get $55 a week, you're actually in very deep because I've already paid over $400 for my four times going there. I initially was planning to go to revamp my body because I have done that before but me being a older mother with children I told them I did not want to go into a contract until I saw that I can commit to their schedule because their hours are very extremely limited. Like literally they only have the latest class in the morning till 9:30 and two evening classes before 7:00. You know so for a parent, the classes are almost inaccessible unless you wake up super early because they're like literally when we're taking our kids to school or when we're making dinner and doing homework. Anyways, coaches were nice but I got injured from the first day and I kept telling them I was injured and I could not continue to hurt my legs and for the next three classes I took they continued to insist that I hurt my legs so I could not go anymore and now they're punishing me for that and I hope everybody else does not do what I do and just sign up because literally once they have your card in your hand they literally put you on a contract that you do not get in your hand. It's literally a signature pad on a credit card. I really had high hopes for this gym. I had really good luck at diamond cut fitness. You can see my review on there. I had a good weight loss. I wanted the same thing from this place but they pushed me too hard and it's so messy on this gym. Nobody is communicating. Everybody is a different person every time you go and nobody actually listens to what you say about pain they will push you beyond your limits and act like it's your fault.

The coaches also come around to correct form if needed. What I love most is walking in and being greeted by the coaches, they all take the time to remember everyone's name. Yesterday was my 100th class with F45, I love that they celebrate your milestones with you! Even got the most thoughtful card from Coach Starla! Everyone is amazing! Thank you so much Coach Starla, Paige, Caitlin, Bree, Eva, Brianna, Nancy, Sean, Jacob, Michelle, Gemma, Mauricio, Naomi! Might be leaving some out but they are all amazing! Excited for my next 100 classes!

He greets you each time you're there and makes you feel like family. The classes are amazing! I love that each day of the week is scheduled and focused. The rotation of classes every month is a great way to see how you have gotten stronger. At the beginning I struggled to flip the tire, and now, at that station I can flip it 4 times. The instructors are all passionate and motivate you. They know when I should be lifting more and challenge me to do more. They have helped lift more and now I see I am stronger than what I think. The members here also make you feel like family, and comfortable. Highly recommend this gym if you are looking to get stronger in a family-like gym.

You don't have to be an expert to attend this gym. Trust me, I couldn't even lift an 8 pound weight when I started, and six months later I've learned and improved a lot. The coaches at ICON are there to help you achieve your goals. They are energetic, motivating, and most importantly, knowledgeable. You will take away more from your experiences working out at this gym than you will anywhere else. Signing up has been the best decision I've made for myself and my family. I'm so grateful to have made this lifestyle change and to have found a gym that feels like home.

It's heartbreaking to see a strong…read morecommunity completely destroyed over the course of a few months (in the fall of 2025) by one of the owners' personal actions that carried into the business. If you value strong, steady leadership, certified coaches, and a healthy community, I'd choose another gym. The coaches and owners who held the community together are gone. Right now, I can't recommend CFIV--and leaving is one of the most disappointing decisions I've had to make. For a long time, this gym was a second home: coaches who cared, programming that made you better, and a culture where people were genuinely friends and supported each other. I recommended it without hesitation for years and felt proud to call it my home gym. Then everything changed--fast. What used to feel welcoming started to feel akward. Communication went from clear and respectful to vague, inconsistent, and often reactive. Policies seemed to shift depending on who you were, and concerns that members raised were brushed off or met with defensiveness instead of accountability. Dozens of longtime members left. Yet ownership tried to dismiss and downplay significant concerns. Marketing emails, texts, and social media posts being sent out right now pretend like there is a robust community at CFIV. Don't be fooled. There isn't. The large and tight-knit community no longer exists. The hardest part is that none of this felt unavoidable. It felt like the community was collateral damage. The drama seeped into day-to-day operations--impacting scheduling, coaching consistency, and how members were treated. The "we're all in this together" vibe that made this place special was gone almost overnight. I'm not writing this to be petty or to stir anything up. I'm writing it because I truly cared about this gym and the people in it, and I'm genuinely sad it came to this. If you're new to CrossFit and looking for a community , you wont find it here. As long as the current ownership is involved, I will not be returning -- along with many of the former members.

I explained to the owner that I had been struggling with frozen shoulder for over 2 years. I've done physical therapy, chiropractic care, massages -- all of which helped to some extent -- but I still felt limited and controlled by the pain and stiffness in my shoulder and joints. The owner shared that she had dealt with frozen shoulder herself and encouraged me to try the classes, explaining that the movement and strength training could really help. I decided to trust the process. When I say ONE strength training class -- and it was boxing-based -- made me leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and more loosened up than I've felt in a long time, I truly mean that. My joints and shoulder felt more open, and for the first time in a long time, I felt like I was gaining control back over my body instead of the pain controlling me. She also shared techniques and recovery suggestions she personally uses for joint care, which I appreciated because it felt genuine and relatable, not just transactional. What I love most about this studio is that I'm getting multiple benefits at once: * strength training * emotional release * mobility and joint support * recovery * stress relief * weight loss * confidence As a veteran and someone rebuilding my health intentionally during this phase of life, this has been a total win for me so far. The environment feels supportive, motivating, and welcoming without being intimidating. I'm excited to continue this journey here.
