I can't say enough great things about Franco. I walked in to meet him at my personal worst and incredibly embarrassed to even be walking into a training facility. However, I knew it was an opportunity for our entire family to make a change. I met Franco through the local rugby team. I had just finished college and I was an athlete but I had basically given up on being my best self. I had weighed about 138 before I had gone to school and I was leaving at about 180. I decided to take the step and get a trainer. I saw Franco's services as an investment in myself. He gives me rugby specific workouts and he holds me accountable. He sets goals that are not only achievable but goals that push you! He's so easy to work with; he makes sure you're comfortable. He explains the exercises in HOW to do them and WHAT it works on. Speaking of bing comfortable, classes have a 4 person cap. This is so he can watch you better and give you more attention. He also has a monthly weigh in. This is a machine that tests your body fat, muscle mass and overall weight. He'll do that and adjust your goal for the next month. Before working out with him, I honestly felt disgusted with myself. Now I have more confidence. I'm feeling stronger and People around me are seeing a difference! I'm so glad I met Franco. read more

Working with Franco has been the change I've been needing to make. I'm a 43 year old woman and decided...NO MORE EXCUSES! In June I went with my family to play pickle ball at the Oasis Training Facility in Murrieta. We had such a great time and were so impressed with the gym. The equipment was so much nicer than the gyms I usually go to. We asked about membership and joined the following week. I really appreciate the small group instruction on the weight machines and using free weights. Currently I am working with Kurt, and he is very knowledgeable. He is helping me work around a knee injury while still building strength. Each week I come in to play pickle ball and weight training. This training facility has become an oasis in my life; each week I meet new people and everyone is so friendly. I started personal training here because I never really knew what I was doing in high traffic gyms and honestly felt pretty nervous and uncomfortable working out on my own. Since recently starting his training program I have felt much stronger and confident in my deadlift, squat, and bench.
