I love the warrior fit classes. All the instructors are great. I love E, Keith, Norene, Kerry Lee and Tina!!! Awesome work outs combine with a little boxing, sometimes a cardio run to the light on hill and back. Classes always changing it up. Sometimes a circuit sometimes using TRX. Sitting in line at Costco gas and we were next, started pulling up and around to the open space that just became available and this jeep from the line next over swoops in and steals the spot. We waited a little longer to pull into the spot right behind them and she must have known what she did because she didn't even bother getting out of the vehicle until basically we were done filling our gas nor did she apologize. Don't follow the mask mandate. The spin classes are held in a tiny cramped space with no ventilation whatsoever, and no one wore or even mentioned masks. It was a lousy spin class which I don't care about. But it's a public safety hazard that should be shut down. People work out for their health, and in a national pandemic they has stretched hospitals to the breaking point these entitled faux-wellness frauds have decided to flout state-wide safety standards in the interest of looking good in their lululemons. read more

Everyone here is friendly and welcoming! I took a hot yoga class for the first time and I cannot say enough great things about it. It was very relaxing, the environment was clean, and the heat didn't make me feel like I was suffocating. They also have spin classes too! I have been going here for a few months now. I am by no means an expert but have taken enough martial arts to know what is good and what would work. I have done other martial arts like Muay Thai, Judo, and Jujitsu but found Krav Maga to be most effective for self-defense. Krav is not a sport and it's not MMA, just simple to learn actual self-defense. I have taken Krav at a few other studios and found this to be the most authentic with the AIKMA system. The weapons defense training starts on day one unlike other places that make you wait years to start to learn. In addition the Warrior Fit classes that are designed to boost your core strength and cardio are great. It's a very intensive cardio workout that will push you.
