Really big nice state of the art studio that shows pride of ownership! Love that it's a family environment where us parents get to train alongside our children.

I signed my son up for the free two week class to try it out because my son was very timid and had no Confidence, And was being bullied., I can't express how much final strike is so caring and family oriented I felt so comfortable with my son, my husband and my family ,Mr. Bates and his instructors are amazing. My son is seven years old and has only been taking class for about two months and his confidence level has improved so much . I am so happy that I found final strike to help my son build his character and become a stronger little person.Thank you ,Final Strike Luke's mama

Master bates and miss Rantar and my daughter Brianna getting her new lever belt could not be more excited for her .

Our daughter joined Final Strike Martial Arts taekwondo a few months ago and she truly enjoy it very much. She has learned many things to include discipline and respect. All the instructions and Masters there are awesome and very professional. I highly recommend this for children of any ages as well as adults too.

My son enrolled a few months ago to try it out and he fell inlove in this sport. His teacher Dylana and Miss Rentar are very knowlegable about this sport. He didnt want to join any other class other than Final Strike. The training is challenging but fun. This Community here is fantastic and highly recommended it to everyone who wants to learn taekwondo and self defense class.

Final Strike is a great confidence builder for not just children but for people of all ages. My child's confidence has grown in the few weeks that she been at Final Strike. I highly recommend this program for anyone who is looking to learn confidence, self discipline, and focus along with self defense.

Our son has been part of the Final Strike Family for over two years now. We love it so much that my husband and I have now decided to join also! They teach more than taekwondo. They teach the kids to be better human beings through perseverance, integrity, and the right attitude. They are like family and I couldn't recommend them more for the WHOLE family!

I don't even know where to start! My son was starting to get in to the wrong groups of "friends" at age 9. I had to act fast on where he would take his direction in disciple, respect and most of all integrity. I knew it was a gamble, growing up all my well behaved friends were in martial arts, so why not?! First introduction day Master Bates (I can't say enough good things about him) took us a small padded studio room with many other families as well. His positive attitude and articulate demeanor was a breath of fresh air. It was as though he was in my head and speaking to me in exactly what I was looking for by joining martial arts with my kids. This is not some fluff review, my son literally did a 180 in terms of chores, respect for his parents (me!) , friendships, and school work. He has a twin sister who has always done well who comes home from school with stories such as "Jonathan keeps raising his hand in class... and he's getting the answers right!". This alone is INCREDIBLE! FSMA teaches this skill DAILY, students are always looked to for answers and called upon. His twin sister also joined him and is having a great time learning and challenging her self, she has a strong competitive background in gymnastic style sports and has effortlessly enjoyed every class. Who wouldn't want to learn how to use Nunchucks safely? You kidding me?! The staff... Good lord, Mr. Cunningham is the main instructor for the main family classes. He is a very experienced high ranked blank belt with a heart the size of a dinosaur. Fluid, articulate instructions and will help you out if needed or with any questions. He makes every day comfortable for all, sets class up for everyone to succeed and have a great time learning at the same time. There are high ranked classes as well where Master Robles,Master Bates, Mrs. Bates and Mr. Cunningham teach. The experience and expertise between those 4 are monumental. We haven't reached the level of attending those classes as of yet, however we look forward to the day that we earn that ability. The blackbelts... each class is loaded with high ranked blackbelts dedicated to assisting in class. No matter how big the class gets, tailored help is there for you. They are the nicest people who genuinely want to see you succeed and enjoy what you're doing. Kid's belt dropped? No problem, one of them will happily help the young lad or lady get that belt tied on properly. Form not quite correct? No problem, one of the blackbelts will be by and help you correct your form. I have to stop here on this one as I could write a book about them. Now.. ME! I'm a 42 year old Father/husband of 3 truly awesome kids. I work as a Director of IT. I joined this program at first just to join my kids as I thought that they would enjoy it more if pops was there too. You'd think that this was just for the kids, it's not. I've improved in many aspects of my life through FSMA. My focus is higher than it ever has been, my confidence has made a significant jump as well. There are leadership programs that my children are in, as a parent I go to sit, listen, and wait for the class to end to take them home. The problem but really it's a great thing is that I end up listening and thinking about my own leadership at work, their talking points are for everyone! I have to cut myself off here, there is so much more I can type and so much more that they have to offer. At the very least, trust me and go for the 2 weeks to try it out. It's worth it, it's priceless, it's awesome!

The entire team has been instrumental in our children's success, both on the training mat and at competitions. My wife and I were both multi-sport athletes, but neither of us ever practiced or competed in combat sports so while we weren't sure what to expect, we both understood what effective teaching/training looked like. From the first day, it was evident that the team was focused on developing comfort and confidence in the new students. They were both immediately assigned to an experienced student who made them feel relaxed and walked them through both the drills and lessons over the next few days. They quickly went from being a little scared of joining a class full of students with varied experience levels to requesting to attend class every day of the week. Of all the extracurricular activities they had tried, this was the one that ignited their passion the most. The professor, Tom Cronin, and the entire team of coaches do an excellent job of keeping the kids engaged by balancing expectations with both fun and recognition. They have a great sense of each student and how to motivate them to excel. They also steer clear of pitfalls we were warned of by friends who have children attending other academies, specifically promotions based on attendance as opposed to merit. At this gym, the children are evaluated on their skills and ability to execute the requisite moves. This encourages them to excel instead of just casually participating. Within 9 months they had developed enough confidence to compete and we were blown away at how well they performed against the competition from around the country. Most importantly, they had a coach prepare them the week before with one on one training and he was the one who attended the competition to coach both of them through all of their matches. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly for us, the academy doesn't just teach them BJJ, it reinforces core behaviors that we expect from our children - Respect, honor, and community. At the end of the day, we are all trying to raise the best humans we can and I can say with absolute confidence, that this academy is an integral part of that process for our children. I absolutely recommend Carlson Gracie, Temecula to anyone with any interest in Brazilian Jui-Jitsu.

In February, new management came in and changed the policies with zero notice to existing members. Since the guest pass and full recovery access were the main reasons I joined, they offered me the Recovery Room membership at $69/month. I continued using the dry sauna and cryotherapy consistently, 2-3 times a week. Then this month in May, staff told me I'm not allowed to use the dry sauna anymore with a Recovery membership (only infrared). That was understandable but when I asked to use the bathroom, I was told no because I don't have a "gym" membership. The staff member then suggested me to upgrade to a full gym membership and condescendingly pointed out that "Recovery members usually pay $1,000 a year, and you're paying less," implying I should feel lucky for the limited access. I've been a consistent, paying member the whole time, yet I was treated like a second-class customer because I didn't fit their ideal customer profile? The communication is poor, good staff have mostly been replaced, and there's clear inconsistency. If you signed up with any kind of deal before, it feels like you're now treated like an outsider who no longer fits their system. The recovery amenities are good when you can actually use them, but the sudden rule changes, basic access denials, and condescending attitude make it very frustrating. If you're considering a Recovery membership here, be aware of these issues.

It doesn't matter if you're a doctor, lawyer, law enforcement, a mom or dad, or someone walking in off the street--once you step on the mat, everyone is treated the same.
