Cake melted because of how hot it was.
Brenda C.

I have to share our experience because I'm still so upset. My daughter loves GET AIR, so we booked her 4th birthday party this past Sunday, expecting it to be a fun celebration with 15+ kids. Instead, it turned into a nightmare. We arrived 30 minutes early to set up, checked in, and the moment we walked inside it felt like a heatwave -- over 95 degrees inside the facility. Nobody had called to let us know the AC was out. Not a single heads-up, no option to cancel, reschedule, or make other arrangements. If I had known, I absolutely would have rescheduled, especially because my daughter had been so excited for this party. I'm currently 20 weeks pregnant, and I physically couldn't even go downstairs because the heat was unbearable. My shirt was drenched within minutes. Worst of all, my little girl didn't even get to jump because she kept saying, "It's too hot." My heart broke for her. When I called the general manager, Bianca Parr, she openly admitted that "her boss" told her not to inform any parties about the AC outage and to just "take the negative reviews." How is that acceptable? They had 8 parties booked that day, and none of the families were informed. That's not only unprofessional but also unsafe for kids and adults in those conditions. The cake melted... and I've attached the thermostat from inside the facility

The ball area is so completely filled with balls that you can barely see my granddaughter. She was having a ball

I took my grandkids here during the week of Thanksgiving. It was not crowded at all and all of the areas were wonderful. The square foam area was completely filled to the brim and the ball area was filled up so much that I could barely see my granddaughter. My grandchildren had a wonderful time.

Marisela S.

We were in town and everyone was busy on one day and we figured we could take our son here for some energy filled fun and it was not what I thought it was. There are various missing pads, empty foam pits, flat balls, I mean just every area needs so much love in order for it to thrive. I hope they either close or really vamp up their status to be not only safe for the kids, but also fun.

Falling apart and too few foam blocks
Beth M.

FILTHY! Who runs this place? For the life of me I don't understand the lack of repairs, maintenance, and cleaning. I can't believe they are still in business. Half of the foam blocks are falling apart and the other half are missing. Several of the stations have no foam blocks (climbing wall, rings etc) which is just dangerous and/or play items are falling apart or absent. Not sure they ever wipe anything down. In a community that needs indoor alternatives, this is such a shame. Don't waste your time or your money and don't put your kiddos in an environment that's likely to get them sick or hurt. And we were here first thing on a Sunday morning.

Today we showed up to use that birthday voucher but they have daily deals where today it was $23 for unlimited time. I expect to be here for 2-3hours so the price was perfect, especially since I thought I would have to pay more (the birthday voucher is for for only 1 hour). There's a lot of kids, due to the holiday week. But it doesn't feel over crowded Staff was friendly. And the place looks clean and smells fine. Normally places like these smells like feet and musty kids . I love the fact they have an area for parents to sit and do work if needed. Therese plenty of seating and outlets if you need it. This is my first time actually sitting down. The concession stands seems reasonably priced and decent food.

As an active…read morecommunity member who has supported this local facility through countless PTA events, community fundraisers, and multiple birthday parties (spending thousands of dollars over the years), the hostile and unethical treatment we received today is absolutely unacceptable. This shocking standard of practice shows exactly why local families are abandoning this facility for competitors like Get Air. The Problem: A $27 Misunderstanding and Staff Failure The entire ordeal stemmed from a simple Groupon redemption that was disastrously botched, escalating a minor $27 transaction issue into a hostile confrontation: Technical Failure: The staff member initiated the Groupon process but failed to properly authorize or close the transaction on their end. Due to the system being left open, I mistakenly believed a second charge had been run and flagged it as an incorrect purchase. In reality, the staff member simply never successfully validated our entry to begin with. Unwarranted Confrontation: After my family had been jumping and enjoying the facility for approximately one hour, a staff member approached us as we were leaving and advised there was an issue with the Groupon. I immediately went to the front to resolve it. Aggressive Demands & False Accusations: Another worker then aggressively demanded that we pay the full, non-discounted price for our jump time, falsely claiming we had gone "over time." We had not. The children had stopped jumping, gone to the bathroom, and were standing with me at the front desk. The Line-Crossing Threat: When I objected and stated customer service needed to be contacted to resolve a system error, the employee escalated to a truly disturbing level of aggression. They falsely stated they were "sending someone to go get my children," who were standing right next to me. I had to insist again that my children were next to me and had been. This was a direct, dishonest attempt to use intimidation and fear to pressure me. I insisted they could wait with me while I contacted customer service. The Aftermath: Resolution for Misconduct, Not Billing While at the counter, I immediately contacted Groupon support. I received a direct link via chat and re-processed the payment correctly. This action resolved the technical issue, and Big Air received their payment. However, I was so disturbed and disgusted by the staff's aggressive misconduct and the way the business handled the discussion that I immediately contacted Groupon again. Recognizing the severity of the hostility and poor customer treatment, Groupon issued a full credit to my account for the inconvenience and stated they would be reviewing their contract with Big Air. Groupon's action confirms that the payment issue was resolved, and the refund was specifically for the unacceptable intimidation tactics used by Big Air's staff. Final Word: Warning to the Community A business that can only resolve a simple billing error through customer self-service and resorts to hostile, threatening tactics against a parent--especially one who has actively spent thousands of dollars supporting their local community events--has a completely broken Standard of Practice. Management needs rigorous re-training for the staff. This is not a "bad day" issue; this is a safety and ethics issue, and serves as a warning for any other patrons visiting this location. Do not risk your family's experience here. Go elsewhere.

Wasn't told certain attractions wouldn't be able to be used or closed at a certain time. Wasn't told the price didn't include certain things. Manager and employees chose not to either A: reimburse us and we leave. B: discount our 120$ purchase. C: offer us another day to return and leave 10 minutes into our trip today. Not smart as a business owner/manger. You want people to return. You DO NOT want to ruin rapport with families and avoid them ever coming back. We are in there for 10 minutes before we realized half the attractions were shut down. If you like to be scammed out of money and like employees who don't give you a heads up as you're paying 120$ for an hour, then come here. If you like honesty, updated websites/pricing and accuracy, polite employees, then don't come here. As an employee, your worker should have gave us a heads up as we never have been here and drove an hour after work today just to take my kids. Disappointed. Will not return. Will not recommend. It's hot..." We're part timers and we actually enjoy the summer months both here and at our other vacation property in Bullhead City, AZ. We do the usual swim time and go out on the lake in a boat where we live. We also go to Boomers down the street for the twilight specials. So, for the most part, my kids keep active. But this past Sunday, after mass, we decided to have breakfast at Dennys. From where I was sitting in our booth, I saw the sign for Zebra World Indoor Playground. I mentioned it at the table and my 3 young boys got really excited. Actually, my wife and I did, too, as the casino was literally across the street and we thought we could drop the kids off and spend some quality mama and Dada time. Sadly, no. When I called, at least one parent has to accompany the children. Sigh! The Sunday price was $24.99/ child with unlimited in's and out's. SOCKS are REQUIRED for all who enter, including adults. However, if you forgot to bring some, they charge $3.95 per pair. We decided to go back home (10 minutes away) rather than spend the $16.00 for the 4 of us. The temperature is nice and cool inside and my boys really, really enjoyed this place. We spent the better part of 3 hours here, got some snacks and took some pics. There are two obstacle courses, an indoor slide, and trampolines. The snack bar is just that, but they do offer hot dogs, chips, and sodas if you're so inclined. I saw a young orthodox couple with their child and I believe some of their prepackaged Blue Bunny ice creams are kosher. Almost every kid and parent there were polite. I didn't witness any disruptive behavior, which is nice, but also speaks well of the Valley in general. They have different party packages and we might consider this place for my 6 year old when he turns 7 in December. My boys had a blast here, made some new friends, and can't wait to come back. We timed the visit with our departure back to LA and it was one of the quietest car rides back, as my 3 guys were fast asleep after burning so many calories. Sure, $75.00 for a few hours of play is steep, but for that quiet ride home where my wife and I could actually talk to each other and hold hands, was priceless...

What actually happened was disturbing, traumatic, and handled with an alarming lack of professionalism. During the party, one of the children in our group was violently assaulted by older boys who were roaming the facility unsupervised. The injured child suffered visible facial injuries, including bleeding. While this was happening, staff response was minimal to nonexistent. The aggressors were allowed to continue playing freely, without being removed or even meaningfully addressed. What was even more upsetting was the impact this had on my 7-year-old stepson, who witnessed his friend being assaulted. This was not rough play, this was a frightening, violent incident. My stepson was visibly shaken, confused, and distressed by what he saw. This was supposed to be a joyful birthday celebration, and instead it turned into a traumatic experience that he is still processing. Law enforcement showed up and found out that other kids had become visibly assaulted as well. Multiple employees on duty, many of whom appeared very young and poorly supervised themselves were seen laughing, pointing, exchanging comments, and sharing images related to the incident, rather than helping the injured child or ensuring the safety of the kids involved. At no point did it feel like the staff took the situation seriously. The general manager on duty failed to step in decisively, failed to separate parties, and failed to prioritize the emotional and physical well-being of the children. There was no immediate first aid offered. No quiet or safe space provided. No reassurance to the injured child or the kids who witnessed the violence. The behavior of both management and staff created the clear impression that the incident was being treated as entertainment rather than an emergency. To make matters worse, parents of the aggressors were allowed to come and go freely, with one parent returning to the area where our group was standing and openly threatening members of our party again, with no visible staff or security intervention. The lack of concern for child safety was staggering. Not once did anyone ask how the injured child was doing or acknowledge the emotional impact on the other kids who witnessed the assault. Offering a small discount afterward does not begin to address the seriousness of what occurred. Until this location prioritizes active supervision, trained staff, real management accountability, and child safety, I cannot recommend bringing your children here especially for birthday parties. What should have been a happy memory became a traumatic one due entirely to staff inaction and poor leadership.

Last January I purchased 3 annual memberships for my grandkids I expected to have fourteen months, which would bring me to march. I didn't remember what day I purchased it. So I called them to ask what date I purchased the annual memberships, and they told me january ninth, but my membership had expired. She kept everything on track and kept me informed on what was happening and what was coming up. She was so good with the kids and really made the party go so smoothly. We only got pizza for the kids which I'm glad cause it was pretty expensive for a whole pizza for the adults and it was cold and not very good. The kids were happy with it though. We paid extra for the photos they took during play since there were a handful of cute ones. Lots of blurry ones and a lot of my niece and nephew (more than the birthday boy lol) but a few gems we wanted to have for memories. The other play attendee was alright. She was on her phone a lot and at one point my son was distressed and scared of an activity (the one where you jump from island to island) and he was crying to come down. The attendant was literally sitting near him on her phone not helping him. Thankfully I heard him and went to help him off the activity. At the end of the party, my husband gave Delaney a cash tip because she was so good to us. As stated before, we've never been to a place like this and didn't know any better. When I went to pay the bill, the manager gave me a bill for $800 and I knew it was the wrong one. It was for 25+6 kids and our event was 10 kids (but we only had 5). She questioned me like I didn't know what I was talking about. I gave her my kids name and she gave me the correct bill and she pointed out where to put gratuity. I told her my husband paid cash to Delaney and the manager asked if it was for the "team" or just Delaney. I said I thought it was just for Delaney since she was our primary person and I didn't know my husband's intent. I admitted we had never been to a place like this and didn't know the procedure. She asked if I wanted to go ask my husband how much he gave and I just stared at her. She again asked me if I was going to tip the team (she was listed as part of the team but this was my first interaction with her) and I said we already tipped Delaney. She gave me my receipt to sign and lectured me about how the tip should go to the team. I said I'll know for next time and left. My husband was outside with the kids and I told him what happened just for the manager to come outside to put something in a car. He told her tip was for Delaney since she was the most helpful to us and again the manager explained we're supposed to tip everyone. We just left Everything was wonderful except for this manager.
