Don't order online, you will not get what you selected. They will make there way not your way. Toasted? Nope! No cucumbers, Nope! Add jalapeños, Nope!! What's the point selecting what you want when you don't get it. I ordered 4 sandwiches and not one of them where what we asked for. I've been here many times and as always the customer service exceeded expectations and helped top off a challenging day w a few laughs & zero hassle over my somewhat picky orders. Jordan was the artist behind my sandwich's perfect brush strokes of both sriracha and light mayo, suggesting that bacon would add to the essence of the finished work. While she made sure every detail was executed to perfection, Simon was at the register ringing up my items. there was a second woman there who appeared to be the one in charge. she had me cracking up over a few jokes. and with that, the earlier & crappier portion of the day disappeared into a sandwich and my evening was relaxing. thanks guys! read more

Today I made a special trip to Subway in Hemet to where I use to have lunch when I worked out there. When I arrived I was affectionately greeted and remembered as if I had continously been going there. It was amazing that Ana remembered my order and was prepared with such care. All the staff worked so well together putting the finishing touches on my order and ringing me up. It is a rarity to see such high levels of customer service in the service industry. Best weekday staff! Girls are fast smart and very productive. Stay away on weekends!! Trust me and i mean don't even place an online order because it wont be ready. Absolutely disgusting and disregards to COVID-19. An employee, a man in his 40's or 50's, was on break outside and walked inside and starting handling the bread and food without washing his hands or without any gloves. I was disgusted. To top it off once he was done he took off his mask and started food prep. As someone who has worked in food before I've decided to never come back to this location. FOOD IS GREAT!!! BUT...I went to redeem my 2.00 reward there and the worker kept saying i didn't have any reward showing up on the register. I continued to scan the app from my phone, completely showed my proof of the reward but the girl kept insisting i had no reward. We usually go to Subway on State and Stetson. Today we decided to try this one on State and Sanderson. I am very happy we did. From the time I walked in I knew it was going to be a positive experience. A pretty young lady named Alexis greeted me with a smile and commenced to filing my order. Alot of people sleep on this subway but it's actually fantastic. Everything was clean, both the girls working the counter were amazing, (Aliyah and I forgot to ask the other's name) but they both served us with smiles and asked us about our sandwiches, and made suggestions that made them even better. Me and my fiancee were both hangry and kinda in bad moods, but they put us back in good ones and gave us some pretty dope sandwiches in the process. Great employees. read more

You should have some go in early and open at 8am ready to serve.
