Came here with my dad and ate in, ordered for here and got two famous stars, a single western bacon, a fry and a waffle fry, and two soft drinks. Everything was correct on our order and nice and hot, Oscar brought our food to our table just a couple minutes after we sat down, very fast and polite service. Oscar also made sure my dad got his senior discount after taking all of our coupons we used for our order, and was very friendly and polite throughout our visit, asking if needed anything else and how our food was. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Thank you to Oscar and this Carl's Jr. location team for making it a nice and pleasant visit, we'll be back soon for sure! read more

I don't recommend this location, especially during late-night hours. Every time I come around midnight, the wait is extremely long. It's consistently understaffed, which leads to unacceptable delays. It's frustrating because this location is convenient and close by, but the wait time defeats the purpose. You can literally drive to another city and back, and still be waiting here. This is not the workers' fault ,they're doing what they can. The issue is clearly with management not scheduling enough staff at night. Until that's fixed, it makes me not want to come back. read more

My mom and brother recently went there and the supposed "manager" CAMILLA has such a bad attitude. I say supposed because she went from 0 to 100 and has no customer service. My brother has autism and this lady was yelling and being rude to them. No reason for that over a mistake she made. There was just a misunderstanding and instead of mediating she just went off. No one in line. Sat in the drivethrough at the order kiosk for far too long. Be more respectful of your community.

The food usually comes out good. However, this place needs a serious staff overhaul. I sat in the drive thru line so long the other day I just backed out (thankfully the person behind me did too) and Went across the street to Mickey D's. When I left the other place all the cars that were in line were still there. The next visit, I went in. And found out what the problem is. Complete pandemonium inside. No one knows what the other is doing, arguing about orders etc... I ordered anyway. Stood at the register for 3-4 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Then waited some more to place an order that I had to repeat because she (I believe she might have been a manager) simply wasn't paying attention and was noticeably annoyed and angry. So good to find one of my favorite fast food joints on my monthly jaunts to San Diego for doctor visits. This place really makes my trips more enjoyable. The staff have almost always been so cheerful and accommodating. And I really appreciate eating in a place where I see cleanliness all around me. And sometimes they are swamped And yet they all keep their cool. And occasionally when it is super slow, I don't see staff just sitting and doing nothing, no, I see them actively moving and doing all the little things like wiping down the counters, filling straw bins, making sure the napkin holders are full, and filling the ice machines. Whoever is in charge really deserves a gold star for inspiring the team members to be active and alert and have their game on behavior. read more

8/9/23 Alondra L. had a bad Attitude and talked to me rudely even though I was nice to her. I went thru the drive thru just to get fried zucchini. They always undercook it so its doughy and discusting and they never cook their meat enough and they always talk to customers really disrespectful. Then they always say they don't have sauce or they say they can only give you 1 sauce when you are the one paying alot of money for your food. The manager needs to adress alot of issues at this location. The employees are probably taking the sauces home because I've never heard of a Carls jr. not having enough sauce for the food that you paid for. This is the worst Carl's Jr. When it comes to customer service. We always go through the drive-thru, and there's one particular person usually working the window. This person is very rude. She's actually told us Oh well, when we've pointed out that our order wasn't accurate. To be this rude, and still have a job, she must be related to the owner. We avoid this Carl's Jr, because of her bad attitude and her rudeness. It's a shame, cuz I just love Carl's food. read more

Went tonight, having not gone to this location for a couple year, but I had a rare craving. Gave my order through the drive thru. One item included a 20 piece of chicken tenders. Costs have gone astronomical of course, so the least they can do is give a proper count. They handed me a super large bag at the window. Everything stacked in. I did a quick rummage in the bag. They gave 3 box for the chicken, so I expected 20 to be within the 3 fairly large boxes. I get home, and lo and behold, they only put 5 pieces per box x 3 boxes = 15 tenders. I get they are probably minimum wage, but I would expect they know how to do simple Math. So, not going back there again, not that I go to any Carl's over the last 15 years, but this place was a rude reminder that I shouldn't even bother trying ever again. Not the lady taking my order on the speaker, the young girl that charged me and gave me my food , told me to wait at the parking lot and so i did and when she came to my car to give me my food, she basically shoved it in my hand . and just walked away . i love coming here everyday before work!!! but she makes me not want to order from here anymore. i understand it's hot and she has to stand there for long hours, but don't give us attitude especially if we were being nice. I work in management in a retail environment - so it's similar environments & i know how work and customers can be , I came to the drive through with my gf one night & some girl w/ blue hair was very rude to me. While ordering at the drive through screen & idk if I pissed her off by taking off my first western -bacon order & replacing it with a 6 dollar all star box meal Then when I got to the window I asked her how she was doing & I got no response , then I could hear her conversating with her co-worker about how she hates working on fridays and all this and that ... and I asked her for house sauce ( once I got to the window ) & ketchup & she was like it's already in the bag ... what the hell she lied she put honey mustard & bbq sauce in the bag. Like I know damn well you're not going to put the house dressing in a bag w/o request of it ( it usually goes on salads and my gf likes to dip her burgers in it ) and we left w/o any of the sauce we requested ( nicely , I'm a calm and reasonable person ) and that girl was just so rude I cannot even begin to try to fathom it . I would've left a survey on their recipet but I didn't get one . What a joke. That girl needs to work on her attitude , your job is literally serving customers. Get it together jeez read more

If I could give a negative one star I would. Theres a reason Carls Jr is classified as FAST FOOD because they are fast! Well this drive threw was the opposite like 10mins to talk and just said 'Hold' so another 5mins to take the order then after charging us they gave the food didnt ask if we wanted fries or a drink with our burgers.. My boyfriend asked for Ketchup at the window and that took FOREVER too and once they opened the window again they just said did you get your food and hes like no i been waiting for Ketchup and they gave us two and closed the window.. 2/17/24 at around 730pm Went through the drive through tonight and ordered 2 meals a famous star with cheese no ketchup meal and a double western bacon meal and neither of these meals were edible. Each burger had so much sauce,including the ketchup we specifically asked to NOT put on the famous star, the buns were sooo soggy they fell apart and they werent even burgers anymore not to mention they were so sloppily made like a toddler made them. That's unfortunate because Carl's is already expensive bc apparently its quality meat/food but this location the quality has declined and fast in the past year. It's like the workers don't care but will gladly take our money like all these other fast food places which isn't right. Without us customers coming in then you guys would have no paycheck. Makes me sad bc Carl's was once my favorite go to burger and maybe I will be back but just not to this location. You all should be embarrassed that this is the kind of food you give to the public that pay alot of money to attempt to enjoy. read more
