Well, due to a series of mishaps, haven't sat down to dinner with the old Jack in over 8 years, but the food was mostly as I remembered it, basic good food. Regretfully I am now on a budget and delivery through outside brand delivery services tacks on more than reasonable in my opinion, but for fries to come in two different heat levels based apparently.on price is really ridiculous. My classic cheeseburger was good, and just as I recall from the MANY times I drove by to visit or through the side window, the cheesecake was still great though smaller than it used to be. I rated the storefront 4 stars because though a bit under hot in temperature, its decent and delivery was very fast, but then being under a mile away helps. read more

I went to this location for breakfast this morning and my experience was horrible. I ordered the "smashed jack combo" and it was terrible. I still have my food and I'll be returning as soon as I get a chance today! My fries were burnt. My drink was flat and the burger bun was stale! It was disgusting. No matter the size of your order or how busy it is, you're almost guaranteed to be sent to park out front. I usually only visit Jack in the Box during the early morning hours on my way to work. But I decided to have a late breakfast since it was a day off from work. I have only visited this location a few times since it's out of my way from my normal commute. It's been a steady good experience. The only thing that would make it a 5 star would be the drive thru associate. So far every time I have visit the drive thru, the associate seems like they are tired and not in a pleasant mood. Maybe I'm just catching the person on a bad day or they just don't want to be at work but it's a little disheartening to hear someone sigh after asking a question or giving your order. I'm sure with a little more training and with given the proper breaks it would get better. read more

I have to continue to wait more than 30 minutes for 2 tacos on every occasion whether they are busy or not. They sit around and do nothing as I wait in the Drive Thru for my food. They can't simply remember what I ordered through my mobile order. A few simple sauces could not be that hard to remember. I am told to drive to the front of the building to wait for my food. Mind you I only ordered 1 order of tacos and 1 chicken sandwich. As I am waiting in the front another car pulls beside me to wait. We are now blocking the parking lot and an exit door. My food finally comes - I am told my order is complete and my ranch packets are in my bag. Our order was online, and pick up @ the East Hemet location on Florida Ave. The online order process was simple and very thorough. I sent a screenshot of the pick up information to my caregiver. The receipt quoted 5-7 minutes to be ready. It took an extra 20 minutes after arrival for the order to be ready. At first, my caregiver was told they did not receive the order. She showed them the screenshot and they found the order. They made it and as always the food was awesome. I wish the personnel was half as good as the food. Let me start by saying that the order taker Gabriana was perfect!!!! She was very attentive and a great listener. she made sure to repeat my order back to me and make sure that everything was correct. My food came piping hot and fresh and my milkshakes were blended perfectly. She even went a step further and offered to give my dog who is accompanying me some complementary whipped topping which he devoured before I could even leave the parking lot. went to jack in the box for a quick stop. front man told us to pull up to the window and when we did the guy proceeded to ignore us and keep the door shut having us wait there for about 5 minutes. After he's done ignoring us he tells us to pull to the front. We do and wait for over 40 minutes. People who were after us got there food before us. It wasn't even a big order or anything. we asked the guy if it will take any longer and he said "not that long" and proceeds to take others their food while we sit and wait. I don't recommend coming here especially if you are in a hurry. There are a lot of homeless who hang around here as well and overall the well being of the place is dirty. Would give a zero if I could. Ordered BBQ bacon sandwiches and they were cold. The cheese was not melted the onion rings were cold as well as the bread. I can only assume that they are making everything in advance and letting it sit to speed up orders. Well that would work if you made sure everything you served was still hot. But to go through a drive through place an order for fast food and pay for it using your hard earned money to only get it home and it is cold with un melted cheese and cold meat it is rather disappointing. i was eating my lunch (which was cold and soggy), and i saw a few times the shift leader/trainer was denying walk ins the use of bathroom ( i get it with the homeless problem). however a trainee was running the register and a male early 30s and a little girl barely out of diapers (crying to pee) came in and asked to use the bathroom. the trainee let them in, but the manager/trainer then proceeded to give the trainee the riot act telling her bathroom for customers only, and not to do it again. now like i said i get it for the homeless, but if you are denying a crying little girl barely out of diapers the use of bathroom unless they buy something then you dont deserve to be in business.... plain and simple, embarrassing a crying little girl trying not to pee her pants is unforgivable!!!! retrain your management to have compassion and common sense. it's not the kids fault.
