Best customer service and fast transactions, so busy and they're working hard with a smile on their face. Let my mom in to use the restroom, and also for waiting patiently and being very busy they even thought to accommodate. Getting this kind of service is rare. The fast food industry and it is a good thing when the team is working so well! The staff there today is 10/10. read more

Jack in the Box - A nice meal kit! And hooked it up with some fries! - Fast Food Near Me - Hemet, California

I ordered online on got the Gremlin Meal spent the extra money for it. When I picked up my meal they said they had no more Gremlin air fresheners. Really, so I spent the extra money for it and I get nothing. What the hell JACK!!! read more

I went to this location for breakfast this morning and my experience was horrible. I ordered the "smashed jack combo" and it was terrible. I still have my food and I'll be returning as soon as I get a chance today! My fries were burnt. My drink was flat and the burger bun was stale! It was disgusting. The staff did not give me a receipt but luckily I used my debit card. I feel totally ripped off. This was not a fresh meal. I feel cheated out of my hard earned money. read more

Well, due to a series of mishaps, haven't sat down to dinner with the old Jack in over 8 years, but the food was mostly as I remembered it, basic good food. Regretfully I am now on a budget and delivery through outside brand delivery services tacks on more than reasonable in my opinion, but for fries to come in two different heat levels based apparently.on price is really ridiculous. My classic cheeseburger was good, and just as I recall from the MANY times I drove by to visit or through the side window, the cheesecake was still great though smaller than it used to be. I rated the storefront 4 stars because though a bit under hot in temperature, its decent and delivery was very fast, but then being under a mile away helps. read more

My wife and l decided to give this Jack in the box location in HEMET, ca a try ... We've live in HEMET a year now and like it very much(Despite what people say)...We ordered our food with no problem unfortunately we were met with a frown instead of a smile at the take out window... The food was good but the service NOT so much... read more

Food is usually fresh and accurate, which I appreciate. However, this location clearly prioritizes drive-thru window times over the customer experience. No matter the size of your order or how busy it is, you're almost guaranteed to be sent to park out front. There's barely space for one car, yet today they had four of us crammed in front of the door. If you've been here, you know the setup doesn't make sense. read more

I went through the drive-thru today and ordered a Teriyaki Bowl and 2 tacos with 1 other car behind me this location has adopted the terrible practice of parking drive-thru cars in order to manipulate their ticket times. This will be my last visit here because of this. If I wanted to park I would have gone inside or to McDonald's. read more

I usually only visit Jack in the Box during the early morning hours on my way to work. But I decided to have a late breakfast since it was a day off from work. I have only visited this location a few times since it's out of my way from my normal commute. It's been a steady good experience. The only thing that would make it a 5 star would be the drive thru associate. So far every time I have visit the drive thru, the associate seems like they are tired and not in a pleasant mood. Maybe I'm just catching the person on a bad day or they just don't want to be at work but it's a little disheartening to hear someone sigh after asking a question or giving your order. I'm sure with a little more training and with given the proper breaks it would get better. read more

this customer service here is by far the worst i have ever experienced. me and my family are visiting my mother from Brooklyn New york and this is what we walked into. Your team lead who didn't have a name tag on said she was in charge and had a nasty attitude after we asked her a simple question. i have been a GSTL for over 7years i would never have anyone working for me that's rude like her and your staff here read more

Jack in the Box - picture of the jack in the box we tried to visit - Fast Food Near Me - Hemet, California

Absolutely disgraceful establishment. I've had to drive miles out of my way multiple times due to their lack of service. I order the most simple food item on the menu. 2 Tacos. I have to continue to wait more than 30 minutes for 2 tacos on every occasion whether they are busy or not. They sit around and do nothing as I wait in the Drive Thru for my food. They can't simply remember what I ordered through my mobile order. A few simple sauces could not be that hard to remember. The inside of the store is disgusting, and no one inside seems to care whatsoever. Not even god can help improve this place. Close it down so they can all lose their jobs. read more

The service is always slow and most times the drive thru line is backed up. There were two times there was no drive thru line when we had to stop here.. once they were only taking cash and the second they had 3 cars blocking the entrance waiting for the items they paid for. Today they were out of coffee. UPDATE: waited in the sun for over 30mins. I had to go in and complain for them to START my order read more

Really messed up service. They took 30 minutes to make my 3 chicken sandwiches 2 tacos and they still manage to forget the hot sauce I ask for. Second time I come to this location and again they make me wait in the front and make everyone's big orders before making small orders. Really don't recommend coming here. read more

Let me start by saying that the order taker Gabriana was perfect!!!! She was very attentive and a great listener. she made sure to repeat my order back to me and make sure that everything was correct. My food came piping hot and fresh and my milkshakes were blended perfectly. She even went a step further and offered to give my dog who is accompanying me some complementary whipped topping which he devoured before I could even leave the parking lot. I'm not sure why this Jack-in-the-Box has low reviews but my experience was amazing I definitely recommend this Jack-in-the-Box! read more

Our order was online, and pick up @ the East Hemet location on Florida Ave. The online order process was simple and very thorough. I sent a screenshot of the pick up information to my caregiver. The receipt quoted 5-7 minutes to be ready. It took an extra 20 minutes after arrival for the order to be ready. At first, my caregiver was told they did not receive the order. She showed them the screenshot and they found the order. They made it and as always the food was awesome. I wish the personnel was half as good as the food. The front staff was rude, and condescending, and appeared quite put out to be doing her job. read more

I am told to drive to the front of the building to wait for my food. Mind you I only ordered 1 order of tacos and 1 chicken sandwich. As I am waiting in the front another car pulls beside me to wait. We are now blocking the parking lot and an exit door. My food finally comes - I am told my order is complete and my ranch packets are in my bag. Already feeling rushed as I am blocking a portion of the parking lot I take his word for it and leave. I arrive back at my office only to find not ranch packets. What a waste of my time and money! Working a 12 hr day with no lunch. Way to go Management at Jack in the Box. read more

went to jack in the box for a quick stop. front man told us to pull up to the window and when we did the guy proceeded to ignore us and keep the door shut having us wait there for about 5 minutes. After he's done ignoring us he tells us to pull to the front. We do and wait for over 40 minutes. People who were after us got there food before us. It wasn't even a big order or anything. we asked the guy if it will take any longer and he said "not that long" and proceeds to take others their food while we sit and wait. I don't recommend coming here especially if you are in a hurry. There are a lot of homeless who hang around here as well and overall the well being of the place is dirty. Thank you to the lady who yelled at her employees for being lazy. Gave us extra food for waiting. Thank you :) read more

Would give a zero if I could. Ordered BBQ bacon sandwiches and they were cold. The cheese was not melted the onion rings were cold as well as the bread. I can only assume that they are making everything in advance and letting it sit to speed up orders. Well that would work if you made sure everything you served was still hot. But to go through a drive through place an order for fast food and pay for it using your hard earned money to only get it home and it is cold with un melted cheese and cold meat it is rather disappointing. Will not be visiting this location again. It has happened way to many times now. I thought they would be better after the remodeling but it appears to be worse. I couldn't even eat the food as I can not stand the taste of cold Jack in the box food. So I guess I just threw away money. Seeing that no one even answers the phone when you try to call in. read more

I ordered a number one combo large with Curley fries and was disappointed with the food because the burger looked very sloppy and was cold as well ass the Curley fries and almost tasted stale I only like 7 minutes away and I know it couldn't got cold that fast . I ordered my food online and the options for the drinks were limited. When I arrived, I advised what was happening and asked for the specific drink of choice and they denied me of it. When I checked my food while going to my destination, it was cold as it seemed to be another order that was never picked up. The bread for my spicy chicken sandwich was stale and the chicken is barely warm. Is saddening to have this type of situation. read more

The food was good. It's just the fact that they had me waiting 25 mins outside when I had ordered from the drive thru. And there were 2 other ppl behind me waiting too. I don't understand how they got their food first than me when I had ordered first than them. It woulda been nice it they had told me they were short staffed but they didn't. So I don't know what the issue was,why they took forever. I so starving and annoyed. They're lucky I'm not short tempered. read more

I've ate here plenty of times and it's always been descent but today I ordered through door dash and No ! it's not that the food was cold but everything I ordered was crazy over cooked like you couldn't imagine, my 4 year old daughter didn't even want her chicken nuggets or curly fries not to mention they came with no BBQ sauce . Tacos look like I made them yesterday and returned them 5 minutes before getting them back and my loaded bfst sandwich taste like burnt toaster ! My French fries that came with it where staled to where I literally just gave them to my dogg cause I didn't wanna waste a large fry . What sucks is that I've never had this experience from this location! I hope who ever was on shift lead today 9/21/2020 after 6pm or management writes up the cook on line that thought this type of food was edible and let this type of food leave the door . Come on now it's basic fast food . I know what I'm saying cause I've worked in the restaurant industry for years so I know . At the end of the day you have to love and enjoy what you do for work otherwise sht like this is just going to piss off people that work for there money and spend it here to just get burned food . Not cool read more

Long overdue on this one. How am I the only person in the drive thru but I'm still getting cold food? I've had some great cashier service but the cook might need to step it up a bit. Especially considering you can't get out of there without paying about 8 bucks now for fake food. read more

i was eating my lunch (which was cold and soggy), and i saw a few times the shift leader/trainer was denying walk ins the use of bathroom ( i get it with the homeless problem). however a trainee was running the register and a male early 30s and a little girl barely out of diapers (crying to pee) came in and asked to use the bathroom. the trainee let them in, but the manager/trainer then proceeded to give the trainee the riot act telling her bathroom for customers only, and not to do it again. now like i said i get it for the homeless, but if you are denying a crying little girl barely out of diapers the use of bathroom unless they buy something then you dont deserve to be in business.... plain and simple, embarrassing a crying little girl trying not to pee her pants is unforgivable!!!! retrain your management to have compassion and common sense. it's not the kids fault. And for the record it is against federal law to deny pregnant women and disabled people the use of a bathroom anywhere. If they have one for public use or not... read more
