EXPERT SUB CREATORS! My recent experience at this Subway was fantastic, the girl who made our sandwiches was very professional and focused. She and her coworker both acknowledged our presence. Also, she was finishing up an online order while beginning to grab our bread for our subs! She was a great multitasker. I ordered my go-to Italian sub The Boss and the sandwich artist put plenty of cheese, meatballs, and provolone. I love when I get my sandwich as advertised! My family also ordered some veggie sandwiches which were equally delicious. I can proudly say she took her time (not in a bad way, she was quick!) with each sandwich! This Subway had plenty of cookies and had a large drink fountain. I didn't spot any fresh lemonade like other locations. I think they ran out for the day, I came around 5pm. The ambiance is pretty good, it's quiet and a nice place to just sit and enjoy a meal midweek. Subway is always disappointing! The food is gross and not fresh! This one is especially dirty.

On my travels from Palm Springs to San Diego, it's so nice knowing I have a great halfway stop for lunch . And Subway is one of my favorite eateries . This location is wonderful because I find it is always so clean both on the outside as well as inside. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. I generally have my favorite, a six inch chicken teriyaki with toasted shredded cheese. I very the bread from time to time, and have always found all the breads to be very fresh. And I really love their sweet tea. And don't forget the chocolate chip cookie, a great end to a great meal. read more

So it was my first time in this location but they are a chain so it doesn't very much. They keep this one clean and the staff was friendly. All the vegetables looked fresh and crispy. So if your in the area and looking for a fast cheap sandwich go for it. Try the foot long on the cheddar jalapeño bread. Start with the mustard and mayo then the meat top that off with light lettuce cucumber jalapeño yellow peppers black olives oil vinegar salt and pepper. read more

I usually order thro the app because I don't have time to do walk-ins. Usually, you would think something would go wrong since you're not actually there to watch it being made, but I've always had excellent experience. The sandwiches are always bomb! I ordered sandwiches last night, with the foot long BOGO. First, I only got the free sandwich on one, when I ordered 4. The order arrived at my house at 9pm, too late to call in that my order was messed up. I called this morning, and was told that I had to call the delivery service for a refund, when they had nothing to do with the sandwiches being messed up. There was pretty much no lettuce on any of them, I was supposed to get double roast beef on one, which looked like it barely had a single portion, let alone double. This review is overdue! It was a hot day in May, and we craved a Subway salad after doing much laborious moving for sis-in-law. We happened by this location on May 31st and so glad we did. Ernesto greeted us. Not only was he very personable, he was knowledgeable and recommended the garlic herb dressing for our tuna salad. It was yum-yum delicious...look at the picture of that humongous salad. It was pretty busy inside, and the two employees working, Ernesto and Kiana, handled some of the grumpy customers with patience and professionalism. When it was our turn, we had to let them know they were an awesome team and worked well under pressure. Haven't tried Subway since the Covid19 started even though this is my favorite in Hemet. Disappointed in my visit yesterday. Never seen the two employees that were there yesterday. The male made every attempt to provide good service and sandwiches however, the female did not practice or encourage social distancing and in fact had the person behind me (on the red x mark) come up right next to me then jump to the other side of me to make her sandwiches rather than assist finishing my other 2 sandwiches prior to calling the next customer up. This female employee would not assist her coworker and was not friendly. Will not return until the covid19 is over. read more

First time at this Subway, located in the Sonic and Walmart shopping center. I had really great service, friendly and prompt. Sandwich was delicious and well made. Place is clean and well lit and has decent parking. This particular Subway is fairly large and has a lot of extra seating. Lots of other stores around too and well lit throughout the center. I actually walked out yesterday without getting a sandwich. I'm a bit of a germophobe so I watch when the person is making my food. It started off good because I didn't have to ask the lady to wash her hands before putting on clean gloves. She got my bread and put on the meat. Right after doing that she reached down with both hands to pull her pants up at the waste then proceeded to get the cheese and put it on my sandwich. She then asked what vegetables I'd like and that's when I told her I changed my mind and walked out. It just made me think that people go to the bathroom and once done they pull up their pants with their dirty hands before washing their hands. And then to continue touching the food afterwards. It just grossed me out. I could tell the girl didn't realize what she did because she looked confused. Had there not been people in front and behind me I would have said something. Instead I just left. I would suggest the employees be more aware of stuff like this in the future. read more

Out of all the subways in town this one is my favorite! Always clean and the employees smiling and friendly! I gotta say Ray (the employee) is awesome always making the customer laugh and very fast at making those sandwiches! I visit this location regularly and the lady's there are always so friendly. My last visit was in the middle of lunch hour. Although they were fairly busy, the employees kept welcoming everyone who walked through the door as well as assuring everybody in line they would be with them shortly. My boyfriend went in to get us 2 foot longs. I written my order down so he would know my fixings. Our sandwiches were prepared by Jesus whom took my list from my boyfriend to make my turkey with spinach on honeyoat with provolone cheese onions bell peppers onions tomatoes,honey mustard viniger salt & pepper. I eat fast food more than three times a week and most of my trips are to subway it can get a little pricey but I never feel gross after compared to eating a burger so it's well worth the money and this particular subway happends to be my favorite they always recognize me when I walk in and I am never disappointed with my food.
