The salad was a bit disappointing this time around, not enough dressing was provided which made the salad quite bland. It wasn't bad, but definitely not their best salad preparation. The guy at the window was nice, he brought me my order quickly. Inside is pretty calm, although I don't ever eat inside as it's pretty small and seating is cramped. Take-out is the best option for me. Also, the drive-thru is pretty fast so it's never a bother. Panera has some of the most fantastic salads that would usually only be in a high-end restaurant just pick through the menu and when you see something that they're trying out and it's for a limited time only try that salad you will not be disappointed one of them that I really enjoy whenever it is in season is a citrusy, Asian salad and I can't remember the name, but it had the fried noodles for the crunch. It had the citrus fruit cut up with the most delicious dressing again anytime you see Panera with the salads that are limited time only in season do yourself a favor and try it. Highly recommended! It seems like every time I come here there's some type of chaos. The drive through line will not move. They always have a hard time hearing me. I don't like to yell but I feel bad when I do so they can hear me. It's frustrating. I raise my voice and hope I'm not screaming so loud. They always take 15-20mins minimum for any food item I end up ordering before work. Maybe it was a bad idea for Panera to do a drive through. I understand a lot a lot of places are short staffed but to have to sit in a drive through for 20mins for a egg soufflé and a basic black coffee is a little ridiculous to me. I got two orders of Mac and cheese for my three kids and a sandwich for myself. I dipped my baby's piece of bread in the Mac and there was a thick black hair in the cheese sauce. I alerted one of the staff walking around and she said she'd get a new order of Mac and cheese. By the time she came back and said it was almost done we were all done with our meals so she gave it to me to go. Kinda disappointed because my son didn't eat with us, he took it home to eat. For poor service. We were both sick and my husband dragged himself out to get soup for me and a soup bowl for him. At home, he found he had gotten only a cup of soup despite the bread bowl on our receipt. I called the attendant who said she could not offer a delivery but he could pick up a bread bowl. After my poor husband had started out again, the manager called to say they had made another mistake and there were no bread bowls left. He went home with a loaf of bread and a cup of soup. Managers, I believe, have means at their disposal to makes compensation, but this manager is apparently unskilled in their use. Her offering was paltry. read more
