My favorite restaurant is when visiting the Soboba Casino. The Noodle Bar offers some of the most delicious food anywhere. In my opinion, it is truly a hidden gem. The food is ALWAYS DELICIOUS, fresh, and flavorful. Portion sizes will leave you feeling happy and full every time. Employees are friendly, welcoming, and always appear happy. The vibe here is relaxing and fun. Prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes, and the menu is rather large, so guests have many food options. I always leave here knowing I just had a great and delicious meal. read more

Short Summary: The pad thai is plain. Bulgogi is just as plain. Ambiance and seating is pleasant. Restaurant was busy, had to wait quite a while. Calamari was the most flavorful dish. Read below for specifics. Me and my family came to Soboba for my birthday. Arrival at the counter--wait took a long time because the restaurant was busy. Totally understandable. (Especially considering that this restaurant is within the casino.) Table is clean and presentation is nice. I love that the staff greet you from the outside, very good score on customer service. The dining atmosphere was honestly amazing. Decoration is very fancy in a modern vibe and captures a comforting Asian restaurant very well. My issue with the restaurant is their food. I have tried all kinds of Pad Thai. But never once...did I expect a restaurant to make the most bland Pad Thai I have ever tasted. I didn't even think it was possible. The pad thai tasted more soft than chewy, it tasted as if I was eating soba noodles because there is no umami flavor, let alone the sweet and savory taste to the noodles. Not even the chili paste can add even a hint of flavor. The tofu is too soft for my tastes, and lacking in flavor. Same thoughts about the bulgogi, which was also lacking flavor. For quite a large price, I feel very disappointed. However, there was one thing I did enjoy, was the calamari and sauce. Calamari was the perfect mix of chewy and crispy. I savored every bite of that texture. Sauce was tangy and sweet, the kind of flavor I expected in the Pad Thai. I can confirm that the calamari, the atmosphere, and the customer service are recieving the stars. Thank you Noodle Bar for the experiance. read more

We stopped in for dinner the other night it was fantastic. They had wonderful selections of items and it was hard to choose as there were so many items we wanted to try. Everything was cooked perfectly. The service was excellent and our server was Leslie. Overall, it was a wonderful experience the place had a nice vibe. They offered many options. If you haven't been there to make it a point to stop in and have a meal. I'm sure you will be just as satisfied as we were. read more

We don't have a lot of Asian food restaurants here in our little city. I had a very nice time at the noodle bar. My husband order the orange chicken also a side of white rice, my husband stated it was very crunchy chicken that was a win for him.I had the tom yum and it was perfect with my taste buds. It was not to spicy also sour the way I like it not over powering. Also some vegetables egg rolls now those remind me crunchy outside the inside was too mushy for me. Overall I really enjoyed myself service was fast also our server was on point. Like I said our food was done hot and delicious. Plus I don't have to drive 45hrs to 1 hr to get a decent meal. I will be coming back to try their different dishes. Enjoy plus good luck. read more

Love this place ! The food and desserts are to die for, their wine is my favorite! I highly recommend

Came for lunch and ordered the wonton soup, garlic chicken wings, spicy dumplings and ube butter cake. The service was good ,our waitress Serrena was attentative and refilled your drink without having to ask her. The food wasn't bad. The wonton soup kinda lacked the flavorful broth, but adding chili and soy sauce made it better. The garlic chicken wings were juicy inside and crispy outside. They definately didn't skimp on the fried garlic bits, which were delicious. The spicy dumplings had a good chili flavor to it, but you have to watch out for those peppercorns if you're not a fan. The ube butter cake was our favorite. The Ube ice cream with the butter cake together was a fantastic bite. I was disappointed that the edge of the cake was hard like a cookie; however, the middle part of the cake, underneath the ice cream, was still soft. The restaurant wasn't crowded and we didn't have to wait for a table. The restaurant had a nice Asian decor with good lighting and very clean. read more

Grabbed a late night meal at Noodle Bar and was surprised at how quiet it was inside the restaurant as it was open inside the casino but honestly didn't sound like it or feel like it. It was an overall positive experience due to the great service and food even though I only had the steamed pot stickers appetizers. But those can be either really good or bad and I was so impressed at how yummy they were and the two very different sauces they were served with. My husband truly enjoyed his Pho' meal. Flavorful and a nice portion. The condiments were presented nicely on the table and it was a nice size table. Nice environment, great flavors, super service! I would recommend Noodle Bar to anyone staying at the hotel or in the area. read more

Opened at 12pm on Tuesday, the place was empty. The place is clean and the menu options are plentiful! Orange chicken, kungpao chicken, pad Thai, pho soup, the most popular dishes are available. I ordered the honey walnut shrimp which were huge pieces of shrimp along with the shrimp Yakisoba, crab ragoons and the calamari were thick and yummy! Must definitely go back! read more

Very dissatisfying. The noodle soup was watery, (no flavor) the pork was tough. The only good thing was the shrimp wontons. And it was only $20 for this experience. After I complained they said I should have sent it back. How about making it right the first time? Don't waste your time on this place. I know casino food is not usually a 5 star experience but COME ON. read more

My sisters and I came here after a night of partying at a wedding reception at the golf course. We were pleasantly surprised with the service, atmosphere and food. Everything was great, totally hit the spot! The portions were huge, too! We got the bulgogi, noodles, and won ton soup. I think the won ton soup could have had a deeper broth, but it was delicious. Our waitress was really sweet and helpful. We would definitely return to this spot if we ever returned. read more

My husband and I really enjoy the food at the Noodle Bar. It may be a little pricey, but the food is always fresh and delicious. So, the reason I'm giving it only 2 stars, for my review, is because of the recent fly issue the restaurant is having. We have never seen flies in any of the casino's restaurants until today. When we received our food about 5-7 flies wanted to join us for lunch and they were very aggressive. We told our waitress and she said she doesn't know where they are coming from. So, we had to use the paper napkins to cover all our dishes, which made our dining uncomfortable. I hope Soboba will address this issue because I would hate for them to lose our business and possibly other costumers as well. read more

I ordered my meal to go last night and wasn't really impressed with the food I got to be honest. I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken (from the wok) Garlic Chicken Wings Szechuan Wontons I will say that the Szechuan Wontons were really good with a spicy flavor the other items lacked flavor with my order.. the Kung Pao chicken bits seemed overly fried and super chewy and it just seemed like they were in a rush and just thrown in the to go box with soy sauce leaking everywhere in the bag. The Garlic Wings were clumped together and they just dumped a huge pile of garlic and what looked like cilantro on top of it. I'm sure this place has other items that are good from other reviews I've read I believe this place is good I just didn't have a good experience and this was my first time going to Soboba so I was a little disappointed. I will be coming back to the casino but I feel like I would be trying a different place to eat after spending the $48 and being a little let down with the food. Perhaps I'll give a different dish a try but for now they lost 2 stars because of it in my book. read more

Service took too long and when we got our food five flies landed on our table and food. We let the waitress know and she apologized and said they come from outside. There should have been some other response to this issue. We didn't even eat majority of our food. The table behind us also was having to deter flies from their food. read more

Date night was made perfect with excellent service, outstanding food and portions big enough for a second meal. We had calamari appetizers to share which we didn't dare finish not to spoil or entrees. They were crispy and flavorful with a great dipping sauce She ordered beef bulgogi which was tender and crispy at the same time. My seafood delight only needed a little bit of chili sauce to make it perfect for me. 5 star and my full recommendation. read more

Honestly, my favorite part of this restaurant is that it's open late. Whenever I'm craving noodles or decent Asian food late at night, this is the place I frequent. While the food is often hit or miss, the staff are generally friendly. The restaurant is typically well-kept, and there are always seats available. My recent experience was pretty good overall. Our waitress was kind and helpful, but we did feel a bit rushed with ordering, and our bill was handed to us before we were even halfway done eating. The food was mostly good, although a few items weren't quite as tasty as others. We ordered: - **Veggie egg rolls:** Flavorful and freshly fried, but overcooked. - **Spicy wontons:** Perfectly thin wrapper and juicy shrimp, but most of the flavor came from the chili oil. - **Miso ramen:** Underwhelming and flavorless, though it did have a lot of pork belly. - **Kung pao chicken:** Lacking in flavor and not spicy at all. - **Shrimp fried rice:** My favorite dish, flavorful with plenty of protein. - **Ube butter cake:** Not too sweet, with a large scoop of ube ice cream on top of a buttery warm cake, drizzled with delicious ube syrup. While most of the items looked better than they tasted, this restaurant is still not a bad place to visit. read more

This is hands down our highlight after visiting Soboba Casino & Resort, win or lose, we always stop into Noodle Bar & leave feeling like winners. From the egg roll appetizer, to the pad Thai, orange chicken, black pepper beef, honey walnut shrimp, all the food is top tier quality and flavor here!! Service is always exceptional, ambiance is what you would expect - fun vibes with the casino floor right outside. Prices are fair. The only thing missing is that I have yet to try their poke and their pho, but I hear both are great! Noodle Bar is exceptional and highly recommended! read more

Out of all the Asian fusion spots I've been too, Noodle Bar arguably competes with some of the best spots in SoCal. Went in an hour and 10 minutes before closing last night, Wednesday. Hostess was welcoming and friendly. Waitress was the absolute worst! She walked up and said "drinks?" We ordered drinks, 2 desserts and an appetizer which she sarcastically and rudely commented on. The food was excellent! We wanted to order more but she was so bad that we just wanted to be done and leave. No thank you for coming in, how was your food, nothing! Horrible service! Won't go back. read more

In all honesty, I wish I could give them 4 1/2 stars, but Yelp doesn't do halfsies so I'll round it up to 5. I should also mention the entire meal was comped, so we only paid for the tip but trust me, we paid for the meal with all the $$$ we lost in the casino which was way more than what was comped to us. First and foremost, the staff was AMAZING! Seriously. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were all friendly, helpful, and even said they could hold our leftovers for us so we could gamble some more. This is a great service as it was over 100 degrees outside so putting food in the car wouldn't have worked, and I can guarantee I would have forgotten it if it was sitting it down at my feet every time I played a different slot machine. The food was an 8 out of 10, with the Ube Butter Cake being a 15 out of 10. We had the steak special, BBQ pork fried rice, and orange chicken. Except for the steak dinner, expect everything to be family style servings. Everything tasted good, but you can tell this isn't a steak place as it was just OK. Better than Denny's, but still tasted a little pre-manufactured, if you know what I mean. The fact that we got our food pretty fast told us they didn't spend much time on the steak. It was served with steamed rice rather than having an option for maybe a baked potato. At the same time, the place is called Noodles so what do you expect? The orange chicken was a little bland, but at least it wasn't spicy, which is good for me. The meat was tender and plentiful though. I give them credit for more meat than coating. The fried rice was pretty good. I wish it was a little more pork, but now I'm being picky. But let's talk about the Ube Butter Cake with blueberry ice cream. Dang. I might just come back for dessert just to get this! The cake was warm, and I don't know where they got that ice cream, or if it was made in house, but it sure hit the spot. It was true bliss eating it. End result? Oh, we'll be back. We might try the Pho next time, or the lobster, who knows? But honestly, it was also the great service that will be bringing us back. read more

We enjoy this restaurant in the casino and are frequent customers. My husband and I had the "mother's day special" on Saturday, 5/9/26. We had Mike, our excellent and preferred server because of his attentive customer service & knowledge of various offerings & specials. Our meal was outstanding! It was a prime steak and a 9 oz lobster tail to share, + soup, or an awesome salad, which my husband said was one of the best ever. Appetizers of crab rangoon and eggrolls, and a scrumptious dessert for $109 rounded out the meal for the 2 of us. Perfectly cooked and very worth what we thought was a very reasonable price. My favorite appetizer is the shrimp wontons which are made in house. My husband loves the French steak cubes. We think the executive chef of Soboba Casino is a "find", selects excellent quality meat & interesting menus. We have also eaten at the Fairway cafe, an interesting menu there, too. We have never had a bad meal at the casino--yet. read more

ONE OF THE BEST YAKISOBA IN THE IE! I've tried a bunch of different Asian fusion, Japanese and Chinese noodle places and none can compare to this one. I had the Yakisoba with a side dish of Honey Walnut Tofu and it was phenomenal! I also tried the ramen which was so fresh and tasty! This is what ramen should taste like, the broth was excellent! Soboba's Noodle Bar is one of my top three favorite restaurants in the valley, if not my favorite. Everything I try every visit is delicious. I also highly recommend the Korean beef and Honey Walnut Shrimp. Top your meal off with Ube a la mode! It's now one of my top desserts across all cuisines. The service is excellent, our waitress was so professional! I love the dim, trendy lighting. It's a genuinely cool atmosphere. The koi fish art on the brick walls is gorgeous. The wait time can be long sometimes so I'd recommend coming before you're too hungry. I waited 20+ minutes, the timing was pretty accurate and I got a buzzer to signal my party that our table was ready. The Noodle Bar is located near the food court and is close to the casino floor. TIP: Tell your server you have a Soboba elements card and get a discount off your meal! read more

Overpriced but good. Separate sides per each plate. Got pork fried rice (good), sweet and sour chicken (very good and great presentation) & egg drop soup (normal) a Thai coffee with boba (yessss fresh boba too!). Was about $50... I had leftovers to take home because they were full plates family style. Michael was my waiter and be was AWESOME. I hope he gets recognized. Or you should at least ask for him when you go. Great service! Attentive! Great info and gave a great experience. I have to give special appreciation to the vegetables. I don't know if they're grown somewhere on site but they were probably the most freshest and best tasting that I've had at a restaurant. I don't even like green onions and the green onions tasted good. I don't know if I'll be back because there are two other restaurants I would want to try but pricewise and that I don't gamble I'm not sure if I will. Open super late. Nice service, food takes a little while but depends on what you order. Don't see in the booths it'll make you feel like a munchkin. The seat is super low. I've tried a variety of things here. From the veggie egg rolls to the szechuan seafood platter. Honestly the appetizers were better than the most expensive thing in the menu. Loved the spicy wontons. The combination pho came out piping hot with all the veggies and sauces to put into the soup. The steamed bean sprouts were cold but didn't cool down the soup at all. The veggie spring rolls were super hot and crispy with a nice soft filling. The salt and pepper shrimps were ok. Not as crispy as I would like them to be. The Singapore curry noodles were tasty even at home warmed up, but not spicy at all. The szechuan seafood platter was ok. It was hard to eat the shellfish because there was so much sauce that would get all over your hands. They do have crackers you can use for the crab and lobster you have to ask for them. And make sure you ask for extra napkins! read more

We were there one minute before opening so every table was cleaned, setup and awaiting our arrival. Our server arrived quickly and explained the menu and options. We just ordered two items, the Pho soup and the green beans w/meat. The Pho soup was just okay but was a nicely sized portion. The green beans w/meat was tasty but I was surprised how much they cut of the green beans. There wasn't a single bean longer than 1/2 of an inch. If this rating was for the service, it would have been a 5 star rating. Our server was right on top of our requests, responded quickly and was professionally friendly. We'll most likely try it again the next time we are out in that direction but will try some of the other items on their menu. They do have a nice variety of options so I'm sure you will find something you will like. Enjoy! read more
