For a AYCE Korean BBQ in hemet, this place is 5/5. Yeah we waited almost 40 minutes for a table for 7 but it was expected as this place is fairly new. Decor was dark but modern. I laughed when I saw the welcome sight looked like they swapped the W and M by accident LoL. The food was good, and plentiful as long as you keep your server taking orders. The staff was super busy and constantly running around. Even though the tip is automatic (15%), our server Max did a great job keep up with our table. Great job! The self serve bar was a bit small and had some gaps but with the amount of people getting food, it was expected. Hopefully they stay busy but not too busy because I do want to come back soon.

Given that they just opened on Sunday, I won't count a lot against them. The servers were polite and always checking in on us. The food was ehh. Two member in our oarty ordered the Rameyon. And it looked like bagged ramen. The kimchi was on the sweet side. The salad bar area is where you get your sides, it was limited which was concerning as we were there a little after 12pm when they opened. And due to the size, only 2 people can fit at the salad bar. There were several dishes at the salad bar area that were dirty. I am not sure how the sanitation of dishes was overlooked as there was food stuck inside the bowls and on the plates. The grill at a table occupied by other members in our party was recieved dirty. The corn cheese was more like a mini mini tester. Think of Costco samplers. Hemet was in need of this however I don't see it staying open long as you can easily go an extra 25-30 mins for more variety and not worry about sanitation. If they expand their selection, add more authenic flavors, I can see it staying around. But for those that want to stay local, this is perfect. Not saying I won't give them another try because like I said, they jusy opened 2 days ago.

Corn cheese the smallest ive ever gotten at any restaurant

Still going to temecula for korean bbq unfortunately big let down I frequent korean bbq places often and if this is your first experience at a korean bbq place i have to BEG you to try again at a different spot so let me get to the things wrong with this place first off the kimchi and spicy cucumbers had no flavor very plain the fishcakes are old and rough almost rubbery they didnt taste good at all Second self serve your own sides not a fan there was a man that grabbed kimchi with his bare hands when i was in the line going back for more sides and i quickly returned to my table and decided i was good on sides i understand they are trying to cut back on labor but its a terrible idea to do self serve not a fan finally to wrap it all up the corn cheese was a joke i normally mix my corn cheese with rice they gave me a plate of corn cheese the size of a quarter how stingy sadly i will not be back go check out Dpoong Korean BBQ in temecula worth the drive and wayyy better

The meats were delicious, and the service was fast and friendly. The interior was beautiful, comfortable, and the AC was definitely appreciated. The only downside for us was the automatic 15% service fee. I can see this being an issue for some people, especially since the side bar is completely self-serve, we had to wait in line for the side bar. Having an automatic service charge added when we were serving our own sides felt a little inconvenient. A lot of people go out to eat for the convenience and overall experience, so I think this is something customers should be aware of beforehand. Edit: I went back for my kids to try this place and saw that they only serve party's of more than two. It's unfortunate that solo diners are not welcomed.

We visited the day after the grand opening to avoid the crowds, and it was our first Korean BBQ experience as a family, so we were excited to try it. The restaurant is brand new, modern, clean, and nicely air-conditioned, with plenty of seating. The staff was very polite, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. It is on the pricier side, especially when dining with the whole family, and the 15% gratuity added to the bill is worth keeping in mind. That said, it's a great option for a date night, special occasion, or anyone looking to try something different in town. Overall, we enjoyed the experience and would definitely come back for a special occasion.

Everything was delicious. They are still a little disorganized, but they just opened, so that will hopefully change.

Brisket and cheddar sandwich ($16.95): this brisket is exactly how it should be, as it was seasoned, tender, and requires only a little effort to chew since it was tender. The caramelized onions and gooey cheese went well with the brisket and the buttered toast, 5/5 stars! Large size of mac and cheese: one of the best I've had, as it was indulgent! The creamy cheese sauce was seasoned and just completely covered the tender macaroni, 5/5 stars! The service was efficient as you order at the counter and they provide your food in a timely manner, despite the constant arrival of patrons. I've noticed that the majority of orders were for take-out, but I had to dive into the food stat as soon as it was ready out of the kitchen.

They're both seasoned with a thick rub that packs serious flavor. The meat is incredibly tender and soft--just melts in your mouth. It's definitely on the pricier side, but the quality makes it worth it. Sides like the mac n cheese and baked beans were just okay--not bad, but nothing special. However, the Oreo dessert waffle totally stole the show. It was absolutely amazing and the perfect sweet finish. Highly recommend for BBQ lovers who appreciate bold flavor and tender meats.
