Tried Noodle 369 recently. Place was pleasant enough overall and the staff was very friendly. The soup came out absolutely lava-hot temperature wise, which I actually appreciated. The downside was the squid -- it was so chewy it felt like I was working through shoe leather. The shrimp were a nice size, but there were only three in the entire bowl. The crab stick was surprisingly tender after soaking in the broth, and the scallops were the tiny dime-sized bay scallops you kind of expect at this price point. I also ordered the crispy shrimp, but they honestly weren't crispy at all. More like steamed shrimp wrapped in a little tempura sleeping bag. I asked for no spice, but the broth still came out fairly spicy. When I mentioned it, the server kindly explained that was their normal level of spice. Overall, it was okay. Small cozy establishment, it seems they only have 1 waitress working the front and 1 chef in the back but still good service and everything still came out in a timely manner We got the calamari, takoyaki, and edamame appetizers. All pretty standard, no complaints! Their main thing here is the ramen or udon, I liked that they have spice levels 1-5 for all their noodle soups. Generally all the ramen options have very similar toppings so basically just choose the broth that you prefer. They're generous with the noodles and the chashu is pretty tender and thick cut. Broths are pretty standard as well but overall not too salty which I liked, we tried the shoyu, black garlic, and tonkotsu. Prices are generally $1-2 cheaper than the other ramen locations Hemet has to offer for pretty good quality do I'd say it's a win! read more

This place hits the spot every time! I usually opt for their chicken wonton ramen with Shoyu broth, spice level 3. My mom likes getting the fried chicken ramen, also with Shoyu broth spice level 3. I've tried both and they are absolutely amazing! The spice level is perfect for the both of us (we typically eat very spicy and this is the best without being uncomfortably spicy). The noodles have such a good pull to them and the broth is incredibly rich, flavorful, and has multidimensional flavor. I also really love that they offer free ice cream for dessert. If you're in the area often, I'd recommend getting their punch card, which is stamped every time you visit and can give you a free bowl of ramen at the 10th visit (I think). 10/10, can't wait to be back! read more

Food at the restaurant is great but don't ever order delivery. I have never ordered soup noodles from a restaurant that delivers the noodles IN the soup. It gets mushy and not pleasant to eat. I would consider 369 noodle house in Hemet a little hidden gem. The food is great. I went here with some fam just to see how it was and we were pleasantly surprised. It's pretty basic inside, but it clean and the service is good. Usually about one server but it's not a super busy place either so she is attentive. I ordered the Geso Karaage-which is basically fried calamari- and the Tonkotsu Ramen spice level 4.My niece ordered the black garlic ramen spice level 3. The Geso was nice and crispy ,tender, great flavor and the sauce it comes with is on point. My niece really enjoyed her Ramen even to the point of taking the leftover broth lol and I loved my ramen too. It wasn't super spicy to me but I also love spice and the flavor was excellent.
