The restaurant is one large open room and was very clean. It has a casual, family-friendly atmosphere that made it easy to enjoy our meal together. Parking was also very convenient with plenty of spaces available. Exceeded my expectations! I don't think I've ever seen a sushi place that offers as big a menu as this place. There are so many different flavors and options to choose from, so you're definitely bound to find something that you like. I'm not an expert when it comes to sushi, and I don't eat it as often as I'd like, yet I think that they provide decent quality rolls and ingredients. I highly recommend trying out their tempura or baked rolls if you're not sure what to get. This was a decent experience overall. The ambiance was pretty casual and comfortable, nothing too over the top, but nice enough for a sushi dinner. We did the AYCE while the food itself was great, the selection felt a little limited compared to other AYCE sushi places nearby. There was no sashimi included on the AYCE menu, and the appetizer choices were also on the smaller side. The menu was also a bit confusing, so I think it could be clearer about what is included and how everything works. Service was great, though, and that helped a lot. The staff was attentive, and the food we received was good quality. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a bad experience at all. I have been craving sushi for a while so my family and I gave this spot a try while shopping in the area. As soon as we walked in, I noticed it was very compact. There wasn't a lot of space. Most of the tables were about one to two and a half feet away from each other. I thought to myself, "we should eat somewhere else", but I was really hungry and didn't want to look for another place to eat. We ordered two chicken teriyaki bowls for the kids which they loved, two Out of Control rolls, one Popcorn Lobster roll, garlic edamame, and calamari tempura. Overall, my family thought the food was good. I personally thought it was okay, and for the amount we paid (~$120) believed we would have been better off going somewhere more "worth it". Our waitress was kind, but not very attentive. A lot of other diners seemed to be enjoying their food, so maybe it was just me having an off day. Perhaps I was thrown off by the tightness of the space. Overall, due to the space and service, I personally wouldn't return. This is a somewhat Americanised place to get rolls mainly. This could be a really good thing for someone or not so great for others. Just know what you are getting yourself into. An all you can eat price is $42 and you will mainly eat rolls. You can definitely find a roll to your liking since there are maybe 50 rolls ( if not more) to choose from. I ordered a round of sushi but would not get it again most likely. I was told they're no longer included because they only serve them as a 5-piece now. That's a weak excuse and feels like a way to cut corners. We came here for Valentine's Day expecting a nice dinner, and it was honestly such a disappointment. We were told the wait time would be 10 minutes, but we ended up waiting over an hour. If you know it's going to be that long, just be honest with your customers!! To make matters worse, once we were finally seated and already had our food at the table, the waiter made us get up and change tables. That was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional, especially in the middle of eating. The food was even worse!!The sushi was not fresh at all. The nigiri had way too much rice compared to the fish, and the fish itself had a very nasty, overly fishy taste which is a huge red flag for sushi. Fresh sushi should never taste like that. This isn't our first time here. I was never a huge sushi fan, but my daughter is, and she got me into it. Over time this became our go-to spot, and in the past we've always had good service. Today was a completely different story. We ordered two all-you-can-eats and multiple times parts of our order were forgotten. My daughter ordered nigiri, and the rice portion under her fish was almost nonexistent, while the table next to us received properly balanced nigiri. We saw multiple tables around us also complaining, and even witnessed a family pay and walk out out of frustration. Only after we had the look of frustration and I kept checking my phone because I was ready to leave did one waitress finally come by to try and help. By then, the damage was done. The service felt careless and the attitude we received made the experience even worse. In the end, our visit was simply not worth the $93.58 we paid. Every roll that has imitation crab mentions it on the menu but this roll in particular did not say that it was made with imitation, thats why I ordered it but to my surprise, fake crab meat. How is it crab mania with no real crab!!??? The fried rice was some of the worst Ive ever had. Why is there corn in it? It tastes like they just scooped rice out of a pot and stirred in veggies and shrimp. Horrible. Will never order again. Wish I would have ordered through doordash. Finally, I had a chance to try this spot! We tried the Bento Box with beef teriyaki & the pork katsu don bowl. The bento box comes with miso soup, rice, 5 veggie tempuras, 1 shrimp tempura, salad, 2 fried gyozas, and your choice of cali roll or spicy tuna roll. Both orders were delicious, made to order, and both came out to us pretty quickly. The portions are good and fair for the price. The place is kept clean, and it is spacious inside. I have to give a shout out to the wait staff here. They are all so friendly and efficient. Especially Mai! (Sorry if I spelled it wrong) She anticipates everything that we needed. We brought our toddler and baby here, and she was a big help! She gave our toddler his own styrofoam water cup, provided ice along with miso soup, a small bowl and spoon, and kept checking in on us to make sure our party had everything we needed. Today was my second day coming back here. I can't believe I waited so long to give this place a try. Absolutely fantastic! My rolls were delicious! I ate way more than I typically would. I was pleasantly surprised because the reviews are pretty bad for the place for a sushi spot in my opinion. The baked mussels were good and tasted like the average ones do; nothing too crazy.
