The "Boobie" roll ca be found under "Roll 1" in the menu. EMPHASIS on "ROLL". This is obviously not a roll. I ordered takeout and didn't see this until I got home, which is 30 minutes away from the restaurant. I was so confused and disappointed at this burger style thing. First, it's like a deep fried block of rice with a mixture on top and then a single slice of tuna with a mountain of imitation crab mixture. I tried to give it a bite and the benefit of the doubt but this was the worst thing ever and all I could taste was 30 day old grease with bad fish. I called the restaurant expecting to obviously get a refund because this was so terribly advertised and I almost thought it was a joke. The restaurant had the audacity to say "this is how it comes served" but then why have it under a roll section in the menu?!!! they said I have to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get a refund. I explained I live 30 minutes away and I would FaceTime them right now to show them what this looks like and that they obviously made a mistake. They refused to say this was a mistake or in any way wrong and continued saying that that's just how it's served. Anyways it really made me upset so I drove back to the restaurant because the last thing I wanted them to have was my money. When I gave the box to the lady at the front desk. She didn't even look me in the eye or say hello. She just took the box and tapped on the computer then said OK bye. I hate writing bad reviews, until this one. I thoroughly enjoyed this. I wish I could write a hundred more bad reviews. Worst management and restaurant ever. read more

3 stars because they've really turned around the restaurant from before - when you dine in, the service is much better, and the restaurant seems cleaner and more organized. However, when ordering out, it seems they always forget something. It's disappointing to get home and realize that they've not given all of the sauces that come with my favorite roll, and instead provided two wasabi containers.... Which 95% of people do not even consume. I feel that attention to detail with dine-out orders should be improved. read more

The food was a 6/10. I definitely loved the Cajun albacore and salmon. The service was good but I felt kind of rushed. The menu had a large selection but it was over priced. The "AYCE" was expensive and had a list of rules to add with it. No dessert was included which was stupid. I won't be going again. read more

Came here for Valentine's Day lunch and it wasn't that packed. Brought my 4 yr old and my 8 mo along with us. Friendly staff. All of us got ayce. Felt like the quality of the fish wasn't has decent as it normally is. The sashimi pieces weren't soft/melt in your mouth. I had tuna pieces that were hard on the edges and the salmon wasn't cut/trimmed good. Also lots of rice. One of our order was wrong but it's okay we just ate it anyway. Also my 4 yr old likes salmon, hate that they charge him $18.99 for a few pieces and miso soup. Music was good. For the tv, they could put subtitles since you cant even hear anything. read more

Went back for the first time in years due to bad service and unfortunately service still sucks. My husband had to walk up and find someone because they forgot my sons side of rice and no one was coming near our table. We were given one dish of wasabi and ginger for 5 people. No refills again, had to flag someone down to take our AYCE paper. They take your initial order and then you're pretty much on your own after that trying to get service. As we've been here, the service has gone down hill and the ambiance is often chaotic because they overcrowd the restaurant. One of my favorite sushi places out here! I usually either get the seafood udon or tempura udon and the broth is amazing. It is super flavorful. I have tried their california rolls and rolls with the crab mix and I can say their crab mix is one of my favorites. The ratio of crab to mayo is amazing. The restaurant itself is very clean and the servers and hosts are also very attentive. I also enjoy seeing the sushi chefs from any spot in the restaurant since they offer counter seating and regular table seating. Besides an a la carte menu they also have an AYCE (all you can eat ) option. read more

This place was delicious great food, the service was great too! The only thing I didn't like was the tables were very close to each other. Pretty packed when we went and they don't let toddlers eat from Your AYCE so we had to buy extra food for our 2 year old! Which is really inconvenient because they don't eat. First time coming here at my friend's expense. Sushi was good but having been to different sushi spots it WAS NOT ONE OF THE BEST. Place kept the 6-FOOT DISTANCING from each table and there is OUTSIDE SEATING. Staff uses appropriate PPEs. Food was served in a good amount of time and we didn't even finish the last round. Here lies the ISSUE: We were ready to pay, and not one but two of the servers told us that, because we didn't finish some of the rice we were going to get charged $1 per piece. I understand there are children in the world starving but I don't think that there was $4 on those plates. They let us go with a warning like we committed a sin. I personally have never seen this with such strictness. We not only paid $10 more from the original price but I we almost got charged an extra $4. I do not plan to return. And correct me if I am wrong. I do not see sashimi on the menu. read more

The sushi spot we usually go to have excellent food but they always have a staff shortage, so the food always comes out late and you have to track down a server. Sapporo Sushi has top servers. I couldn't count how many times they asked about the food and offered to refill our drinks. The food was just as good as our usual spot. It's safe to say, Sapporo will be our new sushi spot of choice. read more

I'm not too much of a sushi connoisseur or aficionado of such, and it's rare when I can get my wife to eat more than one piece of sushi, and that's only of it has certain ingredients. I got her to eat 3 pieces this time, but it sure took me a long time to find a roll on the menu that she would care to taste. Perhaps it was the way the menu was laid out. Perhaps it is my lack of sushi knowledge. Sushi is just one of those things I don't get enough of. It seemed like greater than 80% of the rolls had imitation crab, just something we try to avoid. These rolls seemed to have it in every way shape or form. I finally found a few that didn't have the fake stuff, but not not one had the real stuff either. Then I couldn't find anything (ok, maybe one) that wasn't spicy or had three hot peppers after or contained cream cheese. That just doesn't do well on a sushi roll. I finally settled on a couple of rolls that were just ok. Tasty, but nothing of a wow factor. I have had far better. We got the there about 1:30 pm on a Saturday and were one of only three tables; however, not long after we sat, the place got extremely full of patrons and then some yet waited at the door to get a seat. Came in tonight at around 9pm. Tired and starving from moving stuff all day, so we got in with an hour left to eat. Our group of 4 was seated right away and by the time we ordered our first round, it was around 9:30. Managed to get most of it down, and our waitress asked if we wanted anything else since the kitchen was closing down. Ordered 1 dragon roll, 3 orders of baked mussels, and unagi nigiri. That unagi was on point!! Small amount of rice with a huge piece of eel on top, and it was torched so it had a nice warm feeling as it went down the hatch. Yummy!!! We did AYCE so it was well worth what we paid! Been here a few times since they opened and so far, so good. I'm not sure if they fixed the half off pricing during happy hour (see my previous review), but tonight we were all satisfied with the service and food we received. We were able to order round 2 and still make it out in time as they were closing. I like that they didn't rush us, and people were still in there as we left. Will be back again soon! read more

I thought I'd give this place a try even though most of the reviews are bad. I should have stayed away. The rolls are crazy expensive for what you get. The sushi rice had no flavor. They are stingy with the rice so the roll falls apart just looking at it. 16.99 for a roll with little cream cheese, asparagus, imitation crab topped with salmon Sorry I won't be coming back ever. read more
