My daughter came home with leftover chow fun and I tried it, it was delicious so we had to come. Not disappointed at all, will definitely come back

I'm going back to this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was good! It was my first time trying Thai food and I loved it.

Small, clean & casual. Huge parking lot. The offer boba smoothies (powdered, not fresh). Large enough to dine in with about 4 booths.

I love this place. Never disappoints. This is one of my favorites places that has pho. Food is always fresh. My last visit I got Tom Yum Sea food hot pot that came with side of white rice, salt & pepper shrimp and chicken fried rice. The service was great and very fast. Restaurant is clean and always smells good as soon as you walk in. Bathroom are always maintained and clean.

Great place, great food. Also a solid choice for boba. Bit pricey though, but still good

I make the 30 min drive to eat here / get take out . Their portions are enough to feed 2 hungry adults and a toddler.

The waitress who greeted us explained to us how the two sides of their restaurant works as this was our first time visiting. We opted to eat at the Lemongrass side. We were seated by Jennifer who explained how things worked. Then were had another waitress who took our drink order. I can't remember her name because it was an unusual one, but a nice one. She did help us order an appetizer, we got the pork egg rolls and they were good. Then we had a third waitress take our dinner order, maybe she was the owner. I ordered the CHILI BASIL FILET (S) $26 Filet mignon / Sunny side up egg / Green and red bell pepper / Mushroom / Thai basil / Thai chili / White onion / Sweet soy sauce / Jasmine rice I was excited to try this dish mostly because of the egg on top. But I was disappointed because the egg was not 'over easy' as it was over cooked with brown crispy edges., but the filet was cooked good and it definitely had a bit to it. But because it was my first time eating here, I wanted to ask the waitress how the egg was supposed to be cooked. When I finally caught her attention to ask her how the ape should have been cooked. She seemed a bit preoccupied with another table because she kept looking over my shoulder. But when I asked her, she said 'yes, it was supposed to be cooked over easy ' I said well it wasn't and all she could say was 'oh I'm sorry about that. I'm sorry about that'. She could have said something to the effect ' it was supposed to be cooked over easy, I'm sorry that it wasn't, let me tell the cook and maybe we can get you a new cooked egg that's actually over easy' but instead, there was no offer to fix the problem just an apology saying I'm sorry about that. My feeling is if you go to a nice restaurant and you pay for a dish that is as expensive as that was then, it should be cooked according to the description on the menu no apologies needed. Not sure we'll be going back. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture of my disappointing meal.

Even though I don't do much heat and can't do anything over a lever 2 lol their broth is delicious and so flavorful. I have checked out many different restaurants serving pho and none serve pho like they do here. I don't care what others say about this place, their pho is worth it! I agree, it's not the nicest or most clean place, sometimes it's hot inside because they don't run the AC and have a fan blowing instead, but I don't mind because regardless, I enjoy the food. I'd rather sit here and eat, than at a fancy restaurant with mid food any day! You also gotta try their crab rangoon, they are bomb with the sauce they pair it with. I live about 40 minutes away but come here sometimes once a week. Can't wait to be back!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuinely friendly customer service. I ordered the extra-large brisket pho, and it was absolutely incredible. The broth was rich, flavorful, and honestly one of the best pho broths I've ever had. Everything was perfectly seasoned and tasted fresh. I also ordered the chicken pot stickers, and they were just as delicious. Between the outstanding food and the excellent customer service, this place definitely earned a new regular customer. If you're looking for amazing pho in Hemet, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

I'm very picky when it comes to Vietnamese broth, I hate when I'm served a bland dish. Not at Pho Shack, I had an amazing meal! A friend of ours recommended this restaurant and we are super IMPRESSED! The meat was tender, the broth was high-quality, and the serving was sizable. I recommend the beef pho if you're selective like me. Service was decent, the staff were very reserved but they weren't rude. I don't think they provide refills here. My only real complaint is that the restaurant doesn't have AC (or at least it wasn't on), uggh. If you're looking for a quiet spot to enjoy some company comforting pho, this is a great place to visit. There's comfy booths and tables for a variety of group sizes. Note: BOBA smoothies are served here!

Read below for specifics. Me and my family came to Soboba for my birthday. Arrival at the counter--wait took a long time because the restaurant was busy. Totally understandable. (Especially considering that this restaurant is within the casino.) Table is clean and presentation is nice. I love that the staff greet you from the outside, very good score on customer service. The dining atmosphere was honestly amazing. Decoration is very fancy in a modern vibe and captures a comforting Asian restaurant very well. My issue with the restaurant is their food. I have tried all kinds of Pad Thai. But never once...did I expect a restaurant to make the most bland Pad Thai I have ever tasted. I didn't even think it was possible. The pad thai tasted more soft than chewy, it tasted as if I was eating soba noodles because there is no umami flavor, let alone the sweet and savory taste to the noodles. Not even the chili paste can add even a hint of flavor. The tofu is too soft for my tastes, and lacking in flavor. Same thoughts about the bulgogi, which was also lacking flavor. For quite a large price, I feel very disappointed. However, there was one thing I did enjoy, was the calamari and sauce. Calamari was the perfect mix of chewy and crispy. I savored every bite of that texture. Sauce was tangy and sweet, the kind of flavor I expected in the Pad Thai. I can confirm that the calamari, the atmosphere, and the customer service are recieving the stars. Thank you Noodle Bar for the experiance.
