I ordered a Germanchocolatekake and was then charged for all the ice creams we ordered, to then tell me there was no more brownies when employee was half way through making the ice cream. Knowing there wasn't any brownies I would have ordered differently.I was already charged and didn't want to deal with getting return. Very disappointed in the service my husband received the other night when visiting this Hemet location. We come here multiple times a year for all my daughters cakes and we have never had a problem or issue. My husband showed up at about 6pm with my daughter to pick out her 13th birthday cake, The large ice cream cake runs almost 50 bucks. They wouldn't let him pay with a hundred dollar bill and said they could not break a hundred. If the cake is 50 dollars and it was 6 o clock at night, why the hell couldn't you give him 40 and some change back?? Its 2022, between the money pens and the money led lights or even the old school way of feeling the bill. There is no reason he should have been sent away instead of just breaking his 100 for a 50$ cake !!! Was it because he is fully tattooed ?? Horrible location and staff, very rude, placed online order for Easter for us and for two elderly couples who could not go out due to COVID-19) (an Easter Surprise, order was not ready and we were asked to wait another 15 minutes, while waiting they called and there was further delay due to SPRINKLES request that was placed on the online order before. After the 15 minutes, order was still not ready. Woman was asked why so much delay, she lied and stated she tried calling to tell us of a delay on the order before we arrived, but she had only called while we were in the parking lot waiting due to original delay. This is horrific since we recently moved to California and have been going to Cold Stone at many locations for over 21 years.....will be letting Corporate know. read more
