You'll love the counter ladies because they're extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their baked goods. I can't wait to order a custom birthday cake for my husband's birthday in a couple weeks. One note: the sweet lady at the counter told us they have a lot more pastries in the morning versus late afternoon. So tomorrow I'm headed there early tomorrow morning to see for myself.

This establishment is very clean and organized From the moment I walked in, the experience was a good one. Nicole greeted me at the counter and was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. That kind of friendly service always makes a difference, especially when you're trying a place for the first time. I wish I could tell you I took some great photos of the pies...but my family apparently had other plans. By the time I thought about getting pictures of the Dutch Apple and Lemon Meringue pies, they had already disappeared. I'm going to take that as a pretty strong review from the family. Now I have a very good excuse to go back, because I still need to try the pumpkin pie. It looked delicious. Great first experience, wonderful service, and judging by the empty pie plates, I'd say Rockin K Ranch was a hit.

Beautiful Restaurant & Great Waitstaff, but Avoid the Hostile Manager:…read more on May 21st 2026 at approx 630 pm. At the last minute, we decided to take a friend out for dinner to celebrate his retirement. 15 people, no reservation. Never eaten here before, but our friend really likes it so sounded like a good opportunity to try it. The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous and the floor staff was wonderful. But, the manager's shocking behavior entirely ruined our experience. Will not return. * The Good: The facility is stunning. without a reservation, the staff stil accomidated our large group with a private room. The sever was attentive, friendly, and very perky. As well, the kitchen served a large group incredibly fast. * The Problem: One guest ordered a medium-rare steak that came out completely overcooked. When she asked for a remake, the manager came out and insulted her to her face, told her that if he remade it it would be exactly the same, then sarcastically asked if she "wanted him to slap down a raw steak on her plate." She said it was fine, kept the food, then later left the table and broke into tears in the restroom. * The Confrontation: After dinner, I approached him calmly to offer polite, constructive criticism based on professional customer service experience (worked restaurants for years in a restaurant my family owned) He became fiercely stubborn, denied the insult, and grew so aggressive and volatile that I had to walk away. * The Staff's View: Tellingly, multiple staff members whispered comments to our group about how awful this manager is to work for. It is a shame that a hardworking kitchen and great servers are being weighed down by a manager who lacks basic human decency and conflict-resolution skills. We spent a lot of money to be insulted. Ownership needs to step in immediately.

After about a half dozen holiday meals I'm here to report all positives, at least from my perspective. The food is always delicious and tonight we had an early Friendsgiving dinner for 50 people complete with Roast turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes, stuffing, dinner rolls and my favorite green beans with onions. The serving crew is always wonderful and a special thanks for handling a big birthday cake for us two years in a row. We do the casual service, but even with that they always make it special. Thank you ladies for all you do.
