Received Wonderful Customer Service From Alejandro And The Staff! Received My Order With Urgency ! Definitely Recommend Their Micheladas!!

Just a fair warning to anyone considering this place: Horrible experience from start to finish. The pictures speak for themselves. I ordered a drink from this establishment, and after finishing the drink, I took the lid off to eat the ice and found a press-on nail inside. Completely disgusting. My theory is that it was in the ice bin, and when the ice was scooped, the contaminated ice ended up in my cup. When I brought the issue to the manager's attention, instead of apologizing or showing concern, he immediately accused me of putting the nail in the drink myself. He then claimed that none of his employees wear fake nails. To make matters worse, the only solution he offered was a refund for the drink about $3 and some change even though I had spent over $70 there. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service was unbelievable. I will not be returning!!! read more

Personally I love piaras pizza! It's not like their pizza is super fancy, but it's always well made. I'm particularly a huge fan of their deep dish pizzas. I like dominoz but if I had to choose I'm for sure ordering from piara for their over all food quality and prices. They are very fair priced for their food, where as a lot of other local pizza chains are now extremely over priced just as other fast food chains have increased. Piara also has decent deals during specific days so if you want more food for your money check out their discounts on those days. Their website is easy when customizing pizzas and I've yet to receive an incorrect/wrong order from them in the past 2-3 years I've been eating there. When it comes to dinning in I lack info on that as I only order delivery. But I do know they have more food options if you dine in vs ordering delivery. read more

My absolute fav Pizza! We get the deepdish Supreme, it is also very affordable. We enjoy Piara Pizza for several days and my husband even likes it more on day 2. The owner always remembers us and treats us special. We like to dine in as the place is so clean. If you have not tried this Pizza or the great sandwiches you are missing out! read more

August 16th 2024 Pizza was descent. It was of the "very good school cafeteria pizza" variety. The crust was bready and sauce was fine. I would probably ask for extra sauce next time. The service was very good and the owner seemed very accommodating He informed me of a special deal 1-topping large for only $5.99 (buy 2) which I took advantage of. Tried this pizza spot in Hemet for the first time today. I was a little hesitant at first, but I decided to give it a shot--and I'm glad I did. The place was clean, and the guy who made my pizza was really friendly. I ordered a personal pizza and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. I was invited via a flyer on my door to this pizza joint, so I came. I am not a fan of pizza, but my husband loves it. I arrived with the intention of going through the drive thru. I stopped, snapped a few pics, and waited for a few minutes before realizing there was no speaker there to place an order. There are no signs (unless I missed it) to tell you to pull up to the window. I pulled up to the window in hopes of placing my order, waited for almost 5 minutes and nothing. I drove around unto the parking lot and parked. I took some pics of the outside and walked in. A young man named Iaasac greeted me with a beautiful smile. I asked how the drive thru works, and he advised me that I did it correctly, but maybe the girl didn't hear the bell. I am a but neutral on how I felt about that. Iaasac proceeded to take my order, which started off with Jalepeno Poppers! The sign pictured next to the register made me want them. Iaasac couldn't find the code in the register, so he called his boss. Apparently, they are no longer on the menu. I was truly disappointed and asked him to remove the pictured sign. I ordered a pepperoni with extra cheese for my husband. I took some pics of the inside. The dining area is light and airy feeling. The place looks spotless, and Iaasac was on his way bucket and mop to clean the bathrooms. 12 minutes later, my pizza was ready. I waved goodbye to the silly manaquin and the big red man and drove home. My husband enjoyed the pizza. Thanks Iaasac! I do like their pizza but.... Common y'all have to do better on the bread sticks. First off you don't honor the free breadsticks anymore even with a printed coupon. We finally tried this place for the first time and we were not disappointed! We got a pepperoni pizza, a pizza supreme, thin crust pepperoni and sausage and some wings. I have been coming here for quite a while for the $5.99 pizza deal and ordering one with no sauce for my daughter's dietary restrictions. Today, I was told that having no sauce was a modification and I would have to pay full price. Nowhere on their advertisement does it stipulate that a change will incur full cost. It only says $5.99 cheese or pepperoni pizza. Why would I pay full price when not having sauce saves the place money when they are having to make the pizza regardless? For the price the qualities good, pizza is tasty and not too salty. Not heavy or greasy and they have a drive-thru. Very convenient like Little Caesars but better quality and friendly service. Will definitely be a go to since Pizza Hut and dominoes are so expensive. This is the new spot. read more

Piss poor customer service. They advertise a buy 2 pizzas get a free bread stick on their menu board and no where on the fine print does it say printed out coupon required? The staff is extremely rude and very anti customer satisfaction. They fight tooth and nail over the smallest detail. We decided to give this place another chance, BIG MISTAKE! We received our order, half of our order was missing. We paid almost $50 for one cheese pizza and one pepperoni pizza. The owners clearly don't care about quality of service because they didn't even try to fix the issue. It literally takes two seconds to make sure an order is correct before leaving the business with the delivery driver. After ordering DELIVERY, I had to drive down there myself to ensure that I was able to receive a refund for the poor quality food we were given. We will not be returning here, customer service is crap for subpar pizza. We'll take our business to Stadium Pizza next time. read more

Last night we had a build your own with beef, onion, & green peppers it was gone within minutes lol. So good & love that it's right around the corner from our home. I cannot believe the customer service in this place. The manager is a jerk. I ordered 3 pizzas and they were not what we ordered at all 1 pizza didn't even have anything on it. I called and asked for replacements and they told me what I had was what I ordered and that was false. I asked to talk to the manager and he proceeded to tell me he had my replacement ready when we got there the employees had no clue what what I was talking about and said call back and talk to the manager again. I waited and he never came back to the store. So I asked if they could call him and they refused. So I was stuck with food we didn't order or want and I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't with out a manager. Will not go back! So we were stuck with 2 hour old pizza for my dad's retirement party from being a firefighter. If I could do zero stars I would. read more

I was glad when Piara opened, I live down the street and it was depressing to see the building sit empty after Gus Jr when out of business. Plus they completely remolded the building. It was very clean inside. I was the only one in the drive thru at 5 pm, I ordered a large one topping and they had it out to me within 10 minutes. The pizza was very good for the price.
