I was going to get a delivery order but decided to come to the location instead. I ordered a medium pizza half-and-half with two different toppings. The cashier was very friendly and even had patience explaining the ingredients because I don't eat pork so they were able to modify the pizza toppings that I wanted. Also, they greeted me immediately and were nice. I waited about 15 minutes and once I got the pizza home it was delicious. I would probably order from them again. I have to add this review because while we are fans of the Mountain Mikes pizza chains, I feel like this one is a little hidden and might be a little hard to see from the main streets. The food itself was delicious as always and comes out fresh, hot and cooked to perfection. We have not had a complaint at any location and this one included- the service was excellent. The cashier and servers were attentive and checking on us periodically. They even offered to box everything up for us before leaving. As I mentioned this spot is just a little bit hidden next to the food4 less in the perris shopping center but this, just like every location we've been to, it's perfect for a weekday lunch/dinner or or weekend get together as well. The garlic "not" knots are delicious and crispy with a buttery cheesy center and the bone in wings are the perfect size. We didn't get to enjoy the salad bar today but as always the fresh ingredients are always ready to go and delicious addition to any meal. And the pizza never disappoints with that crispy crust and fresh toppings. There's plenty of TVs to enjoy any event and games for the kiddos and adults too! read more

Located in the Food 4 Less shopping center with plenty of parking. We stopped here right before closing time on Saturday night and the cashier was nice enough to still allow us and order takeout. I'm surprised to see bad reviews because we had such a great experience here... friendly and welcoming staff, also very helpful with the menu (maybe we just got lucky with the Saturday night staff). The restaurant is super clean with plenty of seating, TV's, and a few arcade games for the kiddos. This is a nice spot to enjoy a sports game with pizza, wings & beer (or wine). We tried their 'Robbers Roost' Specialty Pizza which consists of chicken, olives, mushrooms, tomatoes & onion with red sauce. They really pack on the toppings! (I would prefer less toppings and more sauce for my taste). We also tried their 'Mountain Fries' and 'Garlic Sticks with Cheese' (probably the best garlic cheese sticks I've had). I always have a great time at this location. I consider the food to always be fresh, hot, good quality ingredients, and tasty. Definitely does not have to compete with any other pizza location on taste and quality. The service is always prompt, accommodating and kind. However this time was above and beyond thanks to Vanessa! She took care of us from the moment we walked in until it was time for us to go. She let me know what they offer, how it was priced, she served us our food with care and made sure we were taken care of with any sauces or extras and to go boxes. I have been a faithful customer since they opened their location here in perris till today. Ordered a couple pizzas around 5:50pm for delivery, never showed up. Turns out they third partied the delivery with door dash, never let me know. Two hours later still nothing , called spoke with manager, requested a refund and they said no, sorry that It was delivered. I have cameras here at my home showing other wise. The service and food in this location are horrible, I order two large pizzas to have dinner with my family, they were the most expensive and horrible pizzas I've ever bought. They were served poorly and to top it all off, they didn't even have tomato souse, it's common sense for a pizza to have tomato sauce. My husband called and made a claim about it, the lady on the phone was unprofessional and basically called my husband a liar about the pizza not having sauce. My husband went to the location and took them the pizza so they could see the "pizza" they prepared without sauce and said they couldn't do anything. Hello Yelpers, I tried this new place called "Mountain Mike's" in Perris, California. I read the yelp reviews and they were not very promising; so I went ahead and I called and spoke to Erica, the manager. She explained that they did in fact have a bad opening and I told her that I wanted to try them but I was worried about the reviews they had gotten. She said to please give them a try and so I did; here the results of this venture: I ordered: 1 Large "McKinley" pizza It has "the works"! 1 Large "Pineapple Chicken Luau" It has Pineapple, bacon, chicken, and BBQ sauce. 24 "Sweet Thai Chili" chicken wings 24 "Honey Garlic" chicken wings The "Good " (Very Good) I was very impressed with the chicken wings! There is more meat on one of these chicken wings than two to three wings from your average pizza places that are their competition. The meat was tender and delicious . The "Bad": But there was one problem with the wings- I prefer a lot more sauce on my wings. This is one of two reasons why they don't get five stars. The "Good" The pizza was "Bomb" The toppings were very generously portioned and the crust was very tasty! The "Bad" Well there are two areas that I believe could use improvement! 1- again, more sauce on the pizza! 2- the price is a bit too high. 2 large pizzas cost almost $50.00. In their defense: I don't think the pizza is outrageously priced, because the quality is very good! I just wanted to warn everyone that this is not cheap. The total cost of this meal was $102.33 BOTTOM LINE: *******IF YOU CAN AFFORD THE PRICE OF THIS FOOD IT IS PROBABLY WORTH IT!!************ If you need some kind of barometer, here it is: "I'll be back!"
