17$ 4 piece fish and jumbo shrimp . Wow ‍
    Anissa G.

I've been waiting to finally try this and I am sooo disappointed. This place won't make it long unfortunately.First and most importantly , I am 8 Months pregnant and the Mac and cheese had such a chemical taste ! It was absolutely bad . I threw up and have such a bad taste in my mouth . So does my husband now who tried it : I took one bite !! The fried fish had no flavor the shrimp were absolutely not jumbo shrimp as advertised. The picture below was 17$! For what? One piece of fish cut into 4? The shrimp was chewy and overdone. Husband is Filipino and loves getting the grilled pork belly he said the portion was extremely skimpy for what was paid . [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is extremely hot and I cannot recommend this place .[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Chicken inasal good for 2 or + servings (3pcs chicken) java rice we're satisfied.but taste more like chik bbq which is not bad too.

Just ordered beef nilaga, bangus bell my favorite , sweet and sour chicken. todayi ate the beef nilaga first ( beef broth) and it was a perfect 10 HOME RUN, for me.. as if it's like grandma's cooking. The broth is 10/10 to my palate you can taste the beef and the flavors of the veggies. all the veggies are cooked perfectly, no need for fish sauce, salt etc i even forget about my diet i ate with extra rice. Beef Pho is no match to this believe me. The one order is good for two people already so generous in serving. One word SUPERB.

Glad we found this mom and pop shop.....owners are very friendly and welcoming...Carlos and his wife Ha-ve....(hopefully i spelled her name right) are the nicest couple...they make everything thats why food is so fresh...we ordered Sisig, Lechon, grilled Squid, and chicken inasal...and let me tell you the flavors are so good...lechon was so crunchy and Sisig was so good with a little hint of spicy...i also recommend buying the Thai tea...my daughter loved it so much i had to get her a second one...bibingka was also delicious it was moist and tasty...Ha-ve also said she makes eggrolls we tried it and it was really good...reminds me of eggrolls from Westminister...their selection is alot so i will try everything...[[HIGHLIGHT]]also the inside of their shop is very clean and spacious...not alot of seating area but thats ok because i usually get food to go...[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]but please check them out support your mom and pop shops..good quality food and friendly owners... a big plus!!! ....also garlic rice and java rice on point

Designed Togo Mom and Pop place. They sell seafood too and Philippine fare. Limited Wall table/Shelf

Came here for lunch, saw the garlic fried rice and Lechon on the wall. Soooo good it's crispy skin and tender moist meat and perfectly seasoned. Came with two dipping sauces. I highly recommend it. Anytime I'm in the area I will be back to try the other choices [[HIGHLIGHT]]Not table service or traditional tables, just a wall bar to eat from.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

CLOSE but FB account said they're open!

We drove all the way Murrieta and we were very excited to visit the newly open restaurant. Their FB account said they were open until 6:00PM. After driving over 30 mins, all we a a CLOSE sign. Bad way advertise a new establishment. I DON'T RECOMMEND driving here, just head down to Island Pacific, My Haus, LetLet Bakes, Trining Bakery, and PhilHouse if you're in Murrieta, Hemet, Temecula, Winchester, and Lake Elsinore area.

Food was pretty good but overpriced. Paid almost $28 for an ala carte grilled squid and ala carte grilled pork belly.

    Pork sisig!

We found this Filipino restaurant so close to our house, we are so happy! The food is great, that staff are very nice. Will definitely come back here!

Combo 1 with red snapper fish, shrimp, potato salad, French fries, and sweet potato fries.
    Jessica L.

Great friendly service! The Filipino staff was nice and welcoming. My bf and I tried the family combo 1 of the Fish and more entries. Our favorite was the shrimp! We chose the red snapper for fish and it was pretty tasty. Both were very well seasoned. We ordered a side of potato salad and french fries and added a sweet potato fries. We really liked the potato salad, but the fries could be crispier!

Really good delicious Filipino food at an affordable price about $10 per combo. Service is a little slow but they only have 2 guys to cook and take orders. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambience is nothing fancy more like take home food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's the only Filipino restaurant in Perris.

This place isn't your ordinary Filipino restaurant where you can pick foods from a warmer like Pinoy Pinay or like Island Pacific. I'd rather go somewhere else for Filipino food.

Pointing on Lechon Kawali, looks yummy.

So glad I ordered it and had self control to not finished it all myself on to way to work! The pancit is always great! It is one of my son's favorite from them! It is like his version of pizza/nuggets for guaranteed eating at parties! I will definitely return back and continue to order the party trays from them! Good service and great food! I just regret I didn't take a pic of the food before the party started! Next time! Yes there will be!

Absolutely delicious!…read more I was craving filipino dishes and yelped Moreno Valley as I was visiting my parents. I was excited to try Official Lumpia lady as it came up as #1 recommendation on yelp. She did not disappoint. I ordered lumpia and barbecue sticks. The lumpia was freshly cooked so it was still crispy. My sister and I kept eating the lumpia while we were driving lol. The barbecue sticks were AMAZING! They come uncooked so you'll have to do the grilling yourself. The flavors brought me back to my childhood memories where we used to barbecue outside over a bonfire. The whole family enjoyed it. I will definitely order this again. The ordering process was pretty smooth - you order via IG online and schedule a pickup date. She was on time, friendly and very responsive to all my messages. The lumpia came with added sauces and the pancit was beautifully presented as it was topped with citrus slices. Tasty lumpia filled with chicken, pancit with pork and sausage bits mixed in along with veggies! Instead it's nice that you can go here! For me, it's just 10min away from home! As someone who grew up in the SF Bay Area, where Filipino markets and restaurants are as common as any other Asian grocery store, moving to Moreno Valley was definitely an adjustment. When you're used to having places like Seafood City just around the corner, realizing the nearest Seafood City or Ranch 99 is about 30 minutes away is a real culture shock! That's why I was so excited to find this hidden gem only 10 minutes from my home. Sure, the aisles are narrow, but honestly, it reminds me of the small neighborhood markets back in the Philippines. It adds to the charm and makes the shopping experience feel authentic. You know you've found a good local mom and pop Filipino market when within seconds of walking through the door you spot balut, homemade ensaymada, a fish fry counter, and shelves stocked with traditional Filipino brands in the kind of variety you normally only see at Seafood City. They carry many of the staples and specialty items that can be hard to find in the Inland Empire. Sure, the fish fry isn't as crispy as like the big markets, but hey that's just one thing that i won't fault this place entirely for! For Filipinos missing a taste of home--or anyone wanting to explore Filipino food and culture--this place is absolutely worth the visit. I'm grateful to have found a little piece of the motherland so close to home. Now if they could somehow squeeze a Jollibee, Red Ribbon, and a tita asking why I'm still not eating enough into the store, I'd never have to drive to Orange County again. lol

When you compare with the other places prices are too high.I never recommend this place to anyone.read more

We were able to find the restaurant tucked a bit to the side, and we were happy to see that there was a lot more space inside. The interior has nice decorations, clean floors and tables, and a relaxed atmosphere. There is also a big section that looks like it could be used for karaoke, parties, or even hosting events. We went to the front and were able to look through the menu before ordering. Thankfully, it was quick and easy to order. We did have to grab our own fountain drinks on the side. We got the pancit bihon, lechon kawali, sisig, and tapsilog. All of the food was very delicious and not too greasy. The lechon had a nice flavor and even better crunch to it. The pancit was not soggy and had a nice chew, along with a light flavor. The vegetables also weren't too watery, which was good. The tapsilog had a nice, rich flavor without being too salty. My favorite was the sisig, which was sizzling as it came out. The flavors blended together for rich, creamy, yet crunchy bites every time. Overall, I was very impressed with Tapsi House. We went the day after Thanksgiving and the place was closed. So before we went on Saturday, I called first to make sure they are open. The Lady who answered was rude and very sarcastic to start off. When we got there, we waited inside, by the door to get seated. The Lady (sounded like who answered the phone), just yelled while she was behind the counter and said "Just sit anywhere this side only". No greetings at all, again sounding so rude. Fortunately she was not our server. When my Mom approached the counter to ask for Coconut Water, the same Lady behind the counter automatically said no Coconut Water! My Mom pointed at the Coconut Juice and the Lady screamed and said "This is NOT Coconut Water its Coconut Jiuce!" Wow. My Mom then asked for a straw, and Lady mocked my Mom's Filipino accent for saying the word straw. To the owner of this place, I hope you teach that Lady some manners. Lastly about the Food. Tasted like leftovers. The Pancit Bihon hardly had any ingredients and most of the Noodles were stuck together, like it wasn't fully stirred when they were cooking it or they warmed this Pancit so many times the noodles got sturdy. Then the Beef KareKare was soooooooo salty. I think they added a whole bottle of the Bagoong Alamang just to make it taste like Kare Kare. The Pork Siomai tasted like a regular ground pork, no other ingredients, wrapped in a hard wonton paper. Overall, I cannot and would not want to recommend this place at all.
