We decided on hittin' up one of the taco trucks on Perris Blvd we see so often but never visit. Javier has five stars, so lets stop here. I found him on Perris Blvd by the Lakeside Market. The first thing I have to mention are las tortillas. Hecho a mano. You can see one hombre making las tortillas a mano. Fresh! Tacos come with only uno, but thats okay. Las tortillas are delicious. I might just stop by again for las tortillas. The tacos alambre were the best. Seasoned just right with the addition of grilled onions and peppers. The taco just melts in your mouth. If you cant make up your mind, you have to try the alambre at least. You wont be disappointed. If you order the carne asada, you could expect carne asada.
