The crust was perfectly cooked in the wood-fired oven, and you could really taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients. Every bite was full of flavor! The size of the burrito is what one expects for the price. Last but not least the green sauce was just the cherry on top. The guys work the truck were inviting and quick with the food. The owners are quick to serve and the love has moved fast. You get the best flavor and it's always ice cold and refreshing. Love to see locally owned business doing well and since I've seen Pop & Pour 3 times since spring, I assume they're doing all the right things. Not sure how to get them hired for an event but worth looking into if you want something a little different for your next event. Highly recommend!

We taped off our parking lot (it was after 7 PM and I had permission guys) and through a really awesome party for everyone we do business with. We are on a relatively busy street in Riverside. Once people found out the smash burgers were better than In-out-in (didn't want a flag for naming the great burger place), they were asking us if they could buy from the truck. I'm not even joking, once we gave the guys running the truck the permission to open up to the public (we all had been served and it's 10 PM so no worries), they had a line 50-60 feet long and several repeat buyers. They showed up early to set up. I asked to inspect their trailer. It was spotless and everything health department wise was on point (we own a service business and we are aware of the rules/regs. Food was delicious except I was not a fan of the chips but they gave me some funnel fries instead (I never tried the chips, just not a fan). Everyone was telling me all night what a great choice I made. I just ran Accross these guys on Yelp and was stunned to find these reviews from picky a&& people trying to review a food truck that makes burgers. Too much salt whah whah whah. You did a great job guys! Keep your heads up and stay focused. Don't let the "luxury food truck/5 star restaurant expectors ruin your awesome vibe and food. We loved you guys! Luckily for me, my job subsidizes our lunches so I was able to score a combo burrito, flaming hot funyuns, which I love, and a can of Pepsi for $5. Now that's what I'm talking about. Unfortunately the wait times were really long, and I was unable to order food during my actual lunch. But, since they hung around for several hours, I was quickly able to score my food during my break. Since I wouldn't have time to eat during break, I decided to bring the burrito home for dinner. The first thing I noticed about the burrito was that it was a pretty good size. You never know what you're going to get with a food truck but I was pleased with what I received. Once I cut into the combo burrito, I noticed there was a good meat to filler ratio. That's always something I look for. The combo burrito came with tender carne asada, rice, beans, and I believe a delicious chipotle sauce. Although the carne was a bit on the salty side (a number of coworkers said the same), it was tasty. My girlfriend and I were able to share the burrito with some chips and we were satiated. I really liked their spicy salsa, however they had mostly run out so I only received the last couple drops, I'd say about 1/4-1/3 of a container worth. Again, the salsa was bomb so I'm hoping they bring more next time. The rice and beans were also tasty. This was actually my second time ordering from the truck and both times I was happy with what I received. I think the actual burrito cost would have been $13 without my discount.
