Ehh not the best I've had. Stopped by based off the reviews. The bread was off to me and was too crumbly and not soft. I ordered special banh mi, crispy pork belly banh mi, and the grilled pork skewer. The special was good but I didn't like the bread. The crispy pork belly was nothing of that sort. It wasn't crispy or had any textures of it being crispy it was like regular unseasoned pork belly without the crispy skin. The grilled pork skewer was the worst! I was like what are thoOose?!!! Tiny, burnt, dark, dried up balls shaped like meatballs cut in half for 4 pieces for $3! I don't mind the price but it seemed so old and reheated and just nasty and dried and black! Wish I took a picture.

Love this spot, today we finally tried the food. It was soooo good! Staff was friendly and inside was clean. We were the only ones in there so service was quick and our order was made fresh.

Solid banh mi place for this side of town. I've had a couple of their teas and I really love that you can taste the tea flavor and not the syrup. I didn't even have to adjust the sugar level. I've had a banh mi here too, and it's decent. Service is quick and it's a cute little shop.

I've downed hundreds of bánh mì in my lifetime, maybe in the 1000s so my expectations are sky-high. This grilled pork version landed somewhere between nostalgic comfort and "could be more." The baguette here is on the firmer side--semi-hard crust that crackles under your teeth. If you're into that extra "crunch," you'll be right at home. Personally, I prefer just a touch more give: a thinner crust that still lets the soft crumb cradle all the flavors. Visually, the pork looked like thick bacon--hefty slices that promise a satisfying bite. The pork itself is solid--bright lemongrass notes, a subtle soy sweetness, and a hint of garlic. Every bite showcases quality ingredients, from the cilantro's freshness to the house-made mayo. That said, I'd love to see more char marks on those pork slices; a deeper sear would add smoky contrast and extra dimension. Tea2Go's take on grilled pork bánh mì is enjoyable and well-balanced, even if it stops just short of greatness. With a few tweaks--a slightly softer baguette and a hotter grill for those coveted char lines--this could be a local go-to. As it stands, it's definitely worth a try if you're in Murrieta, but keep your expectations tempered against the top-tier bánh mì you've had elsewhere.

The fat and oil from the pork belly upset my stomach

There was a boba place here before that I tried to visit, but it was always closed. Not sure if it's the same or this is a new one? Went in for our first visit, the girl was soft spoken and polite. Ordered the special noodle plate, a mango smoothie with brown sugar boba (some were hard and some were soft), a pork belly banh mi and 3 piece egg rolls. Thought the egg rolls would be made fresh, we came in 2 hours before closing, but they were taken from the display in front. It was crispy on the outside, but horribly tough, chewy and stale on the inside, worried about how long it has been sitting out. The sandwich was not good with the pork belly fat, it saturated the bread and it was oily and unappetizing, but I was hungry. My stomach was hurting immediately after, couldn't sleep all night and the next day my stomach is still having issues. I wouldn't recommend the sandwich, don't believe it was the egg rolls as my kid had some in her plate and she is fine. The smoothie was very good (blended with fresh fruit) and my kid enjoyed her plate. The aesthetic in here is fun and playful, albeit the chairs are uncomfortable and tables are very small. It was a little off putting that both workers were sitting on their phones for our whole visit. I may come back to try something else, like the noodle plate or a boba drink, I'd also give another banh mi a try as well, but I now know to steer clear from the pork belly.

I have probably gone back 3 times already! So happy for a banh mi spot! I am in love with the cold cut and the pork belly! They are just starting but they are pretty quick in making the orders. It's a super cute spot! They do have a couple t chairs you can hang out at. This is going to be my new go to spot for boba and banh MIs!

The ambiance here is really cute. Staff was nice as well although the girl is really soft spoke. I ordered Vietnamese coffee with ube cold foam and my daughter got Thai milk tea with boba. To eat we ordered spring rolls, which were ok. The boba however was hard. My Vietnamese coffee was ALLLLLLLL ice and honestly felt like an extreme waste of 7.25. The Thai tea tasted a bit weird, almost like licorice.

I was waiting for my mom to get out of her surgery and decided to try this place out. The Thai Milk Tea Boba was amazing the Bánh Mi was sooooo good! I had to return to get some for my mom! She got a straw-mango smoothie. The service was great everyone was so friendly and the store is super cute! Thank you for a great experience!

We were walking around the shopping center and stumbled across this boba tea spot... I'm glad we came! Such good tea! And good boba! They also have coffee, brown sugar boba, smoothies, banh mi, spring rolls, sandwiches, rice noodles... amazing customer service!! They are so nice and respectful! I highly recommend! We got the Oolong tea with brown sugar boba, So good. My little brother said, " this place has so much aura" lol

Nestled in a shopping plaza in Murrieta, sits a cute corner Bahn mi shop. Authentically Vietnamese Bahn mi is hard to find! I ordered the cold cut ham sandwich with a rose lychee tea. Definitely hits the spot! Wish this was closer to home.

Galaxy passion tea. It was purple at the top but when you mix it the purple goes away. Bitter because of the passion fruit.
    Skyler M.

I went with my dad and the drinks are amazing I got the passion galaxy tea and it's good but note to self I'm not really a passion fruit guy. The sandwich was really good but spicy because of the jalapeños The employees were so kind and respectful and noticed us super quickly. The drinks and sandwich was made super quickly. Five minute wait max. Had music playing kinda quiet which made it nice. There was also many chairs for sitting down and waiting in. Recommend coming here.

    Banh mi

Best banh mi in town. Special cold cut ham and grilled pork.spring rolls are a must have. No need to drive far anymore. Drinks like egg coffee and sea salt vietnamese coffee are good as well.

I ordered a rose milk tea boba and was happily surprised to see a cute heart stopper on top of it. So l can sip the drink without the boba if l wanted--super smart! I've never had a boba top that allowed that. I am so accustomed to the heat sealed cups but this is such a wonderful thought so l don't go through all my boba and still have all this milk tea left to drink without any accompanying boba. I loved my drink and the girl helping me said it was similar to a sea salt series. Which l love a good jasmine sea salt tea! Not many places around have rose flavored anything. So l was thrilled to get it. And it was delicious! I added the cheese cream and that. Was. Divine! I cannot wait to go back next week and try the jasmine version. I showed my friends the boba pics as well and they're planning to come check it out as well. The biggest surprise was these cute little blind boxes (bags, rather!) that hold these adorable little resin toys. They're 3 for $5! My kids and l were hooked. Even better, if you don't think your toy is your cup of (boba) tea, you can trade it with the ones around the register or around the store! Super fun concept. We ended up getting 6...because who can have just 3?! We will definitely be back. Probably within the week because l already want to go back! We'll be regulars. :)

When I walk in, she's sitting in the seating area for the customers and gets up, looks at me with a very blank glare, quickly looks away and says "welcome" completely devoid of any emotional content. Clearly, she doesn't want to be there, and doesn't mind to make it obvious, and doesn't care to make you feel welcome to any degree. I ordered a protein smoothie, and it was a complete waste of my money. There were 4 big chunks of ice on the bottom, the smoothie was thin and watered down, and it was basically tasteless. It mostly tasted like extremely faint protein powder blended with water and ice. I didn't really make out any taste of banana or peanut butter - they were even more faint than the protein powder taste. It was so neutral tasting, almost like having finely ground oatmeal blended with water and ice. Thank you for wasting my time, my patience, and my money. I also ordered an acai bowl for my roommate, and she didn't offer any to-go bag. I had to ask for one, and she was just like "oh". Believe me, if you don't want to be there Jesse, I beat you out by a million miles because I absolutely despise being in the Inland Empire and Southern California in general. My experience being here has been nothing short of miserable with as checked out, entitled, and oblivious as people are here in this deadbeat place. I have never been in a place so lifeless and devoid of anything enjoyable. I'm turning into a shriveled up raisin from breathing in whatever is in the air here. I've gained weight, aged rapidly, and almost look like I'm from here now. Never have I encountered a place like this where even in the women's restrooms, I constantly find people leaving pee all over the seats and floors, globs of feces and piles of toilet paper and seat liners left unflushed in the toilets (recently happened in yours), unclean, unrepaired toilets just covered with black garbage bags for several months (like at the mall), sticky floors and dining tables, horrendous, LAZY customer service, restrooms reeking of horrid, cheap chemical perfumes (like in your restroom), businesses charging extra to OMIT ice from their smoothies, fake people smiling in your face while unreasonably upcharging you, backstabbing you, talking behind your back, and too California soft to take any sort of honest, completely founded criticism, and people all over the place, particularly on the road, living in their own completely isolated K-pop, Disneyland imaginary bubbles doing whatever the f they want without ANY regard for anyone else. It is the most miserable, disgusting energy I've ever had the misfortune of existing in...indescribably miserable of how deep the misery goes. Yes, absolutely I have found some decent people around, but overall there is something horrid here in the air. Believe me, no one is more disgusted by this place than I am. I don't know what jacked up wormhole I got sucked into, but I want to get out of this place as soon as humanly possible. I really wish I could review this town, this county, and this state and the weird phenomenon that exists here. It's absolutely bizarre. No, this isn't all coming just from my experience with your business, I just had more of this weirdness at a restaurant today. It is a constant, EVERY SINGLE DAY, throughout basically the entire day I have the misfortune of interacting with people here. For the last sane, humane, intelligent life that exists here... get out while you can before it sucks your soul completely dry.
