I'm really disappointed with Subway's new drink selection. Getting rid of the agua frescas was a terrible decision. I don't drink caffeinated sodas, and I don't like Coke or Pepsi anyway, so my choices are already limited. I love Sprite and Cherry 7UP, but Starry is NOT the same as Sprite. Not even close. I didn't like Sierra Mist either, and Starry isn't any better. What makes it worse is there isn't even a root beer or orange soda option to give customers more caffeine-free choices. The agua frescas were one of the few drinks I actually enjoyed getting with my Subway meal, and now they're gone. Subway seriously needs to reconsider its beverage selection and bring back the agua frescas--or at least offer better caffeine-free options like Sprite, Cherry 7UP, root beer, or orange soda. So subway is the location where you order and the assembly line process is that you tell them what you want and they put it in your sandwich in this particular location, there will somewhat listen to what you want, I asked for one bread and got another. I really dislike the atmosphere when the owner is present. He comes across as extremely rude and unwelcoming--his demeanor feels hostile, and it makes customers uncomfortable. I've witnessed him treating his employees poorly, speaking to them in a demeaning and demanding way. It's no surprise that they seem to constantly lose staff. As a paying customer, it's upsetting to see this kind of behavior, but unfortunately, there's not much I can do beyond choosing to take my business elsewhere. We stopped at this subway during our drive home from our trip to Central California. I looked on yelp while we were driving and yelp brought us here . We were craving good subway sandwiches . The young lady that made our subs was friendly and made excellent sandwiches , just the way we like it . The bread was fresh and delicious . The other young lady that rang us up was also great . I feel very saddened and disappointed after visiting today. There is a real homelessness problem in the city of Perris so we as a community need to learn how take on this population. The way I seen the subway worker treat one of the homeless today really broke me. The homeless woman wanted a sandwich and some cookies and handed over $ it seemed to bother the staff that she would actually have to serve the woman. After she gave her the order she pointed for her to leave the restaurant. In her defense she said the homeless come in and steal and I understand it to a point but at the end of the day maybe that specific subway needs to put a security guard since we do have plenty of homeless that hang out there. read more

This Subway was very clean with great customer service. They take time in making you sandwiches and you don't feel rushed. Also when wrapping your sandwiches they are wrapped very neatly so when you open them while driving there is no mess that falls out. I asked them to put out a fresh bin of tuna since there wasn't enough left to make my sandwich plus I didn't want the bottom of the barrel tuna. The ingredients are always fresh and each sub is a customized made-to-order masterpiece. ;) Every employee I have had the joy of interacting with at this location has been exceptional. Kaylee is one badass sandwich artist! The dining area, soft drink station, sandwich station, and other food prep areas visible to the customer are always very clean, in order, and fully stocked. The location sucks because of the pan-handling and litter in the parking lot but neither of these factors are the fault of the owners/ management. Check in and you get a cookie! read more
