The food was tasty... we had the boneless wings with fries with coffee, my son had pancakes with bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs with an orange juice. My oldest son had the bacon burger with fries and an apple juice. No complaints about the food at all. The service was also great, the man that helped us out was so sweet and attentive, to us and all the people that he came across, Denny's did a great job at hiring him. INTIMATE DENNY'S right off the 215 freeway! Denny's is best described as a casual diner chain dishing up classic American comfort fare, including all-day breakfast favorites. I got the Santa Fe Skillet with chorizo, eggs, and breakfast potatoes, it was vey good! My family and I came in for a later dinner, after 7pm approximately, and we were seated immediately. I spotted a few customers, I'd say the place was super tame and there's plenty of space for big groups at night or during the day! Service was solid, our waitress gave us satisfactory service, although she could've refilled our drinks a bit more. We also waited a little longer than usual for our food to come out, there was quite a bit of chatting between the staff. Thankfully, the food came out nice and hot, everything tasted great. I wish I'd posted this sooner- I apologize I forgot to share this as it was sitting in my drafts. Came in for a late night dinner after our long drive heading home this past May. Decided to pull off the exit to grab a hearty breakfast-for-dinner meal, and we sat in Amanda's section. If she is still working here, Amanda at this Denny's was so kind. She seems like a really hard worker. She was exceptional for an 11pm evening shift when our paths crossed. This is the first time I ever see a restaurant that has a notification that any plate that has eggs. They have a surcharge. I ordered a dish from the value menu, so on the different size of bacon was the one that I ordered. So they cut it and a half and they call it to slices. We came in during bruch rush hour on Saturday. While there are plenty of parking spaces and tables inside.. there was still a line to get seated. Took down my name for a party of 4. We waited by the door for half an hour before I checked to see if they happened to call my name. It turned out they called my name and some other group took our table. Smh. But they did seat us right away. There were 3 people at the front counter. Not one of them apologized. But because they just dumped us to a table... our server was playing catch up. Water took forever to get to us. Then another 5 minutes for the straws. And it came from the lady clearing the tables, not out waitress. The food was okay.. the sampler plate is VERY salty. The southwestern benny breakfast was decent. But for the experiecing and service? I feel like we could somewhere else for it. The ambiance inside is casual. Waitresses and waiters are hectic and super busy. Management should look into hiring more help and give these hard-working waitresses and waiters the relief they need. Food prep: Cali Club...I always come for that. It's delish. However, the sandwich has become impossible to eat. The cook does not fold the turkey properly, so it's hanging off the bread. Twice now he has left off the avocado...meaning that I have to get up and go find the server and ask her for avocado...then I have to build my sandwich myself. A whole slice of tomato does not fit on a half sandwich. No toothpicks to hold it together so it all falls apart. Do you know how annoying that is? Every single time, I SPECIFICALLY ask for fresh ff's. I've only gotten them once, when the mgr. went back and made them for me. I have pulled SEVEN 3 inch leaves of lettuce off this sandwich, and that's just today! AND ...has she been back once to check on me? No. When I told her I was not happy with this sandwich, she said something about nothing they could do about it AS SHE WAS WALKING AWAY. But she did comp the sandwich which smoothes my ruffled feathers somewhat, but I'd much rather pay for a sandwich that 1. Doesn't look sloppy and 'thrown together'. 2. Holds together bc the pieces are all pretty much the same size, and held together with a toothpick. 3. French fries that are freshly made, not double dipped. They think we can't tell the difference, and I'd say probably 90% of people never even think about it. But I was in food service for over 30 years. I know as soon as they are in front of me. Just by looking. Even though the cooks SWEAR they don't double dip. They do. Today alone was almost enough to drive me away from Denny's and to IHOP. But I've been a Denny's customer since I WAS A CHILD ( and I'm 74! And I eat here at least once a week.) Service ( check-backs) and PROPER, APPETIZING food prep are key. DO BETTER!!!!! We decided to have lunch at this Dennys off the 215 Fwy. There was plenty of parking and we got immediately seated. The waiter was very attentive and brought water while we decided on what to order. My hubby and son wanted the Philly cheesesteak omelette. I ordered the bourbon steak with mashed potatoes and veggies. We had a nice time talking while we waited for our meals to arrive. It took about 20 minutes while is average. My family thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The steak was cooked to perfection for me because it was nice and soft. This Denny's is located on 4th street in Perris,CA, we love this place. A server named Cesar takes care of us when we eat here. He knows what we drink and has it on the table ready for us. The food is always excellent and Cesar checks on us and his other tables constantly to make sure everything is going good. I was stuck in a humongous rain storm one day and needed to get off the hiway. Fortunetly I found this gem of a restaurant to get out of the rain. The staff were all so friendly and they could see I needed a hot coffee right away. So they quickly brought me a coffee and a menu. I had the cheese omlette with hash browns. I hate to admit it but their cheese omlette was cooked much better than I have ever made. And the hash browns were great. I highly advise you to try this place. read more

The service here is awful. We went there for breakfast during the week and we had to wait about 15 minutes for a table . I was sharing a plate with my son . I asked the waiter for a plate and he came back 30 minutes later with the plate . At that point we were done with our food . We never got topped off with coffee which is $5 each by the way . We never saw our waiter after he brought the extra plate 30 min later . I looked around and the place was not busy and he was not out there serving other tables . He was just not there . We had to go up front to pay with no receipt because our waiter was no where to be found . So disappointed. read more

Went here last night waited like 20 minutes to be seated or even approached by anybody. It was a little bit busy not too much maybe like five big families they only had two waitresses like five cooks. They were super slow and their restaurants smelled like pee and syrup. They sat us in the back where the bathrooms were, which was disgusting because the bathroom stink. The food was good. Even though they didn't give us all our food at the same time they forgot to give us a red skin potatoes and that was after we ate our food. I've patronize and ate at Denny's over the years all the morning shift employees and waitress knows me by my name. I'm a regular customer that eats there three times a week, and for the first time in 8 years I had my first bad experience. I went in just before midnight and try to order and to my surprise a woman name Ashley claiming to be a supervisor was on a power trip saying I can't be here at this establishment any more and they would not serve me.
