1/10 don't reccomend This specific store sales stale stale bread like crouton stale When you order your subs Mike's way they don't even put oregano, oil or vinegar on their subs. They barely put any lettuce. I also asked for mayonnaise, mustard and pickles on all of my subs and none of my subs had any of the following ingredients. Not only that, the bread was super dry and crispy. When I called to make a complaint they said they can only offer me a discount going forward and then the woman on the phone told me that the bread had just come out of the oven and then laughed and hung up on me and I called the store four times following that phone call with no answer. So I called from a block number and got an answer right away and argued with a gentleman for about 20 minutes about the quality of their subs and their customer service they refused to give me a refund, told me that it was not possible. They told me that they tried their best on the quality of the subs and the man also informed me that the bread was not in fact just out of the oven and that they try their best These subs were the driest subs I've ever had and I wouldn't have spent $90 on sandwiches if I had known that they would have come in way below satisfactory I'm definitely not happy with my purchase. I'm not happy with the customer service. I'm not happy with the store in general When asking to speak to a manager or to have contact with a manager they told me that was not an option. When I asked for corporates, phone number or email they told me that also it was not an option. They refused to help me escalate my issue to get a solution that we were both happy with and from here on out I refuse to support this establishment with the way that they have treated me tonight and the quality of food that showed up at my door. read more

I frequent this store quite often. Everyone is always nice and willing to answer questions or make suggestions. I was there today and there was 2 girls and a male with glasses working. They were busy with a large order and squeezed my order in between this large order. The girls were nice with good customer service, My complaint is the male which is the one that was putting the condiments on the sandwiches was rude and didn't know how to make the basic sandwiches. I ordered some extras on one of the sandwiches and he was choosing not to put the extra on the sandwich, when the discrepancy was pointed out he proceeded to tell me what extra meant I said I understood and told him what my knowledge of extra was from previous visits to this store. Which by the way I realize that it's an extra charge. He reluctantly added the extra condiment but willing chose not to add one of the base sandwich ingredients because he is or was having a bad day. It's just my opinion, But he Probably shouldn't work in the customer service industry if he doesn't want to deal with public/customers. I will still be frequenting this location because of great service other visits although if this was my first time at this location I would not go back because of his attitude. read more

I came into this location to get a few sandwiches for my family. If I could rate this store lower I would. There was a young lady, Syah, at the counter who somehow managed to mess up each and every sandwich. She also was very rude to me and my daughter and just seemed like she hated her job more than anything. I was worried because my son has a few allergies that I was trying to work around but I couldn't be sure since she had ruined everything I was meant to order. I've had Jersey Mike's once or twice before.But I always ordered the wrong thing (hot sandwiches) so I was never impressed. This location is super friendly, happy to help you. Their sandwiches are delicious!! I ordered online & they were out of the drink I wanted so they gave me these free combo cards. I also mistakenly took my sandwich back thinking they forgot my avocado, upon opening it the girl saw it did have some, I apologized and said I must've not seen it but she offered to add some more to it. I bought $30 of mikes subs on 4/24/2020 and the whole family was up all night sick with food poisoning. We didn't eat anything all day except mikes subs. We went into the store and made them aware of some possible contamination and the manager said that it couldn't be from us and that we were mistaken. She did nothing to make it right or addressed this issue. If you want Jersey Mikes go to a different store. I have never had such horrible customer service as this. read more
