The sandwiches are such a good size, that my mom and I have decided to make it a mission to try ever single sandwich on the menu. Every. Single. One. But seriously, if you want tasty filling sandwiches, come buy one (or more). Service has been good every time. I order on the app, and it's been 3 for 3 of the order being ready right on time and special instructions have always been followed. Every interaction with the team has been a pleasant one. The ambiance, gives the sandwich shop vibes (that's a good thing!). Clean, organized, bright, cool, and the team vibes just add to the goodness of it all. Also, sorry I don't have photos. The sandwiches smell too good to wait! Now I just need to figure out which sandwich I'm gonna try next

First time eating it and felt sick by the end of the night with food poison symptoms until the next two days. I gave it a rest and went back to give it a try again. Within a few hours and it being the only thing I ate I start feeling the same symptoms as before. For both my friend and I to start feeling symptoms from the same place was a red flag. But then going back and it happening again, also letting my husband try it and it happens to him too was no coincidence. I called and honestly it didn't feel taken seriously. Spoke to the manager Brian said he would be talking to the GM and they would be talking to the regional manager. Still no update though? And to continually get told "well we've been eating the sandwiches and nothing happened" Okay that's nice and good for you guys but both times now and we get food poison symptoms? Come to find out a friend tried it last year too and got sick. It seems like a constant pattern with this place. I think they need a heavy audit of ingredient distributors, expiration dates etc.

When I called to make a complaint they said they can only offer me a discount going forward and then the woman on the phone told me that the bread had just come out of the oven and then laughed and hung up on me and I called the store four times following that phone call with no answer. So I called from a block number and got an answer right away and argued with a gentleman for about 20 minutes about the quality of their subs and their customer service they refused to give me a refund, told me that it was not possible. They told me that they tried their best on the quality of the subs and the man also informed me that the bread was not in fact just out of the oven and that they try their best These subs were the driest subs I've ever had and I wouldn't have spent $90 on sandwiches if I had known that they would have come in way below satisfactory I'm definitely not happy with my purchase. I'm not happy with the customer service. I'm not happy with the store in general When asking to speak to a manager or to have contact with a manager they told me that was not an option. When I asked for corporates, phone number or email they told me that also it was not an option. They refused to help me escalate my issue to get a solution that we were both happy with and from here on out I refuse to support this establishment with the way that they have treated me tonight and the quality of food that showed up at my door.

I went here as a recommendation from a coworker! So happy I did! I ordered a small Philly cheesesteak and LOVED it. I know other reviews said they didn't like how sweet the meat was, but I enjoyed it a lot. I also ordered a small side of potato salad, and it was a nice portion. Between the half sandwich and the side of potato salad, I was full even up to dinner time at home. This was after working in a busy veterinary clinic all day! Usually I burn up all the energy from my food pretty quickly but this kept me full throughout. With the sandwich, the potato salad, and a bottle of Gatorade totaling out to $10.53 with tax, it was worth the money. I ate in and the lady kindly brought the sandwich out to my table. This is a very small place, so not a place to hang out with the whole family although I'm sure they could handle it. Very intimate atmosphere with booths and a small TV. I probably consume over 10 sandwiches per week, from various cities, places, towns, states and this spot was a great find. Was driving through this town and used Yelp to find a local spot.
