Quik Stop Subs have always been a alittle pricy but for what you received it was well worth the price. A fully loaded sandwich piled high with meat and veggies. Today I received a slim pickings of meat and veggies to the point where the sandwich looked like it was just a loaf of bread. I have a colleague that also went to Quik Stop that same day and we both had the same experience. I guess it's back to homemade sandwiches from now on. I'm sad to have to move on but I won't pay for a sandwich that is over $10 with a slice of meat and sprinkle of veggies. The service is still great.

It's very clean and smells just like an Old fashion Italian sandwich shop...fresh baked bread and fresh lunch meat and cheese. We were greeted by two lovely women, San and Nary. They both are GREAT! Super friendly and boy can they make a incredible sandwich. We ordered the 9" Godfather ($13.99) with ham, capicolla, salami, roast beef, turkey, and provolone cheese plus all the extras. Excellent! The sandwich was perfectly proportion (meat/ cheese/bread), but what takes it to the next level is the freshly baked, perfectly toasted house made bread. When I called to make a complaint they said they can only offer me a discount going forward and then the woman on the phone told me that the bread had just come out of the oven and then laughed and hung up on me and I called the store four times following that phone call with no answer. So I called from a block number and got an answer right away and argued with a gentleman for about 20 minutes about the quality of their subs and their customer service they refused to give me a refund, told me that it was not possible. They told me that they tried their best on the quality of the subs and the man also informed me that the bread was not in fact just out of the oven and that they try their best These subs were the driest subs I've ever had and I wouldn't have spent $90 on sandwiches if I had known that they would have come in way below satisfactory I'm definitely not happy with my purchase. I'm not happy with the customer service. I'm not happy with the store in general When asking to speak to a manager or to have contact with a manager they told me that was not an option. When I asked for corporates, phone number or email they told me that also it was not an option. They refused to help me escalate my issue to get a solution that we were both happy with and from here on out I refuse to support this establishment with the way that they have treated me tonight and the quality of food that showed up at my door.

Because I was so impressed by them, I started referring them to all of my clients. I worked with them again last week, and once again, they blew me away. I had Katie again but with a different serving staff, but they were all just as amazing as the first experience. This wedding was anything but typical- the catering company was not even booked until a week prior. Yet they were able to get them fully booked quickly and took on every single challenge that arose through the night with zero complaints. One of the guests at that wedding is an owner of Michelin star restaurants, and he was raving about the food and how good it was- and I think that says something! And as a wedding coordinator, I feel like I can truly trust this company with my clients because they have proven to me twice now how amazing they are with their great service, presentation, attention to detail, and tasty food. He inquired about an order for a Friendsgiving and Christmas but they advised they were not going to be catering for Christmas. Understandable, so he just asked for a quote for our Friendsgiving. They said they would send the quote but it was never received even after another call which they claimed it would be sent. I've worked with multiple caterers and especially like to work with local family owned ones but this one is 10/10 DO NOT recommend. I'm thankful we were able to pivot to another lovely small business in San Bernardino and would not trust working with THIS business.
