I've patronize and ate at Denny's over the years all the morning shift employees and waitress knows me by my name. I'm a regular customer that eats there three times a week, and for the first time in 8 years I had my first bad experience. I went in just before midnight and try to order and to my surprise a woman name Ashley claiming to be a supervisor was on a power trip saying I can't be here at this establishment any more and they would not serve me. I need a supervisor or the owner to get in contact with me, so we can discuss this matter. We don't need a woman like her supervising if she can't handle a situation and being racist. read more

Went here last night waited like 20 minutes to be seated or even approached by anybody. It was a little bit busy not too much maybe like five big families they only had two waitresses like five cooks. They were super slow and their restaurants smelled like pee and syrup. They sat us in the back where the bathrooms were, which was disgusting because the bathroom stink. The food was good. Even though they didn't give us all our food at the same time they forgot to give us a red skin potatoes and that was after we ate our food. I was at a tea and I didn't even get a refill until I are bill come. I think this would be the first and last time I will ever go to that Denny's again. read more

I always come here and the service is great the food is delicious my family enjoys coming here they order a jalapeño but today my mom ordered a coffee and she got a dirty mug and we asked for a new one, the gentleman apologized and got get a new mug we hope. That's why I rate it a 3 star read more

Stopped by for brunch today. A 10 minute wait turned into 25 minutes. Which is fine... it happens... we were then the first to be taken to the enclosed patio. It was hot. Stuffy. Which we were all very hungry, so we decided to stay vs waiting for indoor seating. The table we sat on was very sticky, 2/3 of our glass cups were dirty (from the outside), there was a puddle of water under my table and the one next to us. Guest that were seated after us received their food first. Food was delicious, service and cleanliness could use improvement. I will not return to this location. read more

The service, food and overall experience was underwhelming. Our server gave me a half filled cup of coffee that had splatters all over it, and looked used. Since he hardly came back to check on us, I had to ask another server to bring me a clean cup of coffee. The food was ok, but lacked flavor. My meal came with bacon, it was paper thin, and looked like the kind they serve at fast food places. Also, my mother ordered from the 55+ menu and we were overcharged by $4 on her meal, so check your receipt before you pay because they likely do this often. When I went up front to pay the Manager told me to pay at a different register , the attendant who was helping me told me to pay at the other register ( where the manager was at ), instead of him apologizing for sending me to wrong register he just said " you can pay wherever " basically ignoring his mistake. I felt unwelcome there from the lack of table service and dismissive behavior from the manager. I doubt I will ever return to this location. read more

The white lady with glasses at the front is the nicest lady I have ever met in my life. Super nice and friendly. Really funny too. The Hispanic dude was my waiter. He has the best customer service I have ever had a a dennys or any restaurant. I refilled my coffee and water probably 10 times and made me a special omelet. He called it the beauty. It was amazing. My family and I were there for lunch Saturday. We received excellent service from Cesar. The restaurant was clean. The food was hot and fresh. I am a coffee drinker and never did my cup run dry. It was also fresh and hot. I saw the manager helping refill drinks. All around great visit. read more

I was pleased to find this place open at 1:30 AM. I was a little surprised at how busy the place was at the hour I stopped by for a quick bit of breakfast. I was a modestly disappointed that their was no counter to sit at but I didn't come to this Denny's to sit at a counter. I came to grab a quick bite to eat. I ordered the pancakes at $2.16 and got my money's worth. The pancakes came quick and left me full. The service was professional and I appreciated my waitress, Katrina was fast and polite. The decor and ambiance was the Denny's standard. The place was clean. I liked that they had a nutrition and calorie guide on my table so I could see how much I was about to stuff my face with. We ordered breakfast at 11:17 we were told it be ready by 12:17 no problem, we got here a few minutes after called into the restaurant to let them know we were here for our curbside pick up and were asked to wait an additional 30 minutes okay fine no problem. After more than 30 minutes my daughter gets down to see what is going on and our food is cold her milkshake is melted, this is not acceptable. The employees are now on their 4th smoke break since we've been waiting. There were customers who told my daughter our food had been sitting there waiting for awhile. My daughter asked for a refund the woman at the front snatched the receipt out of her hand and walked away. This place has the worst customer service ever we will never come back to this dump. With the re-opening of restaurants we knew it would be busy. We were not let down. The line to put our name on the list was put the door. We were told it would be a 35-45 minute wait. We were sat at our table in less than 20 minutes. Our waiter Ivan was quick to greet us and get our drinks. It was obvious how busy he and the rest of the staff were. Even under pressure Ivan was kind and attentive. He made sure our coffees were full at all times. For being a chain restaurant, you think they'd have standards for their food and their service. I mean I understand a little bit why our service would be complete trash, we did go on a Sunday afternoon right after church. Service: Took 40 minutes for us to be seated. Took 20 minutes for us to get our water and our orders in. Took another 20 minutes for our food to come out. We had to get it to-go because we were on a time crunch -- the kitchen is wide open so we can literally see people not working and just standing around. Food: My food came out as it should, but they put pecans in my girlfriend's pancakes instead of having just plain wheat. How do you even mess that up? My girlfriend and I will never come back to this Denny's location and I feel that if we are ever desperate, we will take our money elsewhere. read more

My Church and Our Family always went there for breakfast after Church every Sunday before the Covid Situation and closures of indoor dining. Now Denny's had indoor dining yesterday, My husband and I thought We would go there for lunch. We choose the chicken Fried Steak with mash potato and gravy and corn. The waiter was very nice and served Us quickly and refilled Our drinks. We received Our order, and We both looked at each other after taking a bite of the mash potatoes- the gravy was the worst We ever had, it tasted like sour spoiled milk and the corn was hard and the chicken fried steak tasted like blah, no flavor at all! We informed Our waiter on Our way out, when he asked how the meal was, he said he would check on it with the cook. We left the waiter a tip but the meal I do not think My dog would eat! I understand that it's a "holiday" and covid however, I've been waiting for 2 hours for my online order that indicated it would be ready within 45 minutes. Your system should indicate the expected wait time for the amount of orders being placed. That way the customer has a better understanding and what to expect. It is ridiculous the amount of time I've been waiting. If you order to go, be prepared to stand around. It's not because the food isn't ready. The cooks do a great job. It's the rest of the staff. The last time I was here, my order sat behind the cashier and no one even acknowledged that I was there. It wasn't even busy. A male server walked back and forth from his tables and pretended I wasn't there. I finally had to ask him if I could just grab my food. His answer "Oh. That's all you needed?" Yeah. Thanks. This time, my food was ready and at least it sat under the warmer. There were 3 of us waiting for to-go orders and the food just sat there. The lobby had two parties waiting to be seated and there's at least 6 employees walking around. That same male server was there. Again, he didn't acknowledge anyone. 20 minutes later I was handed my food. I even repeated my order to make sure it was right. She said yes. I ran to my car (because my 5 minute food run turned into almost 30) and my order is wrong. I had to go back in. The female at the registe sees me and says "Yeah. The other guy took your order" Took? No ma'am, you gave him my order. Why do I come back here? Because the cooks make awesome pancakes and my fat ass loves pancakes.
