The confirmation email said it would be ready in 20 minutes (9:11am) but, it was ready at 9:32am. We got home with the order and I had ordered a Grand Slam but I was missing my sausages. I ordered a Jr. Grand slam for my son and he was missing his bacon, my coffee was decaf and NOT regular coffee as I ordered. I discovered on my own later that they offered the birthday breakfast through corporate promotions. I signed up for the corporate promotion and received my coupon which I used for a later date. The service and food I received was excellent during that visit later on in January. I have not used the phone service since my last experience but I hope they've improved their phone etiquette. Worst Denny's we have ever ate at. On Monday the 12th of April at about 12:30PM 4 of us went there for lunch. Two of us ordered ice water WITH LEMON. Water came with no lemon. One of us ordered the eggs benedict. It came with no holiday sauce, just cheese on top. Both of the muffins were so hard they could not be cut with a sharp knife. When we were leaving I noticed that one of the front doors was broken. The top hinge and door return were broken and the door was tilted outward and the edge sitting on the concrete. Ms. Sandra who mainly works late shifts it seems is incredible and I'm lucky to have her as a server. Not only does she make us feel at home but she also takes care of every little need we have. Ms. Sandra's service is so good in fact that it is the main reason I will return to this Dennys location I had previously rarely visited even whilst being a Perris native my entire life (21 y/o). I hardly come to Dennys because i really don't like it but i decided yo give it another try i ordered online and waited for my order, when i arrived the im guessing manager did not greet just asked what i needed, he handed me my order without even checking it and said thank you. As i am driving home i decided to try my orange juice well to my suprise it was a lemonade with berries that i did not ask for and as soon as i opened my cup to see what it was i see a dead fly on the lemonade. Decided to go out to have a brief breakfast experience, as we walked in, there was minimal people waiting to be served. We were then seated and waited approximately 10 min. When the waitress by the name of Yesenia finally arrived at our table, she was very unprofessional, very short with us and gave the impression that she wasn't concerned about our order. After our order arrived, she never came back to ask if we needed refills for our drinks or would we like or need anything else, but what made it ultimately upsetting was she then just brought us our check like she was rushing us to leave. I'd say this Denny's 3 star average is accurate. The food is..well Denny's quality food. Take out will have less than desirable textures like hash browns and toast. Overall the food is good for the price. They were fast and accurate. My husband always forgets condiments, luckily this Denny's gave us ketchup, salt and pepper, jelly and syrup. The sausage flavor is horrid, then should cook them a bit longer. The bacon is terrible quality but cooked well. The eggs were exactly how we asked. The pancakes were perfect, we didn't get any extra butter with our order but it actually didn't need it.I think if we had picked it up sooner the texture and temp would've been better but we ordered through door dash pick up and never got any updates at all. Overall we were very happy, it was walking distance from the red Lion inn and we got a ton of food for the same price as a McDonald's breakfast but much healthier and better quality food. read more

Denny's owes me money! I ordered food online. The ETA provided was 10:33. At 11:44 (New Year's Eve), I spoke with the supervisor who said that it hadn't been picked up yet and I can come get it if I want. They told me that even though I ordered through Denny's website, it was a third party and I would have to speak with them. They can't tell me how to get in contact with the third party. The email I received from Denny's said to contact Denny's if I had a problem. I was charged $46 including a delivery fee and I haven't gotten anything. I went through Denny's. I ordered and paid based on the reputation of Denny's. For Denny's to accept my order and payment without any follow up to ensure that their customer is serviced properly is a major fail on their part. Example: you see my order has been there for over an hour, why is this not a red flag to contact the delivering company? Why don't your employees have a way to contact the 3rd party? Why am I being directed to call your vendor? How am I supposed to contact your vendor? Where is the contact information? Why doesn't Denny's care enough to ensure that I get my money back? Why would Denny's work so hard to build a reputable company only to allow it to be diminished through poor planning, follow through, communication or care? read more

This has just become my go-to restaurant after a camping trip... usually for breakfast. Since I had been told in the past by many waiters and waitresses, "Be careful, the plate is hot", I took it with a grain of salt when Ivan delivered my Sante Fe Skillet during my first visit. I should have listened. The first bite almost scalded the roof of my mouth. Almost had to spit it out, but I managed to tough it out and finally swallow it, at which time I noticed that the food in the skillet was still sizzling. I was more cautious after that, blowing off each bite to cool it down a bit. By the time I was a little more than half done, I was still blowing it off and the food was still sizzling on the skillet. This aroused my suspicions, so I peeked under the table to see if someone had lit a fire under the skillet. Nope. No fire there. My next visit I got the Hearty Skillet. This time I actually listened to Caesar when he told me the plate was hot. Though I don't think it was quite as hot as my first visit, I didn't take any chances. Both visits - and every time after - the servers were very attentive and friendly. The food was served fast, fresh and definitely piping hot. Clean tables, clean restrooms. If I could give no stars I would, horrible service placed an online order for delivery at 9:30 pm waited over an hour when I finally called the store to check why it was taking first I was told they had no delivery drivers, then that my order never went through when clearly I had a delivery estimate time and money was withdrawn from account. The guy over the phone told me to contact support which was closed immediately called the store back and magically my order appeared and told my order was ready in fact.
