Purchased wings here. They came with copious amounts of seasoning powder so salty and enough to choke on. The employee who made the wings was kind and said he could understand how he may have added too much. "Brittany" said the manager would offer us a refund but we have yet to be refunded or even contacted by this manager. We paid $16 and received NO food. They kept the wings. My experience at this wingstop was so horrible. I ordered a 30 for $30 they shorted me 10 wings and when I came back to address the issue, they told me they gave me my full order which was incorrect. And when I expressed how they forgot the wings she told me that the name I gave her was a repeat offender for getting free food. That's a LIE I just moved out here and asked to provide the number that they had on file but she told me she does not have a number just a name. She also threatened to call the police on me. When I asked her to get her manager she left the counter and never came back. I asked the other employees what is the manager name and they told me they were told not to talk to me. I will be calling corporate in the morning this is ridiculous. The manager needs to be replaced immediately. What happened to good customer service read more

Horrible customer service!!! I placed an online order on Sunday, February 15th at 5:02pm. I walked in the store at 5:25pm and the gentleman said that it would take an hour and a half for my food to be ready. That is unacceptable as my online order said, that my family's food will be ready for carry out within 9-14 minutes. The worst part was that the short overweight gentleman working that day gave me an attitude and told me to leave the store simply cause I asked for a refund back in my card. They said they don't give out refunds. I left the store feeling robbed of my money and food. I would seriously have a discussion with your employees and manager working that day as other customers witnessed our conversation and saw how a regular Customer was being mistreated.. at this point, I don't ever recommend coming to this location or ever will in the future. But I will make it known online that this is a poor unprofessional establishment that doesn't care about honoring online orders. read more

This location is the closest to me. We've always come here, and have always had good customer service. Even when they're super packed, they hustle. People forget that they're taking care of online orders, in store orders, and Uber orders at the same time. People need to have patience. These employees work hard and we appreciate all those times when thry made our lunch or a dinner for us when I needed a night off. I've never had an issue with the foods temperature or taste. Just wanted to give a good review. Tonight I wanted to treat my kids to Wingstop, it's a rare occasion to eat out because everything is so expensive. When I was given my order it was barely warm. Normally I wouldn't say anything but I wanted to enjoy some nice hot wings and fries with my kids so I told Andre's (the worker) that the fries barely felt warm, I opened up the wings and it was the same thing. He happily said he would make me a new order and when he handed me the new order he apologized. No attitude, no heavy breathing, he literally seemed happy he could make me a happy customer. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Never ever go to this location the manager is horrible and in turn makes the employees horrible as well! They messed up our order and instead of taking accountability they denied it and accused us of being free loaders, trying to get free food. We spend hard earned money to feed our family, without the customers a food chain is nothing and we were treated like trash! We were treated with cop calling, ignored, and dismissed! This is extremely disheartening as I work in fast food as well and could never imagine just ignoring an unhappy customer! Training needs to be updated, customers are always right because customers are the ones who keeps them paid! We just wanted our 10 wings that were MISSING yes MISSING! They then tried to state we harassed them because we kept trying to come to a resolution with them and wanted the wings or a refund but we got neither! Absolutely horrible! They need to be fired or trained better because it's genuinely awful, we put a fake name as we normally do and they said the name was a repeat offender for free food? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
