I ordered a drink from this establishment, and after finishing the drink, I took the lid off to eat the ice and found a press-on nail inside. Completely disgusting. My theory is that it was in the ice bin, and when the ice was scooped, the contaminated ice ended up in my cup. When I brought the issue to the manager's attention, instead of apologizing or showing concern, he immediately accused me of putting the nail in the drink myself. He then claimed that none of his employees wear fake nails. To make matters worse, the only solution he offered was a refund for the drink about $3 and some change even though I had spent over $70 there.
