The dough was good--and that's about the only positive thing I can say. Everything else was a complete waste of money. The sauce was weak and the cheese tasted like it came straight off a Sysco truck with the bag left open in the wind. You could literally taste the staleness. Maybe it was an off day for them, I don't know, but what I got was not impressive and definitely not worth the money. I ordered the **Triple Pepperoni Magnifico**, which turned out to be a total joke. What was delivered (next door, by the way--thanks to a DoorDasher who apparently can't read clearly illuminated address numbers, but that's another story) looked more like a **Negative One Pepperoni Disappointment Pizza**. Calling it "triple pepperoni" is flat-out misleading. Then came the **Deluxe pizza**, which was also a letdown. Oddly enough, it actually had more toppings than the pepperoni pizza. It almost looked like the photos in the ads--so I'm starting to wonder if that one was accidentally made the way they make it for themselves. But again, the sauce ruined it. Completely underwhelming. Coming from a city that never had a Marco's, I had high hopes to finally try it. Unfortunately, this experience killed that excitement pretty quickly. Will I be back? Nope. Pizza is one of the easiest foods to get right, and when you can't even deliver on something as basic as "triple pepperoni," you're subtracting customers instead. Consider me one of them. read more

Once again I had a missing item from my order with no refund for that missing item. The first time my order was missing a 2 liter soda. I was promised a refund and never got it. Again I was told I'd get a refund for the missing item and never got it. Everyone makes mistakes, but I shouldn't have to pay for food I'm not getting. My first time ever trying this pizza. I brought the whole family six of us. We ordered two Xtra large pizza and a 2 liter starry. The service and hospitality was excellent. They have a dinning area which was nice to have somewhere to eat our pizzas which were amazingly good. I wish this pizza was available near me. A not so great experience at our local Marcos My wife and wanted different food as I have on diet So I ordered a chicken Hawaiian pizza and brought it home and as I started eating the pizza , it was cold under the top layer. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I do not generally write reviews but given the circumstance, I absolutely had to do it. My wife placed a GrubHub order for Marco's Pizza. We saw that the driver was getting ready to pick up the order but then her cell phone rang and it was Marco's Pizza. The reason they called was because the GrubHub driver did not want to wait two minutes to allow the pizza to come out of the oven. This is normally when people would get frustrated because dinner was going to take longer than expected but Marco's had it under control. The owner of the restaurant personally delivered the pizza to our address so we wouldn't have to wait longer. Before this even became a problem, the restaurant was already handling it. To us as the customer, we would have never known there was an issue because of the quick solution the restaurant came up with. As promised, AJ, the restaurant owner delivered the pizza to our home. He was so apologetic for the problem even though he did not cause the problem. This kind of customer service is so rare now and because of this, Marco's will now be my first choice when it comes to pizza. I tried to talk to the owner about an issue which is so stupid it was just about salami and he said he didn't have salami to put on a pizza but he had salami to put on a sandwich. That's totally idiotic and you make more money putting some salon me on a pizza then you would a sandwich but he didn't care he wouldn't listen to me he over talked to me and he literally hung up on me. The Pepperoni Magnifico was amazing my only complaint is the didn't use the whole diameter of the pizza there was a very wide crust. It was a bit think as well so I'd probably go think in the future but really enjoyed the garlic seasoning on the crust, our toddler loved it too. The wings were great and well done. I didn't care for the garlic sauce it seems like it cooled too quickly and wasn't enjoyable toward the end of the meal but great the first few wings for sure. We usually get dominos and my kids said this pizza was WAY better. Also, the guy at the front was so sociable and funny. I talked to him for less than a minute, then we went over the order to make sure it was correct and it was and we left. They don't deliver to our location which is understandable, 15 minute drive. Ordered a pizza with triple mushrooms and received a handful.. crust was thin and didn't have the garlic on the rim as ordered.. I paid extra for the mushrooms too.. so disappointed! I am so amazed to how bad the service was at Marco's Pizza. I can't believe the language that came out of the employees mouths that worked at the front counter. The guys that is very heavy set with tattoos has a sewer mouth. The names he called customers were horrible. He called a customer a f'ing c*nt. The customers name was Kris. How sad! The manager was just as unprofessional. Complaining about deliveries he had to make and how f'ed up it was. I'll be contacting the district manager about this and how offensive the guys were. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody . I had to wait almost an hour for my food and I was told that when one person messes up with an order then everyone else will have to wait. I'm drove from Palm Springs yesterday to get out of the heat and wanted some pizza and picked Marco's Pizza because I had read somewhere that they were a pizza company from the Midwest. I wanted to try a pizza that didnt have a location in Palm Springs and this fit the bill. The Pepperoni Magnifico pizza I picked was deliciously savory. The cheese was on point and loved the pizza sauce. The pizza reminded me of an eatery called the Orange Bowl that served pizza that a pizza sauce similar to Marco's.
