Over the weekend my husband made a quick trip to Hemet. First time trip to the area, so we aren't at all familiar with the restaurant options. He loves Italian food, pasta in particular. Based on the website I suggested he try this place. I love the menu variety: pasta, pizzas, salads, sandwiches. If you have a big group or even just family members who have different tastes, this is great. Service from staff went well. They recommended the right portion sizes and combos to fit the budget, which I totally appreciate. In fact, that's how I enter this review: by sampling the leftovers from an incredibly generous portion (large). DELICIOUS red sauce and correct ratio of cheese, meat, sauce. Fresh salad greens. I've stopped by Antonio's as a teen growing up for years because of the cheap price for the large slice. We've always loved the deal for one slice and the service is always quick and easy. We recently ordered the family meal to treat some of our contractors, and we put an order in early in the morning. Antonio's was quick and easy to put in the order even with two large pizzas, wings, and cheesy bread. The price for the amount of food and quality was more than reasonable, especially compared to how much it costs to buy pizza from chains without discount codes. The pizza itself is pretty loaded, and the crust is soft and fluffy. They're not necessarily the thin crust type if you're wanting the crunch. The wings were also still juicy on the inside with the spice embedded in the tender chicken. Definitely choose Antonio's if you're in the area and want a cheap but quality meal! read more

I have been ordering pizza and salad from Antonio's pizza for about the last five years to go. Today I ordered my usual order a large pizza and an anti-pasta salad to go for my son's birthday. When I went in to pay for my food and pick up my order, there were two other guests in front of me who had paid with cash, when I got up to the counter, I paid for mine and asked how long it would take the young man behind the counter. I'm assuming a family member said to me I just need to make your salad. I stood at the counter and watched. I noticed that he had taken money, cash money from the guest in front of Me Walked over to the salad area and handled every item without washing his hands or putting on disposable gloves. I very kindly asked him to come over where I was standing at the counter and said to him I would like to cancel my order due to the fact that he did not wash his hands nor attempt to put on gloves after handling cash. He stood there in disbelief, as if I did something wrong. I asked him for a refund of my money that was a debit and he called over the owner, which I assume is his grandpa or dad. The owner was extremely agitated with the fact that I wanted my money back After watching him handle my food without washing his hands. He told me to get out of his restaurant and I told him I would never eat there again. His response was good get out of here and it's gonna take 3 to 5 business days to get your money back. The fact that they did not wash their hands absolutely disgusted me... Here's the deal. Money is absolute filth. People use it to snort drugs, fentanyl cocaine, whatever that can be transferred into that food and put into my body, not to mention the filth and germs aside of drugs. I don't recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have children eating this filth this place is absolutely gross and disgusting and I will never eat there again. My husband is still on a quest trying to find the best pizza in Hemet. We stumbled across this place earlier and decided to give it a try. The area has a large vagrant community around so keep your eyes open but that doesn't have anything to do with the actual business inside. My son decided on getting the Margarita Pizza and my husband decided on the pepperoni and cheese pizza with extra pepperoni and extra cheese. The Margarita Pizza has chicken, artichokes, tomatoes, onions, alfredo sauce, tons of cheese and was absolutely delicious. If you follow my postings you know I don't really care for pizza but I did have some of this. The pepperoni pizza did not seem to have double of anything in my opinion and my husband actually started eating my sons pizza. If you're looking for that old school cheesy taste you're going to want to go with the Margarita Pizza. According to the sign right up above the cash register it says if you pay cash still give you a 5% discount but you do have to mention it to them.
