Came in and was waiting on my order for awhile. I was in there for about 25 minutes until my order was ready. Staff also ignored me when I came back in to ask for an update. Walked back to my car and continued to wait. Wouldn't come here again. read more

Their food is always made fresh with great ingredients and generous portions. Enjoy the pizza and sides.

Let me start by saying, I am not a pizza fan. I do not normally eat pizza. Tonight I decided to surprise my hubs with a all meats, medium sized pizza ($18.99) and I got myself a BBQ chicken and bacon pizza ($14.25). My daughter ordered the BBQ pizza before and I liked it. I ordered my pizza online through Papa Johns app. It was very simple to figure out. I feel like it is over priced but you only live once. The pizza was delivered by Chris in less than 1 hour. Chris was friendly, courteous and on time. I was not expecting an unlabeled car to show up but that's ok. Other than the price, my biggest pet peeve is when people deliver food and do not bring napkins. Call me crazy, but it bothers me. Thank you Chris! You are truly appreciated! I enjoyed my pizza, I have never had gluten free pizza before but I like it. My hubs said his pizza was dry. He still ate it though read more

Where do I start? Several weeks ago we were made to wait when someone walked into this store and took our pizza without any verification. Then as the result of another error, we were assured of a free pizza and this guarantee would be input into their system. It wasn't and we were made to feel it was our fault for not following guidelines we were never informed of. Simply put, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE. They make too many mistakes at the full expense of their customers. read more

We ordered the SHAQ-A-RONI PIZZA. It was the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Even a frozen pizza would have been better. It did have plenty of pepperoni, but there was hardly any cheese. It really didn't matter because it was horrible. The crust was like a soggy cracker. The sauce was terrible. I will never get anything from Papa John's again. It is a shame when companies lower their food quality and still expect us to eat there. read more

Just I picked up some pizzas today I go into the place and I was trying to ask for my pizzas and one of the employees tall and old guy was really rude with me everything was good with my day until I got here I don't know why he came to work with this bad attitude read more

Pizza was good and on time, employees were rude, but overall an ok place. Recommend if you're looking for decent food for a decent price.

Way better than Stadium Pizza especially the one on stadium and state. Never a burnt pizza! Yum :) service is great and has less people over served with alcohol. read more

Papa John's Pizza is my all-time favorite of all. Last time I went here the staff was crazy, possibly on drugs. I would not recommend this store. My pizza even smelled rotten, ended up throwing it away. What a disappointment. Now the only time I get Papa John's is when I am out of town. read more

I love how papa johns makes their pizzas. Best pizza place in town! However, I do not like their employees. Every time I go there they are always rude. Over the phone and in person.. I talked to a guy named Carey or terry (sorry it was hard to hear) He was so very kind and helpful!! He told me things i bet no other employee would tell me!! Thank you papa johns for hiring a caring helpful person! Hopefully your business will succeed! read more

Ordered online and asked for NO onions on "the works" pizza. The were quick delivering it but It had ONIONS which make me sick. So, I called to tell them. I did not expect any thing really except maybe a %off coupon on the next order. But, no. Manager gets on the phone and tells me "you ordered it with onions" which is BS. That is a bad attitude towards the customer. Now I will never go back there. I will go anywhere else but there. read more

Poor customer service = poor management. On the phone, I asked for the large 3 topping pizza special. The clerk asked which 3 toppings and I said, "make all 3 of them pepperoni." This led to a prolonged conversation in which I had to keep explaining that I was ordering one pizza with 3 toppings, not 3 pepperoni pizzas. When I arrived, an earring wearing man, working the cash register, just looked at me. Evidently, he had no intention of asking if he could help me, so I politely gave him my name and told him what I had ordered. He barked a price at me, I paid with no verbal acknowledgment from him whatsoever. He then dropped a pizza on the counter in front of me. I realized a "thank you" was out of the question, so I took my pizza and went on my way. I do not blame the poor customer service on these employees, but where it belongs...on the management. The mangers clearly exercise poor hiring, poor training, poor supervision, and poor retention. The pizza was okay, nothing special. The only good thing I can say about this Papa Johns is that they answered the phone. Before calling them, I tried Pizza Hut twice and kept getting left on hold. read more

Just imagine opening your box of pizza and feeding 8 hungry children different ages , seeing eight different sizes of pizza, uneven spread of cheese so does the pepperonis plus partially burn,. At Papa Johns how can they keep their Pizza even all the way, how is it when you open the box, you go straight on serving them, because that's just how it is, you order it, you open it, you serve it, and smilingly eat it. That's Papa Johns at East Hemet Thank you Sara and to your crew. Keep up good work and to your no contact service. read more

Don't bother ordering from here!! I wanted to go in and order, but I was deterred by the fact that THREE employees were all outside together SMOKING WITH THEIR APRONS ON. Completely unsanitary and disgusting. If they're willing to do that, then I wonder what other corners are being cut with the health standards. Why is management allowing this? Where are the supervisors? There are clearly no standards. read more

I order pizza from this location about once a month for the last 3-4 years. Today was my first time picking up carryout though. There were about 6 employees working at 4pm on Thursday Feb 15, which is probably a slow hour for them, but I was surprised to see no one just standing around, every one of them were doing something - cleaning, folding boxes, helping customers, making pizzas, etc. They were all busy, yet every single one of them took the time to look up and greet me as I walked in the door. I was so impressed by this!! Hard working, friendly employees! Keep up the great work! read more

I thought maybe the stars might be because of competitors trying to up their restaurant over others but in all reality this place should have zero stars. I realize what I had ordered through Yelp was an obscene amount, 60 bucks for undercooked pizzas, room temperature wings, and cheese bread sticks that seemed like a plain cheese pizza that was sitting around. I love the courtesy, the time and work put into making something delicious for customers to keep them coming back because they crave it, this place and what I was served said exactly how important my order was, garbage. I paid a high price for something a five year old could of attempted in the kitchen. Not only did my guest decline the pizza upon arrival, we ended up going someplace else to fill our appetite. Overall, this has been the WORST PAPA JOHN'S I have ever gone to. read more
