Hi Pam/All, As a Retail General Manager, i understand were your fustration is coming from. However, most importantly you have to understand that it is a business and policies always have to be followed. Fortunately, i also know quite a bit of policies for other businesses and McDonalds happens to be one of them. McDonalds does not provide water cups anymore as they do not have any. I'm sure that this manager you speak of was charging your freind the senior discount for a small fountain drink. If she would have gaven him a free fountain drink, then once the register was counted and there was a few cents missing, her manager would have questioned her. Policies are in place for businesses to run smooth and everything acounted for. I hope this helps and you understand. After reading a few of these reviews i went in for myself with my family. The service, wait time, and staff was great. I got to meet the new shift manager Kendra and asked for a water cup. She politely apologized and explained that the franchise has stopped giving out water cups. We had a pleasant lunch and continued on our way. read more

I would like to thank McDonald's for making my very last visit to any McDonalds as extremely memorable as possible, NOT in a good way. After being forced to use some non-user friendly machine that takes 2-3 times longer to order than actually speaking with a person, my Quarter Pounder with cheese and bacon looked and tasted like the meat and bacon had been sitting around for a couple of hours. Where is the cancel culture when you need them? They should be boycotting ALL fast food restaurants who have started using this method for ordering. read more

This location is the worst. This fat Hispanic dude had me parked and wait 30 minutes for my order. When I went to talk to the manager about my refund, she didn't even look me in the eye and apologize. First of all! The Picture posted of the outside of the McDonald is not for this location, this McDonalds is located in Walmart. I am here to do a review on the Walmart McDonalds. They are super slow every time I come to this McDonalds I am waiting for over 10-15 minutes for something as small as a hash brown. If you come to the McDonald in Walmart prepare to wait a long time for your food. They need to hire some more efficient people or something because everyone in there moves with no sense of urgency. This is really for the McDonald's that they have in store. My sister and I stopped to get 2 McDoubles, 2 Fries, and 2 drinks. The young female worker was really bad and rude. My sister asked for the order as I showed, and we ended up having to get 3 receipts, One, for 2 Fries and 1 Coke, the second for another Coke, and then finally for the 2 McDoubles because obviously she doesn't pay attention. I asked if she saw 2 people?? She grabbed the money from my sister on the last order and told her she would not be welcome there again. First, she is the one who messed up the order then gets mad and grabs the money out of my sister's hand, but she thinks she can ban us. We asked to talk to the manager and all she had to say about the whole thing was I am sorry. We will not be going back to this McDonalds because of our choice. If I could give it zero I would. There's never anybody at the front register taking orders, there can be a line of 10 people trying to order and you are completely ignored. They give you attitude if you say excuse me!? I got my eyes rolled today for asking for their help. They should fire most of their employees along with the manager who doesn't know how to properly train customer service. This is just my yelp review, I'm reporting this place to corporate, because I decided to give this place a chance several times thinking it could of been a rough day for them, but to get this experience every time!? Whene I got my food it was so cold and the lady didn't give me a reason why she had a attitude

Ordered a Fish Fillet on a Friday during Lent so asked if there was a special on the Fish Filet. The young man asked why, I said for Lent. He repeated "lint" several times and I kept saying no , "Lent". He started laughing which got the attention of another worker who asked if she could help. I asked her about Filet of Fish special and was told no, McDonalds doesn't do that anymore. The boy laughed more and said "I told ya" to me. He DIDN'T tell me because he had no clue what I was talking about and treated me like I was nuts in-front of other people standing in line. Currently, as I sit here eating my Fish Filet there are 11 people in line and ONE order taker/cashier, the same person who waited on me. Bring back the Filet of Fish discount on Fridays during Lent and kindly clue your staff as to what it is and the significance of it. It's kind of annoying when it says they close at 11 pm and they decide to close 15-20 mins before 11 pm. I drove 15 mins here to try to get a burger & even the security was under the impression they shouldn't be closing until 11 pm. ATLEAST update your hours online. read more

The worst ever! I ordered a sausage biscuit and hash browns but when I got home it was a sausage griddle and a hot apple pie! I'll take it back for a full refund the next time I'm there. Cant do their job properly, very slow when getting to customers, fries were cold and I specifically ask for extra salt on the fries not on the side, my girlfriends burger was supposed to be plain, with absolutely no onions, due to allergies we can not have onions or garlic... they put onions on the burger, we just left and will never come back to this establishment. No shakes or ice cream, are you kidding me? Ridiculous. Ironically the other McDonalds the other night their shake machine was broken. I asked the employee when it would be fixed and he said he didn't know, been broken for a while. I don't know what the reason was here tonight at this one, I asked and he said he didn't know. Very polite and not his doing. This is a management issue at both places. These managers need to get it together and get the machines fixed. The price on the board said $2.49...but the register charged $2.68. Now that's a way to make tons of revenue and the consumer never realizes they are being ripped off. I reported it and the staff made it right. But...really I wonder how long that has been going on! And is this the way "McDonald's" does business? Check your receipts for overcharges. micky d's ...its no longer your kind of place ,,,they r cheep and charge unrealistic prices for things, tonight i took my boy shopping and we stopped for a mc double ..we got 2 each and 2 for dad..... we asked to hold mustard and ketchup and put the big mac sauce and lettuce ..this much to my surprise added 39 cents for lettuce and 49 cents for sauce, each burger to my bill......i figure i paid for at least 3heads of lettuce and 2 bottles of big mac sauce.....so should you want to try this your self tell the clerk your friend was just in and paid for your extras.... mc donalds is the kind of place that slaps you in the face, they'll take your parking place, should loose the fast food store race.....when im hungry ill find a different place....wendys i am all yours!!!!!! read more
