It's a real chill vibe inside and it's kind of in the cut so it could b easy to miss if you're not paying attention. I ordered the pastrami burger and fried mushrooms on the side instead of fries, with a drink and paid basically $25 for that. The fried mushrooms were simply just not good. Not much flavor and filled with oil in almost every bite unfortunately. I will never order those again. The burger is solid, big and sloppy like a burger should be, but nothing to get overly excited about. Decent spot for a burger but nothing special as well.

Brisket and cheddar sandwich ($16.95): this brisket is exactly how it should be, as it was seasoned, tender, and requires only a little effort to chew since it was tender. The caramelized onions and gooey cheese went well with the brisket and the buttered toast, 5/5 stars! Large size of mac and cheese: one of the best I've had, as it was indulgent! The creamy cheese sauce was seasoned and just completely covered the tender macaroni, 5/5 stars! The service was efficient as you order at the counter and they provide your food in a timely manner, despite the constant arrival of patrons. I've noticed that the majority of orders were for take-out, but I had to dive into the food stat as soon as it was ready out of the kitchen.

They're both seasoned with a thick rub that packs serious flavor. The meat is incredibly tender and soft--just melts in your mouth. It's definitely on the pricier side, but the quality makes it worth it. Sides like the mac n cheese and baked beans were just okay--not bad, but nothing special. However, the Oreo dessert waffle totally stole the show. It was absolutely amazing and the perfect sweet finish. Highly recommend for BBQ lovers who appreciate bold flavor and tender meats.

I usually stop by with my Mom to order omelettes, pancakes, and hashbrowns. Typically, all the food is tasty when we visit. However, they've messed up my Mom's orders several times within the last few visits so they need to pay attention a bit more at the speaker. The girl who gave us our food was very professional, she was younger and very personable. Only one older lady over the speaker was rough, service is usually more hit than miss though. It's a good ambiance. Tommy's doesn't have indoor dining, it's an order-n-go establishment that services the local hospital and businesses near Florida and San Jacinto. It can get busy during lunch time, so I would arrive a little earlier before you get hungry.

It's probably a bad sign this place unfortunately I drove past a few times in the last couple of months I thought well what the heck I'm by myself it can't hurt the wife won't complain lol I don't recommend this place at all. The customer service isn't really good. The lady there appears to be the Owner may or may not be she should definitely be sitting in better example kind of rude. I'm the food is way overpriced and money is not an issue for me but it's very overpriced here. I knew that going into it anyways I got a breakfast burrito with ham and bacon and eggs and hash brown the ham was real thin meat, butter as a piece of paper looked like lunchmeat. The same goes for the bacon. I didn't know you could cut bacon that many times very dry good size but a very dry breakfast sandwich and believe it or not. The salsa was pretty decent, but that's not worth coming back alone unfortunately I just can't recommend this place. on that note I did notice there's always that one or two places out there but this place offers you no refills if you do you want to pay for them and and they're not a quarter. It's a dollar and up here again money is not the issue for me but yeah it has to make sense who doesn't do free refills it seems like they want a nickel and dime you here and give you less

We…read moreordered our food, sat down, and had just started eating when an employee named Bella came over and told us we had to leave because they needed to mop and couldn't mop while customers were still inside. While telling us to leave, Bella even said, "We want to go home at 9:00 PM," as if that justified asking paying customers to leave before the restaurant had even closed. We explained that the restaurant wasn't closed yet and that we would leave at 9:00 PM when your posted closing time arrived. We simply wanted to finish the meal we had just paid for in peace. Bella became very rude and insisted we had to leave. When we mentioned that we didn't think a manager would approve of asking paying customers to leave before closing, she claimed the manager allows her to do this. I find that very hard to believe. After going back and forth, I told her that if she wanted us out before closing, she could call the police, but we were not leaving until the restaurant actually closed. We ended up finishing our food at 8:56 PM, got up, and left exactly as we had said we would. As we walked out, the police were pulling into the parking lot. This entire situation was completely unnecessary and incredibly disrespectful. Paying customers should never be rushed out or kicked out while they are still halfway through their meal simply because employees want to finish mopping or go home sooner. If your closing time is 9:00 PM, customers who arrive before then should be allowed to enjoy the food they purchased without being harassed. I would really like to speak with the owner because Bella claimed she is allowed to treat customers this way. If that's true, it's a serious problem. If it isn't, then I hope this is addressed before it happens to someone else. I can't imagine we're the first customers she's treated this way. My family has been coming here for years, and we have always loved this place. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed our opinion. You just lost a family of loyal customers over an employee who chose to prioritize getting out early over treating customers with basic respect. That is incredibly disappointing.
