I started feeling very hopefulness in my search on Yelp. But I found Farmer Boys. They allow furbabys on the patio! Awesome. We ordered breakfast and lunch items. I enjoyed my customer sandwich. My family ordered the breakfast meals. And liked those. We added the hot cakes for $2. Service was great. Food was good. I ordered the California BLT no bacon sub egg add avocado. It was tasty!

I visited in a group of 6, by the end of the night I didn't appreciate the service given to one of the members in our party. Five out of six of us received our food in a timely manner while our friend waited an additional 20+ minutes for his order. He did NOT come late, nor did he order after us, we all ordered and arrived at the same time. All he ordered was a Donato's pizza, yet our waitress didn't notice his food was missing. We literally had to have her go check! My main issue is the way this location handles Bottomless Fries now. Aside from our waitress being hardly around, it took forever to refill our bottomless fries. When our server appeared she wouldn't provide us bottomless fries individually, I ordered for myself, not the table. In fact, only two of us ordered this off the menu and she brought a small bunch of fries for us to share. I only had my OWN set of fries with my burger. I don't mind sharing with my party, however I asked for a personal order of fries. Naturally, we'd run out quick because I offered my fries up to the table. At the end of the day, I felt like I only got a handful of fries as the kitchen only put a few on my burger plate. The ambiance was lively, we got to enjoy some sports in the background. My friends commented that the alcoholic beverages were good. Personally, I enjoyed my mushroom burger. However, there's a major need for improvement on a customer service level.

For starters I am a huge supporter of good food and franchisees that try to make a living. But I…read moredon't believe this location is managed very well. I walked in with no customers after being in the parking lot 5 minutes on my phone. I was immediately greeted (a plus) but after looking around at dirty tables and spills on the floor, it went down hill. Multiple dirty tables, food spills on the floor and an employment on break (granted). But after the employees break, the dining area remain the same. Still after 20 minutes and one other customer, no cleanup. I give plus's to the employee on the grill as she was constantly working. The cashier was doing her job but no real leadership or manager to assure quality of food or cleanliness of the store. After taking my food home, it went down hill again. @$12 for a Waba bowl with a small amount of rice, two broccoli stems, 5 carrot slices and the bud end of a cabbage (that's not edible). The meat looked like chopped beef and the chicken looked like scraps. The crispy dumplings were not crispy but soggy. Sorry but I don't see myself spending @$30 for two 1/2 bowls of scraps again. Two stars - One for the customer service and one for the decor. Hope you do better for the next customer.
