So I went in for that enchirito day special they had. Saw there was multiple self serve kiosks that turn you into an employee to enter your own order so they don't have to employ others to do that job. Not a fan of that but there was one register available in case you opted to not do that so that's still good while it still lasts. The employees here work really hard and they were constantly busy due to the special trying to cover the people in the dining room as well as people in the drive through lines. The employees were happy and very motivated from what I can tell to do their jobs so that's great seems like they enjoy what they're doing. The order came out really quick and for the price it was I'd have to say it was a good deal. The food tasted good as well I guess this was to make up for that lettuce incident. read more

I've ordered from this taco bell a couple of times now, every time they have missed something in my order. The first and second time we put it aside because we thought maybe they were busy, but it seems like no matter what something is missing/incorrect. It's super disappointing because imagine you pay and you don't even get what you want/ paid for and they just reimburse you 3 dollars off your next order, that's pretty crazy to me. I don't know if it's just the workers not doing their job, but something seriously needs to change here because it's getting outrageous. How do you forget 4 of my sodas? Just came through the Drive thru around 11 and had the worst experience the cashier Galileah had a bad attitude when I asked if I could add on at the window, I received my order and everything was correct but when I tried asking for extra sauce the window was already slammed on me as she walked away. You can google what other people have gotten at other restaurants- the box is full. When I went back to complain, the first thing the manager said to me was "I'm sure he didn't serve these to you this way." So first they accused me of basically trying to steal from them when they clearly were the ones wrong here, then they begrudgingly made a new one and the guy DOES IT AGAIN. He put like 10 chips in! It barely covered the bottom of the tray. So they try to tell me it's a set amount. It's "a handful" (excuse me? Whose hand are we using? and what does a handful even mean?) and then "it's 1.5 ounces of chips.". YOU DIDNT WEIGH ANYTHING. It's obvious this store hates this menu item - for the obvious reason. They either lose money on it or make nothing. Loaded beef nachos come with guacamole plus everything the bellgrande comes with (so MORE INGREDIENTS) and are $2.99 versus $6.19. They were obviously told to phone it in on these. Okay, so then Inshowed them the internet examples and they tried to tell me I was looking at a different product - ummm....no. They are clearly in the same box with the same name. The nachos bellgrande comes in a black plastic oval box. they were 100% wrong and acted like I was the problem. This store is horrible. HORRIBLE. The owner needs to seriously rethink owning a franchise if this is how she's going to allow the store to be run. I wouldn't come back if I could avoid this store. I've been to many Taco Bell but this place tops others. I was on was on my 2nd loop of my 200 miles bike ride and needed to add some calories to finish the remainder 100 miles. I walked into this place and the restroom were not locked (Yay!) - this means not a lot of unwanted people coming to use their restroom. The restroom was clean. The lady at the counter helped me right away and placed my order. My food came out within 1 minute and it tasted good and they made it like it should without skimming on the filling inside of my chalupa and taco. While I was eating there was an older white man who came in and left but the lady at the counter followed him close to the exit door as asked him why he left. She somehow convinced him and he ordered food. Wow!!!! If any business have an employee like this lady they are in Luck - especially at a fast food chain restaurant. I even heard her speaking in Spanish to following customers and took their order. The inside of this Taco Bell is clean and I heard all the workers greet their customers - now that is kudos to the supervisor and manager here. I had to know who is this lady and she told me that her name is Stacy. Great Job well done Stacy & her team too. Stacy deserves a raise for sure. read more

Wanted a quick bite only to get disappointed. Ordered a strawberry lemonade freeze because it was 100° out, only to find out at the window that they ran out. The guy at the window was talking way too fast & mumbled his words, that I couldn't even understand a thing. Got home with the food& my loaded nachos wasn't even loaded. A few chips with a whole bunch of sour cream & guacamole to cover up the fact there was little to no cheese & no meat. How is that loaded? We frequent this Taco Bell location and usually have a pleasant interaction, but today on July 26 at around 8pm we were met at the drive thru window by two young ladies spreading religious/Jesus rhetoric when handing our order. I come to this location all the time and the staff is usually very quick and friendly. I watched 4 cars go through the drive thru before I got my online order (placed before all those vehicles) I watch jasmine who made my order (2 cheese quesadillas, a freeze and that's it) make 2 quesadillas and I think to myself "finally" then I watch her hand it to the girl in the drive through! I was absolutely shocked she did that. That car ordered the same exact thing as me 4 cars after I placed my order and they got the same exact order before me? Absolutely crazy. Then she bagged my order, saw Jocelynn was standing there talking to a guest and told her the order was for me and she continued to clean up after looking at me with empty screens (no orders) then after several minutes comes and hands me my bag, I tell her I'm missing my drink and she very rudely told me Jocelynn (who is currently still busy with a guest) and will get it for me. Then they tell me they're out of the flavor I want (of course right) so I tell her to give me anything at this point I'm on a break from work. After I start to walk away I hear jasmine tell Jocelynn that they did indeed have the flavor I wanted (after Jocelyn had made my new drink) but then said nvm as Jocelyn handed me the flavor I did not originally want. I think it's very unfair to your customers that have already been through the drive thru to have to wait 20 minutes going back through to collect items already paid for while the rest of their order is sitting getting cold. A $60 order that has been ruined due to lack of customer service.....I understand the lobby is being renovated but why have the phone lines unavailable to even talk to someone about the issues! Any time we( my family) come to this location there is always something wrong and the workers always make the customer feel like we are bothering them! Service was fine, the problem is the quality of the food. I have ordered the Cheesy bean and rice burrito many times, but as it eventually happens, poor food quality prevails. The past 2 times I have ordered this item sloppy assembly and lack of ingredients not to mention it seems watered down beans and cheese, where is the rice? You take a bite and the tortillas is raw and hard to bite through and begins to unravel. I threw the first burrito in the trash and tried the second, the same experience. Even worse they raised the price on this burrrito and I'm sure the whole menu. At least if you are raising the price make sure your product is edible. No more Taco Bell for me. This place is always a hit or miss for me! I'm a vegetarian so everything is always Sub beans and I've had to come back here dozens of time to return my food that was wrongly made - with beef. They always remake my food without any problems. Inside is pretty clean, the outside is also a hit or miss. A lot of of junky people in town are hanging out around this TB so sometimes it's a little sketch to go inside but I mean it's not a big deal. Don't go through the drive through at this location. They consistently get my order wrong. They also ask if you want any sauce and when you tell them yes and what kind of sauce, they forget to put any in the bag. Not sure if it's a Covid thing, but they always seal up your order so it's annoying to rip open the seal and check your order while there are cars behind you. Maybe they should hire some older people to run the drive through because the kids they have there are constantly making mistakes. I gave 2 stars instead of one because the people are polite, but it doesn't make up for the fact of always getting orders wrong and/or forgetting items.. read more
