Went on Saturday on 6/21/26 at 4am and these boys made us wait forever to give us some nasty burritos with like 5 pieces of meat and a whole lot of sour cream which doesn't even go in that burrito. And so much was wrong with it. It was disappointing we just threw away all of our food. Even the Gatorade was nasty because it needed more water it was extremely sweet. $32 to the trash. We were so exhausted so didn't bother to even go back to get more disgusting food. We've came here a couple times but this was the worst. Those guys are either brand new or should be fired. Worst fast food experience read more

Ordered thru the drive thru got home and there was no meat only Lettie's and sour cream by time I went back the fries were cold and they decided to give me a hard time making new fries, cause I had to wait all that time read more

DEPENDABLE and FAST! I used to work close by to this Del Taco and until recently I've visited and it's just as fast! The staff are really calm and they're hard workers. The restaurant is ALWAYS clean, the guy at the cash register was mopping and taking orders! The Del Taco is pretty busy as it's the only one in East Hemet, however they manage to roll the food out quickly! I'm a Del Taco loyalist and I can say this is one of the better ones, I had an amazing Chicken Quesadilla and Burrito! The crinkly cut fries are also to die for. Restrooms are available but you need to be buzzed in by an employee first! There's a few tables, this is a smaller franchise so it's not for huge groups, however a small group or pair should be fine. A drive-thru is available but it's very tight. read more

Horrible customer service, they treat you like if you are begging them for food. Please! There is plenty of restaurants around town. What a total disappointment, I wont be returning there for sure. I would give them no stars at all but since this thing automatically puts one star but doesn't let you take it off. Improve your employees with horrible attitude, trying to ruin people's day with kiddos or with no kiddos read more

Terrible service, and awful dinning area. Very depressing just walking into this location.the staff just point at the kiosk for your questions or to order. Food was typical but seemed less than other locations. read more

Don't order any desert at this place past 11pm, they will tell you they are cleaning the fryer

On Saturday, March 1, 2025, it was slightly raining. I didn't feel like cooking. I stopped by Del Taco in the morning. There were a lot of cars in the drive-through. The young gentleman (Daniel R. ) at the counter was very helpful. He has a great attitude and very patient. The service was fast. Clean environment. Great prices. I will definitely be coming back because of employees like him that go out of their way to be kind to us older folks. Thank you Daniel R. read more

The same way when we ordered. They just wanted to get us out of the way. The place was just crap. Food spilt over at tables syrup from the drink machines on the counters and were sticky read more

My experience today at this del taco location has been always great. Awesome Customer service from Daniel! thank you!

Ordered food and she refused to give out more that 4 packets of hotsauce. And my order was wrong when we got home. Crazy.

This Del Taco is pretty good, and I frequently come to this location. It does get pretty busy at times, especially the drive-thru, but in my experience the staff here is efficient, and makes the food quickly. My usual order is the Double Del cheeseburger or the carne asada fries. Both items are flavorful, and I am usually satisfied with my order. There was one time where my burger's bun tasted a bit "off," but overall the food is good. The staff has always been friendly to me. I'm met with smiles at the drive-thru window, and I always feel welcome when getting food from here. Overall, a great Del Taco with good food and friendly employees. read more

Bought 4 tacos and 1/4. Inch of meat and little little bit of lettuce in it . Pretty much just payed for a taco shell !!! Not going back there !! read more

I ordered chicken soft tacos with no lettuce and extra secret sauce . They charged .30 cents per taco and didn't give us extra secret sauce ! When I arrived home I called to speak to the manager (Stacy) and she was extremely rude and disrespectful! If your a manager and you speak to a customer like that ??? You forgot the golden rule of customer service " The customer is always right!" She was yelling and wouldn't even let me speak ! It's ok , I will be calling corporate and making a complaint about her and the store service! It's really simple , if you charge someone extra money , make sure there's no doubt they get what they pay for ! Stacy needs to go back to school and learn how to speak to customers and be calm and understanding! But that's why she is where she is .... read more

If you plan on going through the drive thru prepare to be there for 40-45 minutes... don't matter what day or time you go, you will always have a long wait! No sure why they are so slow at this del taco... very sow customer service and if you get a certain girl that works there, prepare for her to be rude! They need to put her in the back because her attitude sucks read more

"World's Slowest Del Taco," is how this place has been known in the valley for decades. Evidently, the management increases profits by maintaining skeleton work-crews. Thus, the store saves on personnel costs and still sells just as much food because they know most people will wait, rather than drive to another location. Suckers! read more

Horrible attitude from the "manager" Becky. She actually told us "I don't need the passenger ordering, I need the driver to order." My husband said "excuse me?" and she continued the order giving us an attitude. We decided not to take the food and just drove off after getting her name and store number. Calling corporate now. She shouldn't be a manager. read more

So last week-end my hubby was going to go to Del Taco to try their new Stuffed Quesadilla Tacos. He was going to purchase 4 of them. The last time we went there, Del Taco charged us .30 cents extra for a few onions on a burrito. I called and talked to a man who claimed to be the Manager, and told him I have NEVER been charged for onions in all the years I have been going to this location, he blamed it on rising prices due to Covid. But told me very nicely he would give me another burrito w/onions at no charge, which he did. So when we planned to go to try their new tacos, I called up and asked was I going to be charged for onions again, and he said yes. I said that is ridiculous to charge money for onions. No other fast food place does it. Then he got a real pompous attitude towards me and said that's just the way it goes with inflation. The prices have gone up on everything so too bad. Paying $1.20 for a few onions? What horrible customer service. I am not sure if this was the same male manager, because he didn't remember the last conversation with me about the onions charge. Hence it to say, I will NEVER GO TO THIS Del Taco again!!!! WHAT A JERK!!!!! read more

Sometimes pollo asado bowl is good. That's why I go there. Rarely for anything else Every time I order something else it's continuously wrong. I've had a pink burger from here too, for my gf. Ordered 4 breakfast toasted CHORIZO wraps this morning, and got 4 bacon ones. I'm usually pretty shy and soft spoken and I called just to get them fixed. I hate bacon and would never order bacon lol . The guy on the phone had a fat attitude and when I got there the drive-thru girl lied and said I said bacon and " now I want chorizo" girl it's fine that u made a mistake but don't go Lyin on me to everyone to make urself look better. I was picking up a doordash and I let the guy know standing outside at the drive thru box (because it didn't work i guess) who it was for he said no problem told them over the mic and said go ahead. I pull up to the window and this chick gives me the nastiest attitude and says that'll be $5.37 (or whatever) I replied with "i'm actually just picking up a door dash for *their name*" I say this same thing quite often in other drive thrus...she takes the attitude up a notch *eye roll* "WHATS THE NAME!?!" I repeat it...she then grabs their order then without looking at me sticks her arm out the window and goes "*BIG sIgH* hErE..." like honestly what in the world i'm just picking up a pre-paid order why all the sass and tude dude?!? read more

I guess the quality of food drops after midnight. Family and I went and did our order through the drive-thru and of course we ordered the chicken soft tacos which are a family favorite but what we received was absolutely sad. They're was no cream, lettuce was nonexistent and it looks like they just threw a blob of cheese on it. We always go here and I just chalk this up to bad quality after midnight is delivered. If we weren't already home after a long 16 hour work day I would go back but just don't have the energy to go Back. read more

Don't get me wrong, I love Del Taco. However, this one pissed me off more than anything. I didn't receive my receipt so therefor I can't complain on their website. I asked for 2 del tacos, 2 CARNE ASADA TACOS, two fish tacos, along with two other items. I went back because I noticed I got two grilled chicken tacos. With like the fat tortillas. I don't know what it's called. I go back to receive the right order and they just took off the chicken and place meat instead. I was at that drive thru 3 TIMES.' No need for these females to stand there and just talk about gossip rather than to get my order right. It isn't hard. You're getting paid to do so. This is legit the worst del taco I've been too. I swear .! read more

This Del Taco is the worst. Ordered my food through their terrible app. Went in to get the food they wouldn't give it to me and told me I had to go through the drive thru.
