This Carl's Jr is the closest one since I'm usually always at the college. Sometimes my order is wrong, but they're so nice about it. I call and they apologize and always up size my fries or give me some sort of dessert. The employees are really nice, and are never rude. read more

No matter the time of day... the fries are always cold and stale. No idea how they manage that

Went to Carl's tonight and waited in line. My order was taken by AI and after putting my order in and turning down all the extras offered, I proceeded to wait 15 minutes while the employee talked with the girl in the car ahead of me. When I got to the window I was asked if I ordered from the app. I said no I just ordered here. He asked me what I ordered and had no record of me placing it. I knew the total was $20.01 Needless to say I left, never to return again. Glad you can afford to lose a customer. read more

Great food and good prices. Food came out quick and good staff. I really enjoy the shakes and burgers.

Arrived at this store on Sat. Sept, 27th at 12:10 pm. There was one staff member with headphones taking orders from 2 cars in the drive through. I was never acknowledged or greeted. She could have said I'll be right with you or something similar as I was patiently standing there. She then proceeded to answer the telephone, still not saying a word to me! I did not see a manager or other staff member on the floor so I waited at the counter while she was on the phone with her back to us! After 10-12 minutes we walked out! Can't review the food as we never got any. We drove across the street to the Habit, great service, nice condiments and clean. We are Carls fans but we will not patronize this Hemet store on west Florida ave again. What happened to Esperanza ? She gave outstanding service! This store took all of the condiments away also, no napkins, ketchup etc.The habit had all of the condiments out including jalapeños, yellow chilis and pepperoncinis. This is the store in the target shopping center! read more

Lorena was the absolute worst fast food employee I've ever encountered. Rude, poor customer service. AI in drive thru is horrible, prices are worse. read more

Bad service Food cold Terrible will not be back Gave me my monies bk less beverage crazy After serving cold bad food They had the nerve to charge for the drink on a combo that was bad???? read more

Worse customer service, if they could just be maybe a LITTLE bit better on their service, we would keep coming to this place. Does it really hurt your business to ask your customers if they need napkins, sauce, or anything else? When people drive off the drive thru with incomplete bag of food, it's kind of like stealing. Every time we buy here, our order is never complete, so why even say "everything" is in the bag? never again. read more

Their service is horrible. They don't offer condiments and if you ask the staff will give you attitude! Very bad service!

Great! Hamburgers were nice and juicy!Fries really Hot! Customer service was spot on. Thanks for the Great experience! read more

Can never get food at the window. They always have us drive around and park, then bring it out to us. Then WTF is the window for. It's so stupid. I rarely even go there anymore. No good food places out here anymore. read more

There was a new guy working there who was friendly and attentive and seriously tried to serve me well and even complimented me on my motorcycle - the one star is for him he was great. The other 4 stars being removed are because I asked if they did vegetarian burgers & was told that they did and you basically choose any of the burgers on the menu and they replace the meat with veggie /plant-based burgers. I thought this was cool so I ordered three combos which were $10.49 on the menu but when I received them and paid the combos were $15.49. That means the vegetable patties cost $5 more than the meat patties. The meat patties cost about $6 if you just buy the sandwich so that means the vegetable patties are about $11 each. None of this is mentioned on the menu, obviously because nobody would pay that much money for a veggie patty. 11 dollars!!! At this point I was dealing with the manager and I said "I'm sorry I cannot accept this - this is daylight robbery and deception and flagrant obscene overpricing. It's obviously designed to trick you as there is nothing that indicates a $5 price hike for substituting a meat for a vegetarian burger'. Carls Junior was always head and shoulders above the rest of the burger joints and was my favourite of them but after this I'll probably never go in one again and that's kind of sad. But If they're willing to trick you into paying $11 for a vege patty then I dread to think what other compromises they have made to all of their other products & food to drive up profits. Plus Destination Smokehouse is just up the road... read more

Went thru drive thru ordered a #10 hand breaded chicken sandwich, the chicken on the sandwich was the size of a chicken star. I called the store told the lady that took the order and she legit thought it was funny and laughing But she was kind and told me she put my name on a chart so anytime I can come back and get a new order similar amount. Now I come back tonight 9:32 to get my free meal and the shift manager told me I wasn't put on a list. Cassandra took my order now and told me I couldn't get the free meal. I asked for her name and the lady at the window wouldn't give me her name she said the one you talked to was Cassandra. I'm just gonna call corporate at this point. read more

My wife and I go to this location at least once a week for breakfast, lunch, or a quick dinner on the run. We have been coming to this location for the last year, and the service is good, and food is almost always Fresh. We bring the Grandchildren here with us. If you are in for a quick meal, stop in and give them a try. Don't pay attention to the rating it does not match the food and service. read more

Food was good. Really wish it wasn't cold when I got it but overall food was alright.

Horrible service. There's a reason this place is always empty and Jack In The Box right next to it is always busy. I was on a lunch run and couldn't was planning on going to Jack in the Box right next to this place but there was a pretty big line of cars. Meanwhile there were zero cars at this Carls. My order was pretty simple. A #9 combo, and jalapeño poppers and an Oreo shake I was getting for someone else. The woman repeated all of that back to me and said she'd have my total at the window. I was met at the window to some young dude who just said the total and never repeated the order. I handed my card over and when he was done charging me he gave me my card with the receipt back and told me to go park in the front. I thought that was weird because there were no cars behind me and I didn't have a big order. But fine, I went along with it. I was waiting there for probably about 10 minutes, no idea why it was taking so long. I did see one car pull out of the drive thru, so clearly they were slow walking mine because I was no longer in the line. I checked my receipt for the time stamp when I noticed they didn't put the Oreo shake on there. So now I'm double annoyed. I was about to go in when the young dude brings out my bag. I told him they forgot the shake and he was like, "well do you still want it?" And I said yes. And he said "well you'll have to pay for it" and I said "that's fine" and he proceeded to go back inside. I waited for several more minutes and nothing. So I get out of my car and go in like "where's the shake?" And they said I had to come in and pay. Fine, but they never said that. If I wanted to go in I wouldn't have used the drive thru. So then I'm in there and the original woman who took my order said she never heard me say I wanted the shake. I reminded her that she repeated it back to me. And then she said it was the kids fault for not putting it in the computer. Why is one person taking orders and another putting them in the computer?! That's so unbelievably stupid. So after that I spent more time that it would've taken to go through Jack in the box. Learned my lesson, never again carls. read more

I completed the survey at www.tellhappystar.com. After reconsidering the experience and having additional observations I am sharing my views on Yelp. I want to add that this was my second, and last, visit to this store. I don't look to fast food for a fine dining experience. I look to punish myself for not eating a healthy, timely meal and being a poorly disciplined diabetic. I accept my part in this. So why did I choose Carl's Jr.? Because as I approached the intersection, having the option of going to either CJ or Jack in the Box (JITB), I chose CJ because the drive up window was empty. That was a sign that I didn't heed. During my previous visit to CJ, I had a difficult time placing my order. I had to repeatedly ask the order taker (I have his name but will not disclose it because as irritated as I am, I'm not that petty) to speak up and repeat what he said. The order is placed, he repeats the order. What I heard him say last is "Does this complete your order?" I replied "Yes." I pulled up to the the window, I paid. My husband is in the habit of reading our receipts, and asks me "Why is there a charge for chocolate cake?" Yes, $2.49 for a chocolate cake nugget that isn't large enough to share with a baby. When I asked about the charge, Nameless says "When I asked you if you wanted cake added to your order, you said "yes." " I'm a lot of things but I'm not unreasonable or crazy. I do catch fire when I feel I'm being disrespected. In my mind, the appropriate response would have been "I'm sorry ma'am. Let me take care of this for you." Or, "I'm so sorry, I misunderstood you. Let me take care of that for you." But, to give me attitude and tell me what I did wrong...Nameless, this is not the time to exhibit anything other than epic customer service. Make me happy, get me on my way; don't inspire me to take a survey that your regional manager is sure to read and discuss with your manager. Now I'm leaving a review on Yelp too. See what you made me do? I was so mad that I stopped myself from responding to him. I didn't pull a Karen and ask to speak to his manager. I just grabbed my bag and left. Reviewing the food is secondary to my customer service experience. The chicken tenders where good. My husband doesn't have a particularly discerning palate, he was fine with his California and Jalapeno double cheese burgers. The fries were what you would expect in the fast food purgatory that is 2:46 p.m.: Cold, salty and undeserving of being included in a combo or fed to any carbon-based life form. My husband did talk smack about the "cake." I didn't leave my email address on the survey for further contact to discuss the matter. I got a for a "Buy 1 breakfast sandwich, burger or other sandwich at regular price and get one free" code for my survey efforts. Somehow, that seems like an insult. The only positive in this experience is the possibility of the regional manager saying "Ouch! That was brutal...I wonder if she reviewed us on Yelp." If you can guess Nameless' name, I will mail you my receipt so you can experience the joy that is buying one sandwich at full price and getting a second for half price. The coupon expires in 30 days, so hurry up! read more

Poor service. Girl didn't even notice standing at the check stand waiting to order for over 3-4 minutes making a shake for another customer. Confused me the other person (different ages, different clothing). Gave me some lip when I told her I knew what I wanted to order (1 Western + 1 Famous Star). Got the order wrong as I discovered when I got home. Not worth the time and gas to drive back to talk with the shift manager. Called and was told the manager was on break and would have to wait for 30 mins before calling back. This store is awful in terms of service, friendliness of the staff and 2nd time they've gotten the order wrong. Won't be coming back ever again. read more

This review goes to the girl who was working the drive thru tonight 6/22. I got off work late and I was having no luck finding any fast food places still serving. I enter the drive thru @10:59 & ask when they close because I don't like to order right before a place is about to close. I don't want to be the reason workers are not off on time & delay them from going home. She responded to me that they close @11 so immediately I said nevermind, however; she was extremely sweet and provided excellent customer service. She was not rude whatsoever about me showing up late and insisted that I buy something to eat. I drive up to the window and she ended up giving me free items. It was an extremely kind gesture and it made my night. Thank you!!!! :) read more

The manager was rude, I walked in with my service dog and she automatically assumed it was not one. I am furious at the attitude she gave us the moment we walked in the door. There was no one else in the restaurant so I don't understand the problem anyway! I left outside in the cold with my prader willi syndrome sibling and her dog as my uncle went to order. My dad and uncle stated that was no sign excluding any animals at all but she stated rudely, (like we were supposed to know) that it was a general rule. If she did not notice it was a service that's not our fault she assumed something the moment we walked in the door! The other workers were amazing but the manager was rude! read more

This location has gone to the dog's. Over 20 minutes to get order. 5 people in line behind us got their order before us. 1 combo and 2 burgers. If I ordered 10+ burgers then I'd understand, but a total of 3 burgers, 1 medium fry. That's it. I went to register about to ask for refund when finally my order was ready. Idk what happen, Carl's used to be so much faster. Whomever that is in charge of this location should read this and do something to fix this or I'll stop going to Carl's in full. read more

We don't eat fast food very often but this Carl's Jr. is close to our home. We went through the drive-through tonight, First, the girl couldn't get our order right over the speaker and then we got home with our food. Stopped by the drive thru at 3:13 pm today and saw that the girl handing me my food had her mask and gloves on. I felt safe until I saw that the girl working the dining room cash register wasn't wearing her mask or even a pair of gloves. It made me wonder how many of the other employees in the kitchen weren't wearing masks or gloves. I asked the girl working the drive thru why the other one wasn't wearing her mask and she said that she was. Up walks the one that wasn't wearing it quickly pulling up her mask to humor me. Felt uneasy about eating my food after that so I gave it to my dog. Never eating here again and I don't recommend anyone else do either. read more

Very very disappointed with this Carl's Jr., their staff and management. What happened to "the customer is always right"? It doesn't exist here. Neither do WARM FRIES, a FRESH, not SOUR Chocolate Shake. The manager popped the lid off of the shake that was already drank from, and took a taste, and then another, and another, and said, it was fine. NOPE! SOUR, SPOILED. PERIOD. The fries?? I rarely eat fast food, but it was late and we were starving. 8:30 pm, and it takes what seems like 20 minutes to get through the drive through, with two cars in front of us. We order, pay, then are asked to park in front and wait for the order. More waiting. The girl brings out the food and asks if we are waiting for our order..um yes. I then ask if what she has in the bag was what I ordered (I name off the items). She looks at me like I have two heads, and states, yeah that's what was on the menu. Well of course I get home and my order was wrong. I ordered a bbq chicken sandwich and I got a chicken sandwich with cheese, mayo, and bacon..the club? Not what I ordered. I have a dairy allergy so that was a nice wasted meal. $15/hr in wages for that?? read more
