Ordered online, I get there to pick up my order and they said I had to prove that I made the order. So I showed him my bank statement that it showed it was processing. He told me to cancel the order and to reorder. So I tried to cancel the order and it wouldn't let me. I then showed him the app and it said thanks for the order. He then got me my food with the original receipt that showed my name and time placed. 20 min. From when I picked it up. What the hell? read more

GOOD 4 BREAKFAST/LATE-NIGHT trips! ! I've come to this McDonald's location for early morning breakfast and midnight treats. These are the best times to visit as the drive-thru can get a little busy during lunch and dinner. This East Florida McDonald's is right on the busy avenue so it's a convenient pick for many. There's also banks and clinics nearby so it's not a shock why this spot is popular. Parking is a little weird, there's a prioritization of mobile order pick-up lanes and they take up most of the parking slots. Your options for parking are either behind the restaurant or in front (4-5 parking slots in the front). Service is polite and the indoor experience is great. There's moderate noise inside so don't expect a quiet environment. Self-service kiosks are the primary way to pay, otherwise you'll have to wait for a live cashier. read more

Stopped by this location about 20 minutes ago and ordered 5 cheeseburgers. I was eating mine right now and felt a hair in my mouth. I kept pulling it and it was still in my mouth so I spit out the food. There was a LONG, BLACK, CURLY hair in my food! So f'ing disgusting, it made me feel like throwing up. What is going on that you can't just keep hair out of the food? Never going to this location again. I told my husband to go to the one on Stetson but this one was closer. Lesson learned. read more

Not the best customer service, was forced back in line when I asked to add more to my order when I always already at the register but what was most concerning was the ringworm on the girls arm that was handing me my food. read more

What ever girl is taking the orders right now with two buns Friday July 17 , 11 pm shouldn't be working there she took my order wrong when I clearly repeated my self 4 times and I still got the wrong order.I got different things when I only asked for a meal. She charged me one extra drink and added 3 nuggets instead of 4 . Was just talking about how a customer said "if they could add a drink to a meal " It's a question they asked not something to be made fun of . She's talking all these things and isn't doing her job correctly. By the way the fries have so much salt I couldn't even eat . read more

Your company should really update your speakers for ordering, staff act like they can't hear u and they surely or incompetent of getting your order right, no sauces or ketchup when they said they were in the bag, order was incorrect they just care about pulling around the corner for there time but can't make sure orders are correct. read more

This McDonald's is absolutely disgusting. It's the third time I've been here. It's always dirty and I come during breakfast. My Mc griddle is always very dry or cold and just doesn't taste the same. Do not come with this McDonald's they don't care about their customers. read more

This McDonald's in Hemet has been a constant disappointment. Almost every time, they get the order wrong, and it takes extra time to go back, explain, and wait for them to fix it. Instead of being quick and convenient, it turns into a frustrating hassle. The staff often talk too fast, are hard to understand, and come across as rude when you try to clarify. Customer service should not feel like this. It's really unfortunate to have to tell my kids--who grew up enjoying McDonald's--that we'll be going somewhere else, like Wendy's, just to avoid the stress. That says a lot about how far this location has fallen. If you want fast, friendly, and accurate service, I'd recommend avoiding this McDonald's altogether. read more

To the girl that worked on 9/21 at 10;10am you have the worst customer service ever, thankfully we left and didn't order didn't want my food to taste bad, and what's the point of having the app rewards? In giving her the code on my end it says they got it and her to be argumentative because my code doesn't work on her system?? Like girl chill say pull up to the window and let me show you like WTH it's not a big deal but what's a big deal is your lack of work , if you don't want to work don't there are other people wishing they had work. read more

I had went to this Mcdonald's around 5:45 AM drive thru. There was another car there, waiting for a good couple of minutes, and no one answered through the telecom so they left. I questioned like why they left and I waited to and went around to see if anyone was there, still no one. When i pulled around, I just saw a worker cleaning their car out in the parking lot. I could be wrong, but i'm pretty sure it was a worker because they had the headset on. Anyways, this was just my experience. No hate or anything, just wanted to let you guys know there are times they do this. I've gone here 7 times and i've been in this situation 4ish times. read more

This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant and it takes at least 45 min in line. They are super slow. I have never been here and leave with in 15 min they take forever. They need to hire more people or something. read more

This location has a bad reputation in Hemet. There are so many complaints on Next door about missing items in your order. When that's the drive through at least you can check the bag but when you get a delivery there's nothing you can do but ask for a refund. That doesn't help the person who didn't get their food. I ordered delivery and not only did I not get the chicken nuggets I ordered but the food was cold and the buns were hard. I would not recommend going to this location. read more

Hubby went to pick up the Lent special, $2.99 Filet of Fish. I was frankly shocked how good it was. Still hot and crispy when he got home. I didn't order it with tarter sauce so, that probably helped keeping it fresh and crunchy. I'm going back there next Friday for another one lol. read more

Service was horrible. There was a African-American lady working yesterday at approximately 8:20 Saturday and she had an attitude. Talking about we have to pay for more sauce. The McDonald's establishment was filthy. There was white spots all over the floor. There was no EVS. There was drinks all over the counter. There was trash on the floor and I could've sworn I got food poisoning. Don't ever go there ever again corporate needs to investigate and they need to be shut down immediatelyimmediately. read more

Disappointed, I love coming to this Mcdonald's since it's close to home but this morning the food I received was horrible. I ordered a Mcmuffin with egg and as I opened it the egg was a greyish blue color. I immediately felt sick to my stomach as it did not smell good as well. read more

2-20-24 at 9:30 pm I had ordered quarter pounder meals at drive thru. When I arrived home all 4 burgers were RAW! I called to inform manager that we were on our way to get new burgers. They supposedly cooked 4 new burgers, when my husband got them home we were disgusted to see we had 4 RAW and Bloody hamburgers AGAIN! They wouldn't answer the phone and when my husband arrived with the RAW food they ignored him at the door. We just wanted our money back. A full refund was not given, we were charged for the 3 melted shamrock shakes! We will never eat here again it's a health violation and we reported this to Riverside Health Department. read more

so basically I was coming back from sea worlds. Starving, tired like I couldn't even walk. So I forced my mom to bring us. We went through the line. Everything was normal. Me and my besties were in the back seat. We all got HAPPY MEALS I got nuggets, and my bestfriends both got burgers. I open my chicky nuggets. THE CHICKEN NUGGETS ARE NOW IN BAGS. AND MY DIET COKE WAS IN A PAPER CUP. And then I FREAKING OPEN THE STRAW AND ITS...PAPER IMMA CRASH OUT. I still gobbled up these chicken nuggets tho read more

I wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered for mobile pick up, and it was a madhouse when I got there... I waited 50 minutes for food and never got it. I had to leave. I tried to call, they took the phone off the hook intentionally to not have people call in. I tried to go inside and see if I could just get my food and no one was acknowledging the customers waiting. When I finally got a lady to acknowledge me she was zero help, no apologies and just didn't care whatsoever. "We're working on it" and she walked away. I'd really like my money refunded since I never got my food but there is no way in the app and they aren't answering their phones or any help. I will have to contact corporate but this is just shameful and unprofessional. read more

So sick and tired of coming to this location and them messing up my 30$ order every single time. Is it really that hard to NOT put sauce on a burger ?? Or maybe no lettuce on something ?? If I could give this filthy location 1/2 a star or lower I would. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I decided to dine inside due to the ridiculous number of cars in the driver thru that literally blocked almost all the parking spots... and was I surprised. The lobby was disgusting, i understand things can get busy during a lunch rush but there were about 3 people inside and it was hard to cut the staff a break. One would think they would be very strict at keep the dining area clean since all the Covid 19 restrictions but that is not the case here. Furthermore you are supposed to use the touch based kiosks for ordering but those looked like children had been playing connect the boogers with snot lines... there was no way in hell I was touching that thing. My kids love McDonald's and we try to use it as a treat ot reward for them... they were definitely not treated or rewarded here. Only thing happening here is a great way to build up the immune system or maybe this is where the new covid strains are coming from "McCovid". If you plan on eating here you are gonna need more than a mask... try a biohazzaard suit. read more

This McDonald's has great customer service. I will start with the positive. My complaint is directed toward the management or owners. If your store does not close until 11pm I would appreciate you actually keeping the lights on until then. You need to pay your people to stay to do their after hours after your customers leave especially when only your drive through is open. I also do not appreciate driving all the way there to tell me that you do not have any of the specials that you (McDonald's) are running. This has happened to me twice recently and I am not happy about it. Please get it together! And thank you to the very apologetic employees. Unless they are the ones doing it and management doesn't know... then now you do. read more

McDonald's - Arrived : 9pm. Standing in line for 25 mins - Fast Food Near Me - East Hemet, California

Overall this location needs to do some restructuring. They have terrible customer service and lie to customers regarding their policies simply to avoid doing rework. What ever happened to customer service? McDonald's doesn't want to take your order inside. They prompt you to use the Kiosk or will have you wait 5 minutes to place your order. They have two speakers in the drive-thru line. They understood what I meant when I asked for a special request. My drink was great, I asked for extra Oreos and they listened. This is the first location I've ever been to that has put the Oreo crumbs on the bottom, mixed in the middle, and on top. That with a shot of espresso!!! I noticed the prices on some of their items are cheaper here than they are at other locations. Such as the shot of espresso. The line moved fairly quickly. I didn't have any issues during my visit, I'd return again. I'd recommend trying a Caramel Frappe with a shot of espresso. Tell them you would like to add a special request and ask them to add Oreos. Hella yummy. read more
