The area is clean and easy in/out access. The service is quick and precise. I ordered quite a few different items; quesadilllas, soft tacos, hard tacos, hamburgers, chicken tacos etc. I was really impressed that my entire order was correct and done so quickly. The customer service was equally as good and impressive. The problem!!! 2 mini cheese quesadilllas and 2 spicy jack quesadilllas with only a dots worth of cheese. It wasn't even edible, that's how bad it was. It was tortilla crusted with what seemed like a piece of cheese per quesadilla. Yes, it's true. I like Del Taco. The boy and I really enjoy their Chicken Soft Tacos, with that delicious, creamy sauce. Mmmmm....so good! I also like their Bacon and Egg Quesadilla and their hash brown sticks. Great hangover food! LOL. Service is usually pretty fast and they've always been frindly at this location. read more

Terrible customer service honestly. I've been here one other time before this visit and that first time was horrible but it was late nothing open so decided to give it a go again. Andtracia is the worst customer service representative that I have ever dealt with. She would not take my order and she argued with me for one minute. Basically I asked her if I could partially pay for my food with cash. She said that "we can not do that." She kept saying that is the most bizarre thing she was ever asked to do as a cashier. I told her that I have done this at other fast food restaurants. She kept repeating herself and then her friend came up and started to agree with her. The "team" created a hostile environment for me. I do not pay for a hostile environment or below average food. This place sucks. read more

They're lucky to get a one. There's nothing macho about the macho combo burrito anymore. It's about half the size of what it used to be and the regular quesadilla was as thin as a credit card. I won't come back to this location and don't recommend that anyone else does. read more

This restaurant is always busy and the food is good. Employees could use a little more personable customer skills to make them fell welcome instead of a lonely why did I stop here to enjoy their nice cold air conditioner when I don't feel welcomed. Also don't like the new name if the bathroom multi gender needs to be traditional men and women. went to get food this morning at 515am and was told the system was down. cannot do my order. I then wait behind a car getting food for almost 15 minutes at this point and wtch the two cars behind me also put in their orders. so when I get to the window, I then ask if they are doing orders or what since they took every other cars order. and they tell me cash only, I tell them, well, I have cash, you didn't tell me that. so I'd like to place an order then and get my food since I just waited in line for 15 minutes and there's several cars in line now. I don't wNt to have to get back in line. she then tells me no I have to get back in line. and I told her that it was ridiculous that I just waited in line that long and can't order and wait at least, when they are the ones who did not tell me I could pay cash and just said the system is down. so I then get out of line and get back in line. I order 6 iced coffees and 10 bean and cheese burritos. since I am buying food for my work crew. I am told that I cannot have an order of that size... so at this point I am really confused and just irritated and ask for the girls name, which she claims kristina. and then tell her can I at least get a quesadilla and she tells me no I can't because I asked for her name so she refuses my service. and I tell her like look u made me wait in line a long time then get back in line and then refuse my order and then cause k ask for your name I can't even order one item and she tells me no because i can do that so I refuse service to you and will call the police if you have a problem with that and when I tell her I'd like the name of both people I dealt with then, and she says no she won't give me their names I got one name that she's not gonna tell me cause she doesn't want me to be able to call corporate! and when I pulled around to see if I could see a person and their name tag possibly as I slowly drove by the window, nobody was to be seen, they were hiding around the corner, I could see them before I got to the window trying to stay and hide. Dude, if you ever order a burrito at this Del Taco location and they mistakenly give you a taco instead, do not complain! Just walk away because the counter guy will stab you! According to an article I just read: "A botched order led to a confrontation in a Valle Vista Del Taco in the early morning hours that resulted in an employee stabbing a customer outside the restaurant, Sheriff's Department officials said... This was a childhood and teenager hang out for me, this location has always been expedient and was the only 24 hour food on the east side of hemet for the longest time, like 5 years. Macho combo burritos are always a fav. and this location makes everything macho, enormous. Classic del taco look and the greasy food you love. read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. By far one of the worst places I've eaten in years. The management and employees are extremely rude. I often see them out back smoking cigarettes and weed late at night then running inside when I car pulls into the drive thru. I'm honestly not sure how this cesspool of a restaurant is still able to operate. The inside is disgusting, tables and floors covered in filth, the ATM are ALWAYS "down" so they only accept cash, the accuracy of my order is often 2/10. Fries will be rock hard, I'll ask for a Coke and either receive a Diet Coke or a Root Beer. If you dare ask for extra sauce or napkins, they immediately have an attitude. Just an overall terrible experience. And not just with myself personally, friends and family have all had the same experience at this location. Specifically the night crew, it's hard to put into words how rude they are. I'm not sure if they are coming down off whatever illegal drugs they are taking, but the BBB needs to seriously look into this location. It's not only happened once, twice, three, but four times. My order was wrong every single time. Either completely missing items, or putting everything I asked for not to be on the food, on the food. I will do everything in my legal power to get this place shut down and these employees terminated. Absolute scum. You don't deserve a dime from this company for your laughable attempt at customer service. Let's start off with the PRO's. I've never really had issue with my food order not being correct and I never have to wait more than 10min for my food. Moving in to CON's. They have the rudest staff at night time. My boyfriend has gone twice and had "Robin" be extremely rude to him. Then I went the third time with him I had a coupon that I received in the mail and it was white. She would not take it cause it was white and not green. She insinuated I took time out of my day to go and print fake coupons. (like who would do that for a free taco). She was extremely rude. Awesome customer service. Today I was handed my bag (and I didn't check before I left) and they had forgot my fries. When I called I spoke to the manager, she took my name and upsized my fries and added a burrito for the inconvenience. When I went to pick them up, they threw in a soda as well!
