Stopped at this Taco Bell on 8/5 between 11:40 and 11:45 a.m. and, once again, they were out of mild sauce. This has become a recurring problem at this location. I told the employee, "Tell your manager they are doing a crappy, horrible job because you are always out of mild sauce. Maybe they should do a better job at ordering the supplies." When I pulled up to the drive-thru window, the manager opened the window, loudly asked if I was the one who made that comment, and when I said yes, she refused to serve me. I understand employees deserve respect, but so do customers. Refusing service because a customer expressed frustration over a recurring issue is unprofessional. If management spent more time fixing its inventory problems than confronting frustrated customers, the customer experience would be much better. I won't be returning. read more

I just noticed that Taco Bell is bringing out encheritos for a limited amount of time. I stopped Going there because they dropped them from the menu. I can't understand why they don't include them on the menu all the time ? The valley's BEST TACO BELL? Ikr, it's next to San Jacinto High, yet it's super laid back in here. I grab lunch here sometimes and I'm always shocked that the inside of the restaurant is almost empty. I usually see people packing the drive-thru, so I guess that's where most of the patrons are. Every time I walk-in the dining room is SUPER clean. The tables, chairs, and floor are always fresh and shiny. As other Taco Bell's, this location also requires you to use a touchscreen pad to place an order. It's super user-friendly and fast. I tried the vegan black bean Chalupa this time and Mexican Pizza w/ Chicken, both tasted great! Yes, this is fast food, but I truly think the staff take the time to prepare the food appropriately. Don't forget to pair your meal with the signature Baja Blast, they have a sugar-free option! The staff were pretty good, I received my order quickly and was met with a smile. Parking is very accessible. There's plenty of space to park your ride in front of the restaurant. read more

I don't understand that every time I come into this place. Everybody is so rude. I see why now they only have one and a 1/2 stars. Their attitude sucks. There is no well greeting. You wait for 20 minutes to order your food at the kiosk. When you're paying cash, I have been to this establishment a couple of times and this will definitely be my last time. I was doing errands on that side of town .I haven't been to Taco Bell in a while so I decided to go to the one by the high school. I kinda didn't want to at first, but I went anyway .just to see when I got there,I decided to go through the drive-through. The line was long. There was like four cars ahead of me, and when I made my order, the server was rushing us through our order and kept asking us if we wanted to donate our change to charity before we can finish our order . then when we got the food .I opened up my beefy five layer burrito a part of my tortilla came off on the rapper and usually when that happens, that means that the burritos have been sitting or they've been re-wrapped I was very disappointed .
