Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - San Jacinto, California

They can't even get a mobile order right. They don't have to put it into the system, yet they leave stuff off the order. How can you possibly screw that up? Seriously need to get your act together. read more

I went one night and was stuck at the drive thru for no joke 50 minutes, a car two people ahead was the last to get their order taken and then a worker had to put up a sign saying they had to close early due to employee shortage. Not mad at the employees, management needs to step up. The freeze machine never works at this location either read more

I ordered 2 burritos and a Cinnabon and it took 30 minutes and they skipped my order and served others before me. That also skipped my friend by about 10 orders and causing him to be late because your service was slow and many of my mates got food that took forever to get. Speed up your service so everyone can eat and have time to do it. read more

Always out of stuff! Out of their mango iced tea for days and now they are out of their potatoes?

Take caution. Ate here and not even 10 minutes later my boyfriend was vomiting. Almost positive it was food poisoning. Im not here to bad mouth them by any means but just be careful. read more

Poor customer service and experience. Quality of the food is poor and cold. Only go here to eat if its the last thing.

Last night was hands down the worst experience with customer service I have ever had. Having returned for the third time that night, they still wanted to argue. The first time we came through the drive thru we pulled up to the window and told them I forgot my card but asked if I could pay with Apple Pay , which I have done at this very location like a week ago, and they said no, not through drive thru. So I told her they had done it twice in the past and she said they were closed in the front , which fine that makes sense . But the last time I came through it was around the same time and they just pulled it up on the front register. Now if they really can't accept Apple Pay , that's fine . But all employees need to deny it, because having had that experience of going to that store and paid with Apple Pay I assumed it was like that every time , which is a fair assumption considering they've done it twice like I said . Anyway , I drive all the way across town to house to get my car because they're the only ones open on my side of town . I come back, replace my order , and leave . Only to get all the way to my house and they forgot my quesadilla and my taco is spilled all over the bag . So I'm already annoyed that after two trips there I'm going to have to make a THIRD trip back for my food they forgot. So I look up their number and call and tell them my food was missing and I read them back my order. They say oh yeah we remember you, just being back your receipt and we will replace it for you . So we come back and they close at 1 , by the time we get there it is exactly 1 and they won't answer after just telling me they would replace it . I was not about to have to make another trip over there another day after I have now wasted over an hour of my time coming back and forth to this store and a lot of gas. I pull up to the window trying to get their attention and I can hear them and they keep ignoring my honks. Eventually one of the girls yells we are closed . I yelled back I just called and you said you'd replace my food ?? She then proceeded to argue for 5 minutes about the fact that I did not call. I tried to show her my phone log just to prove I did . Eventually she say ok we will remake you your food for you , I say thank you but before I can finish she says but you didn't call. Seriously ?? You guys are the ones who messed up my order and instead of making the damn quesadilla which would've taken two second you just want to keep arguing with me making me more mad ? Please tell me the logic . Regardless, I understand forgetting an item, it happens . However, arguing with my for 5 mins is pointless. I had my receipt in hand , I had already been there TWICE so they knew who we were . Then they're like oh you were the giggling ones who came through , all rude , as if when I got to the window they weren't laughing having a grand old time too? Sorry but this was ridiculous and a waste of time and my money . read more

Do not come here. I've been very busy lately and I've only interacted with a few people who aren't sick. This taco bell is the only interaction I've had with strangers in the past 4 days and I now have a terrible flu. Someone here is working while their snot is dripping all over your tacos. Absolutely disgusting. Even if you see this days after I posted my review just remember that they allow sick people to sneeze all over your food. If anyone in the kitchen is sick then you too will get sick and you will have no way of seeing it coming. There are other fast food places in the area. There's one right next to this taco bell. I wish I had gone there instead. read more

Definitely makes sense why there's such a low rating. Did not think to check my bag when I left the drive thru but of course find out I'm missing three tacos in my food and when I call the "manager" he claims he is and is completely unprofessional and defensive when he knows he is horrible at his job and Taco Bell needs to look into new management unless they're okay with their customer service being trash. Do something about it Taco Bell! Barely one star rating, I wish I could do a half star just for the actual food. read more

Ok so, let me start by saying I love taco bell and I run a restaurant so I know how it can be sometimes. I ordered on the app at about 12:15. My husband went to go pick it up at 12:45 and only received half the order. When he explained that to the gentleman at the counter, he was apologetic and then got the rest of it. While that was happening, my husband added a burrito to the order which he had to wait an additional 10 mins for because they forgot that as well. We have had issues with this location before with missing items and for some reason they really don't like giving the fire sauce out. That could be management saying hey, only 2 packets per order but who knows. We keep going back hoping service will get better but it just doesn't. I understand that lunch and dinner rushes get hectic but it doesnt give them the excuse to let customer service fall through the cracks. Unfortunately, this will be our last visit to this location. We will drive an additional 6 miles so maybe our order will be correct and the staff at the other one will hopefully care more than these guys do. read more

Wait time is ridiculous. Every time in the drive through is always a 10 to 20 minute wait. No matter if there is no car or if there is three cars in front of you. And maybe my order is right 70% of the time. I go here because it's close to my house but I think I'll start going to the other side of town Taco Bell read more

Awful service, very rude people they not only kept us waiting for our food (we were the only ones at the drive thru) but we honestly believed they did something to it, so we had to throw it away..WASTE OF MONEY and WASTE OF TIME!! If you dont like your job get another one maybe like that it will be safe to eat at this place again. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service and there is a young girl who works the drive thru who messes up orders and payments every time we go thru. Then when you call to complain you can't get an actual manager on the phone you get a kid named Hector who is offensive and combative and tells you that you the customer are in the wrong. He's condescending and rude. When I asked for the actual store manager he said she only works Monday thru Friday from 7am to 2pm. Maybe she needs to spend more time there to give her subordinates a lesson in customer service and respect for their elders! read more

Service is always great when I go but I hate been asked to go park and wait for my order when there's no cars ahead of me.

Absolutely horrible service. I went there with my girlfriend last night and we were having a great time until we got to the drive through window. There was a young woman and a young man there and both had a very bad attitude towards us. Then they both disappeared for a good 10 mins so we think they were doing something to our food. So i threw the food away. We will never eat here again! read more

Horrible service. Messed up on my order twice and the manager has an attitude problem

Quick service. The girls here were very nice and courteous.

The food at Taco Bell is amazing I really love the nachos and the tacos are really good the Service is the best

I've never had a worse experience at any fast food restaurant!!! First off they were soo slow and unprofessional! My family ordered 2 tacos, a burrito and fiesta potatoes. I ordered the double chalupa box. I'm a vegetarian so I ordered everything in the box with beans. When I finally got to the window one of the employees was just standing there throwing paper at his other associates and goofing off and took an additional three minutes or so just to get my card... So frustrating! Then I finally get my order and count to make sure all 9 of my items were there which they were. I pass my family their food and when they took a bite they realized all of their food had beans so I drove back to Taco Bell. When I went inside and told them one of the cashiers tried to argue with me and told me that ordered beans for everything, which I didn't! I said ONLY beans for the double chalupa box... not a hard request, and if it is maybe you should consider another job. They then started yelling at the employee working the window over who's fault it was. I just wanted the food I ordered made correctly. They then gave me the correct food and we go on our way. I was so upset! And to top everything off I realized when I got home they forgot the Double chalupa for my double chalupa box!!! I'M NEVER RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION EVER!! read more

The employees are completely rude and our orders have been messed up in some way every single time. No exaggeration! This past weekend I ordered a few tacos & burritos for my husband and I. I also paid for two orders of cinnatwists. After going through the drive through, which took 20 minutes (every time!), I found that my cinnatwists were missing. It wasn't a huge deal except for my toe is broken and I really didn't want to walk in. I called & ask if they could bring them to my car. Took them 15 minutes. She only brought one order. So I asked if I could be compensated in some way. She comes back 5 minutes later with $2. Okay, thank you but I'm still missing the other order of cinnatwists! So I decide to waddle in there after waiting a total of 45 minutes. My food is cold so I'm obviously frustrated ask if I can have my money back. So she said of course, they would remake my food and refund me. After refunding me, I'm waiting but no food is being made. She then says they can't remake it if they gave me money back. So I ended up reordering for full price. Zero compensation. Can't even give me cinnatwists for free. Then a little girl comes in saying they forgot her cinnatwists too. They give her 2 orders of those and 3 of chips & cheese for FREE. But me, nothing. Never coming back here again. Worst Taco Bell I have ever given my business to. read more

I went to this Taco Bell with my family and upon ordering our food through the drive thru we noticed the male taking our order being very impatient with us. We ordered the power menu burrito for the first time and once we got up to the window and got our receipt we noticed it said chicken. When the male gave us our food we asked and said we wanted steak instead of chicken for the burrito. He never asked us what meat we wanted and on the menu the picture shows steak so we didn't know. Upon asking him to change it to steak he replied "I heard you say chicken" and just staired at us acting like he could not help us and it was too late. After a moment of silence I asked again to replace it with steak because we wanted steak and he replied by saying well it would be extra then and I said I don't care fix the order. He THEN replied by calling me a NIGGER and saying "FUCK YOU" and slammed the drive thru window shut. At that point we saw another female walking up to the window but we decided it was no longer worth it. The receipt said our order taker was CHARLES P. Not the first problem I've had at this Taco Bell as they frequently get my order wrong and have poor customer service but this was beyond me how this is acceptable on any level. read more
