So....it is time to change my Panda Express location, again. They disappoint and then wow, then disappoint. I like the San Jacinto location because of the drive thru. I haven't had any issues since to returned to this location (I had stop going for a hot minute). Tonight I ordered a plate; chow mein, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. I drove home and opened my plate. Chow mein; check, teriyaki chicken; check, orange chicken...orange chicken?? Where is my orange chicken? I check my receipt. Maybe I really did order this. No, the receipt confirms what I asked for and what I got. It is too far to drive back and I wanted to come home, eat and watch K-dramas. Yea, I am going to eat this because I did not eat lunch. Next time I make a Panda Express run, I will go to the one on Florida Avenue so I can ensure my order is correct. read more

I haven't been here in a while, but decided to give them a try again. The young lady who helped me, Vanessa, had the biggest smile, was super friendly and very helpful. A far change from some of the grouchiest employees I've ever met in the past. Her attitude has made me want to come back again in the future. read more

I haven't been to a Panda Express for a while. Driving back into town on a Saturday night, I decided to stop, 1 because all the restaurants in Hemet close at 8pm, must be a covid thing? 2 it was on my way home. Went inside and ordered Black Pepper Angus Steak, Beijing Beef, and their stir fry noodles. The noodles tasted like they always do, but the 2 other dishes I ordered were so delish. I have never had either one of these. They made them both fresh, since it was getting late. I don't know if making them fresh made a difference, but man o man were they both sooooo good. Especially the Beijing Beef. I love sweet and spicy food. They also had chopsticks available, so I grabbed a couple of them. I have been watching u-tube star Mikey Chen and now love to use chopsticks lol read more

I even asked the guy before I paid if it was chow mein/steamed rice & he said yes & they still managed to mess up my order. I literally debate if I actually want to eat her every time because something always seems to go wrong & sure enough when I give them the benefit of the doubt they mess up again ‍ read more

I visit this Panda Express quite often! Probably twice a week! Everyone has ALWAYS been so courteous, friendly & patient! UNTIL THIS EVENING! RUCHEEDA assisted my son's & I this evening...WORST possible customer service EVER! Was RUDE, ARGUMENTATIVE & kept us waiting for quite some time, when there were NO other cars in the drive thru! I politely asked for her name & she simply stated in an extremely sarcastic manner "It's on the receipt!" I was flabbergasted! Panda DOES NOT NEED EMPLOYEES LIKE RUCHEEDA! She should be fired!!!! read more

Everytime i come here im always rushed through the drive thru. Today i went at 10 am because it says they open at 10am... its now 10:15 and i see workers inside and their doors are locked and no one answering the drive thru. I knocked on the door and the workers told me to leave . read more

We're lucky we have such a great panda express, friendly, and fast service never disappoint at this panda express. consistently good hot, fresh food. The people that work there are awesome. always a good experience to go there. read more

Panda is either really good, or really bad. My husband always orders the same thing. Fried rice and orange chicken. This last time it was dry and old. So I called down there and talked to the manager. She sounded irritated that I was calling and letting her know her food sucked that day. I worked in food industry and I would never talk to someone the way she talked to me.. I would want to know someone wasn't happy with the way our food tasted and would be pleased to give them a chance to try us again and be happy about it! Most likely will not be coming back. Which I'm bummed about because I actually like panda. But I will not be supporting their horrible costumer service. read more

Drive thru order: the chow mien was clearly burnt and smelled disgusting so it was inedible. Got double Beijing beef and it was soggy and not crispy at all like at other locations. read more

The saddest Panda I have been to. Absolutely TERRIBLE! No wonder the place was empty. $17 bucks later I got home to find the rice wasn't cooked, the broccoli wasn't cooked, even the fortune cookies were too hard to eat!! Our family will NEVER... EVER.. eat at another Panda Express. The chain started out good, but it's seriously gone downhill. My advice? Don't go here if you're hungry. read more

*** Pitstop Review (San Jacinto) *** Gotta get some lunch and I'm not in a burger mood, Panda is the place! I like that they adhere to the same cookie-cutter formula at every location. I did try out their new Pacific chili shrimp. The red bell pepper with shrimp was tasty. Here's what liked... * Easy plentiful parking. * Standard good food I expect with awesome consistency no matter the location. Here's what I didn't like... * Nothing comes to mind. **************************** Food = good, as expected Seating area = Very clean Service =good. When I got in line and nobody was there the cook acknowledged my presence and said, "someone will be right with you. " The girl at the register (Ashley) was nice and had solid customer service skills with a smile. Restroom = clean read more

I ordered a bowl which cost $8.00. The bowl was more than 3/4's rice with a very small portion of the entree. Everything appeared clean and they had enough staff, but I had to speak up to get their attention to make my order. I won't be back. read more

I think the covid pandemic has actually helped this business. We used to have to wait in line "forever" at the drive thru. Somehow, they seemed to have streamlined their operation. They have gotten much faster. Today I was there less than 4 minutes and I was driving away with my orders. read more

This is the WORSE Panda Express I have EVER been to. The food taste like it's frozen and heated and then sits for HOURS. It does NOT taste like any other Panda Express I have been to in California. The owner should fire everybody from the cook and staff here because they don't simply don't care what kind of crappy food they sell out of this establishment. They should be de-franchised seriously !!. This particular establishment should should be embarrassed and I will no longer support this place. Makes no sense and they have no pride in their food. Staff is short, rude and lie about how long food has been sitting out to avoid making menu items fresh for you because they are lazy and don't want to work. I will never go back to this place !! read more

Terrible service. Repeated what i wanted twice. And still did not deliver. I even questioned my order at the end, requesting on why my bowl was not what i ordered. I would actually have given it a five for the quality of the food but when you have to go there and they're bulbs all around the parking lot it makes you uncomfortable. I haven't had any problem but that whole shopping center there seems to have a lot of transients and lots of people stay away for that reason. The good news is it's usually not crowded because of that. read more

Super grossed out. Found hairs in my plate. Hairnets should definitely be worn when dealing with the food.

Have been going to this location for several years and had the worst service with the drive thru associate Ashley M. I understand people have their bad days but this associate gave us the worst experience. First we asked for a shrimp and chicken bowl that was advertised and she continued ordering then gave us attitude that we never said the size nor type of rice then when we finished ordering she just said alright and never said the price and corrected if everything was right. So we went to the window and asked if we could also get crunchy noodles and she said panda doesn't sell them anymore which was okay and then asked for a kids apple juice since we forgot it and she said she couldn't order at the window. Working in customer service she definitely needs to be retrained and won't be coming back to this location ever. read more

I usually love Panda Express, but this time almost broke my teeth when I found a large pebble in my food! I called to complain and was left on hold for about 9 minutes before I decided to hang up and call back. When I called back it seems as if they disconnected the phone lines because nobody was answering. I showed up to the restaurant to complain in person and the restaurant was pretty empty so there really was no reason I should have been left on hold for that long. I asked to speak to a manager or somebody in charge and I was told that there was nobody in charge and that I could speak to anyone regarding my issue. I was issued a refund regardless but it still does not do anything to the act that I almost broke a tooth and now have a tooth ache because of this issue. Well, looks like I won't be eating here anymore. Be very aware! And I will be contacting corporate to make sure my issue gets heard. read more

I went through the drive through to order my food, which I have never done at Panda before. The lady who took my order was very friendly and patient. We've been coming here about once a week for over a year and they've been mostly great but today, we ordered Kung Pao Chicken and String Bean Chicken and the chicken in both dishes were mostly MIA. We ordered to go or they would never have heard the end of it. There were a lot of veggies though so if you love veggies, this might be a place to frequent. Just the same, I think that we'll be driving the extra mile into Hemet to satisfy our craving for Panda food. Enough said... read more

Meh, I've been enjoying Panda Express for some time now and it usually never disappoints. On 3/6/2020 I drove through the drive-thru and placed an order. Everything was handled well. We waited in the parking zone for the meal to be delivered. We we got home, we realized the rice was burnt. Not just the bottom but the whole thing! I only got a few fork fulls of the rice that was actually edible. I don't think I'll be coming here for some time, see if they actually start making it right. read more

After patiently waiting 15 minutes for the entrée, we were told they they forgot the mushroom chicken and it would be even longer... Upon which they reviewed the list of our request and stated oh sorry we are out of rice too. Are you freaking kidding me now it's been 25 minutes!!!! Our 2 yr old Granddaughter was crying cause she's hungry (hers was the mushroom chicken). What a joke. If we'd have been told it would take this long we'd have left on the spot. Customer service was terrible. Asked what she (The Manager Mindy) could do and said after 25 minutes she should refund the $. She said she'd have to take the food back...so we let her have what little food we had ... No stars but yelp won't let you continue if you don't put at least 1. read more

Horrible service! I ordered online for pickup went to get my order and didnt know i had to go through the drive thru to pick up my order. So i was instructed to get in my car and drive around waiting in line. As i sat in line the person ordering in front of me asked the worker to check her order to make sure they didnt forget something and workers response was " i heard you" with a negative tone. I drove thru since i was just standing at the door and was told i needed to go back to speaker and tell them my name so they could look up my order i said oh i was just at the door didnt know sorry! She asked for my order i was trying to pull it up and she continued to tell me how if i stopped at the speaker they could of found it. I asked if she was a manager because she was very rude and talked like she owned the place. I already paid for my food in online order only wanted to pick it up wasnt sure how to do so since ive bever used that service so the customer service is not friendly. She said "you came for me so " i explained no i came for my food i paid for or a refund. The manager stood there and did nothing to intervene so i will not come back to your establishment!
