The workers were too busy to make our drinks. They just handed him the cups and told him to get the drinks himself. What's the point of having the option to select a drink if you're going to make every customer self serve anyway? On top of one of the dipping sauces not being sealed by the workers at all and getting all over the bag. This store needs to be better staffed on weekends. You've been around long enough to know what days and times are your busiest. An order the app claimed could be completed in 10 minutes shouldn't have taken over 35 minutes. Please do better in the future.
