When a tray was empty or low, they would take notice and the chef in the back would start to make the missing dish. I ordered the honey sesame chicken with half chow mein and half fried rice. The rice was a little hard. I used the app to get my points. They were out of the sauce for their new spicy orange chicken and they were also out of fortune cookies. Consistent with their other locations! I always think that mall food court restaurants are never as good as the locations outside of the mall. Service is depending on who they're serving. Person in front of me apparently knew one of the workers and they spent so much time catching up which is no problem. I get it. They kept going on and ordered a bit with additional side pieces for tasting/sampling along with their order. It got to the point where a longer line was forming behind me. After they checked out, the worker's smile immediately disappeared while serving me and gave me only 4 pieces of honey walnut shrimp with my order of a bigger plate. This one is located inside Temecula Promenade's food court. The lines may get long during lunch/dinner hours, especially on weekends. But they keep it moving. We went on a Friday evening, the staff kept the food fresh and hot! We got the larger plate with fried rice, Beijing Beef x2, Orange Chicken, and 2 chicken eggrolls. And a large soda. The food were hot and were fresh off the wok. My toddler especially loved the chicken egg rolls. We didnt care for the sauce that came with it. I don't know where to begin. I was a regular customer until tonight. I came in and ordered two plates to go for me and my wife. While ordering, there was this girl who cut in front of me who apparently is friends with this tall white red headed guy who was distracted and kept talking to her. He was too busy yapping his mouth and not paying attention to what he was serving. I ordered teriyaki chicken and he gave me literally three small pieces of chicken because he wasn't looking at the food. I like the food and place but hiring incompetent workers is what made me give this place a one star and I'm not the one who likes giving negative reviews. My personal experience at this location was nothing but discriminatory and frustrating, that a special needs child and his mother would be refused service for not wearing a mask is not only illegal but a violation of the ADA. I hope that the U.S Justice Department of Civil rights Division will not only educate Panda Express on their corporate policy, but will require them to provide proper training and education on the American with Disability Act Law. The line was so long but I decided to wait in it to grab lunch for myself and kids. The first thing I noticed was when I got the orange chicken and rice bowls for the kids is that the portions were so much smaller than the Panda we're used to going to. I ordered a small side of the grilled chicken breast. They were out of it so they told me it would just be a few minutes while they finished cooking it. I waited another 10 minutes before telling them I would like my food and I have to leave. The cashier was very nasty to me and told me the food was not finished and I said it's definitely finished because it was cooking before I even got here. She was very passive aggressive well she went to go get the chicken and put it in the small box for me. I waited a very long time and I can't really understand why she didn't understand that I couldn't wait any longer. This is the best Panda Express ever!!! I went in about 15 minutes to closing time and the chow main was running low. They saw that I was looking to have chow mein as my main entree and they made me a whole half order fresh from the grill!! The chef, Joaquin was hustling at such a fast pace making all the different foods. I was just really impressed with him and how he made chow mein on the spot, Beijing beef, and orange chicken all back there with very little wait time. The service was so good that 5 other customers came right after me and lined up because they could see Joaquin the chef making fresh food and the pans were steaming and it smelled so delicious!! Generally average Panda. Food quality was pretty decent, about what you'd expect. My biggest complaint was the main dish portions. While it may be Panda corporate policy to give a leveled-off scoop of main dish items, that's not practice at many of the better Pandas. This is always off-putting, especially with the prices nowadays. So, just know that when you come here - you'll be getting technically what you pay for, but definitely less than other Panda restaurants. Outside of that, new Orange Chicken with Bacon?! Brilliant. Our company has ordered catering service from this Panda Express twice now and the service and food both times was unbeatable by far. Also the value was great for the amount of food we received. Located within the Promenade Mall of Temecula.. amongst many other food eateries.. I've always liked Panda Express for their nice portion of items you've ordered.. but on a particular day.. I had came by to order a big plate of 1 entree and 3 sides.. I had noticed that the cooks working that day was not wearing any gloves. Made me almost not want to eat there no more. It was gross thinking that the people handling and preparing the food that people eat.. aren't wearing any gloves.. that in itself is a health issue. It would be a good sense if the chefs wore gloves when preparing the food that they serve to the public. read more

Ordered online and waited an extra 5 minutes past the time it was supposed to be done before leaving work to pick it up. I got there and it wasn't ready, and had to wait again. I watched them serve up my food and they forgot my additional entree at first and had to wait for my crispy shrimp. I get back to work and put my food on a plate, looked like Kung Pow zucchini not chicken, as there was hardly any chicken in it. I got through half my plate and the food was already cold.
